After that, they invited him to Gyari and performed the practice of nectar medicine, and gave respect and praise to the objects of offering. After that, they invited him to Gangtok and bestowed empowerments and teachings, and then he returned to his own residence and entered retreat. For the sake of the welfare of Buddhism and beings, through the gate of the Gathering of All Sugatas, he performed the peaceful and increasing fire puja and the hundred offering ceremony, as well as prayers for happiness from beginning to end. On the way, at the invitation of Phukponpa Asnying, a long-life empowerment was bestowed, and then, returning to his own residence, a large offering was made in Dratsang, and a thanksgiving fulfillment was performed for the Dharma protectors. A letter of greeting was presented to Mije, and excellent gifts, including a high-quality saddle, were bestowed, and it was requested to stay in retreat for one year. When he reached the age of forty in the Earth Horse year (Tibetan calendar), from the eighth day of the third month to the eighteenth day of the fifth month after the end of the retreat, about two hundred and seventy of my fortunate Vajra brothers and sisters were granted the empowerment, instructions, and transmission of the profound heart essence of Ati, the Vajra Song of Sudden Liberation of the Secret Great Perfection of Karma Chagme, and then, the empowerments, instructions, and transmissions of Thugthig (Heart Drop), Vajrasattva Mind Accomplishment, and the Gathering of All Sugatas, etc., were completely bestowed, and I was instructed to take care of the instructions.
