对于具缘的二十位眷属弟子，赐予无死之威德自在，以及视无常为道的霞仁·米旁昆仲，为诸神殿供奉祭品、丝绸哈达，以外在的佛像如金刚萨埵、度母百唐嘎等，上师亲自带领二十位助手，整日举行盛大的开光仪式。为众多的具缘者，如王子三昆仲、竹巴格西等，圆满授予意集灌顶。四部大灌顶、玉妥宁提灌顶，《医方明四续》、宁提亚喜等，以甚深广大的灌顶传承甘露，令具缘的诸位心子心满意足。在殊胜的修行圣地，功德之河山，奇妙的长寿水布置的修行处，前往拜见至尊上师，如仪供养修行法《成就宝藏》和空行母的加持和意旨。此后，为上述求法者，也为永宗的宁提灌顶传承惹擦嘎掘藏师的护法母冈夏灌顶全部，以及尊贵的掘藏师法王的内外一切圆满的示现圆寂事迹，清净显现如水月般的嬉戏等，为了在二道上精进的咒师们，应特别祈请的僧团，以及超过三百位以上的具缘者，施予《解脱道光明》新旧版本等修行仪轨，以三学宝藏富饶的僧团的实修仪轨、所有修行法本的教言甘露。之后，再次为锡金佐钦活佛等王子眷属的侍从听法者，上述众人赐予达玛师利的教言，心要总义、秘密主金刚的开示，以及注释秘密主意旨庄严三部，决定义注释《如意宝树》，寂止前后中的引导文等，所有仪轨和汉文注释版本，以及誓言明灯、寂止大网，如镜子般的成就法等等，幻化网之类，以及一切智者的零星著作的传承。在昴宿月（藏历十一月）的白分，为锡金佐钦活佛的侍从，以及来自多康佐钦寺的十位僧人，大慈大悲的广弘。

To the twenty fortunate disciples and retinue, bestowing the glory of immortality and power, and to Zhamar Rinpoche and Mipham, who transform impermanence into the path, offering prayers and silk scarves to all the temples. For the external supports such as Vajrasattva and Tara Thangkas, the master himself, accompanied by twenty assistants, performed the consecration ceremony throughout the day. To many fortunate ones, such as the three royal siblings and Drukpa Geshes, the complete empowerment of Gongdü was fully bestowed. The Four Great Instructions, the Yuthok Nyingthig empowerment, the Four Medical Tantras, Nyingthig Ya Shi, and so on, with the nectar of profound and vast empowerment transmissions, the fortunate heart-sons were satisfied. At the extraordinary practice site, the Glorious River Mountain, in the practice community arranged with wondrous longevity water, they went to visit the venerable lama, and offered the blessings and intentions of the Dakinis, just like the practice method of 'Accomplishing Treasures'. Thereafter, for the aforementioned Dharma seekers, also for Yongzong's Nyingthig empowerment lineage, the complete empowerment of Rakshaka Tertön's Mamo Gangshar, and the perfect manifestation of the passing away of the venerable Terton Chöje, both internal and external, pure visions like the play of water and moon, and for the mantra practitioners striving on the two stages, the Sangha especially requested, and to over three hundred fortunate ones, the teachings of the 'Clear Light of the Path to Liberation' in both old and new editions, the practical rituals of the Sangha rich in the three jewels of training, and the nectar of the teachings of all practice texts were bestowed. Again, for the attendants of the Sikkim Dzogchen Rinpoche and other royal siblings who came to listen to the Dharma, to the aforementioned ones, the words of Dharma Shri were given, the essential general meaning, the instructions of the Secret Lord Vajrapani, and the commentary on the Secret Lord's Intentions, the three vows, the definitive commentary 'Wish-Fulfilling Tree', the guiding texts of the Shijé (Pacifying) tradition, both early and later, all the ritual texts and Chinese commentary versions, and the clarification of vows, the Great Net of Shijé, the mirror-like accomplishment methods, and so on, the cycles of the Magical Net, and the transmissions of the scattered writings of the Omniscient One were bestowed. On the white side of the month of Mincuk (the eleventh Tibetan month), to the attendants of Sikkim Dzogchen Rinpoche, and to the ten monks from Dokham Dzogchen Monastery, the great compassion was extensively proclaimed.
