In general and in particular, to develop and increase the well-being of the beings of the snowy land, for the teachings on actions to be accepted and abandoned, etc., it is said that he encouraged them with a joyful demeanor. Thereafter, on the fourteenth day of the tenth month of the Wood Mouse year (referring to the twelfth Rabjung Wood Mouse year, 1744), he arrived in Lhasa, which is called the Bodh Gaya of Tibet, near the Jokhang Temple in Lhasa, at the residence called "Well-arranged Taklung Shak." With Miwang Dra Nga Dhondup and his sons, and discussions of early bad changes, etc., through many questions and answers, they discussed with each other's hearts and minds in agreement. On the fifteenth day, at the glorious Drepung Monastery, especially in the Ganden Phodrang, in front of the sole protector of the snowy land, Gyalwa Rinpoche (Dalai Lama), various offerings such as horses, mules, yaks, tea, etc., and various material offering clouds, together they had the good fortune to meet the golden face, and it is said that they received nectar-like teachings. In sequence, they visited the Potala Palace, the Ramoche Temple in Lhasa, and the instructions of the parents and previous teachers of Gyalwa Rinpoche, met with the Chinese official Bai Licang Jiong, and the great figures of Tibet, such as the Kashag, Tsedrung, and Rizhung, and presented horses, mules, tea, etc., to all the high and low officials respectively, and offered wealth of faith from the depths of their hearts. Dra Nga Dhondup and his sons, etc., were satisfied by the New Treasure Longevity Empowerment. In the process of gradually proceeding, on the twenty-fifth day at the Lumba ferry, the residences and attendants of the inner and outer Dratsangs, etc., and the welcome and hospitality of the patrons, decorated with tents very beautifully, arrived at the Dratsang's garden, Gemo Lingka. In this place, from his own monastery's great Dharma academy, with Gyaltsen Tulku as the leader, all the important elders at that time, riding on horses, came to welcome them with joy. It is said that Drakthang's son, Gyal Lo, offered the Great Treasure Master Dharma Lord's vow object, the Thangka of the Lama Guhyasamaja, and this master's precious Dharma hearing records, etc., as the initial auspicious connection. Afterwards, they went to Drakchi Ngagdra Tserthung, at the great Mindrolling Monastery, in the midst of busy welcoming preparations, they stayed there that night. The next day, on an auspicious astrological day, with umbrellas and

Including tormas, ritual implements, various musical instruments, and numerous offerings, as well as a procession with assembled ritual objects, and the joyful and peaceful dances, songs, and games of the former Lhabang Tharling Monastery's subjects, along with welcomes based on the riding of monks and laypeople, and with all sorts of wondrous and perfectly complete arrangements, they were invited to the great Dharma college of Ogmin Orgyen Mindrolling (Orgyen Mindrolling, meaning "Ugyen Liberation Continent," located in Zannan County, Shannan Prefecture) on earth, a great Dharma college in name and reality. At this time, the gods who protect the white Dharma also manifested signs of joy, and although the sky was densely covered with rainbows and clouds, they could not obscure the light of the jewel of the sky. From the sky above the grain pile, like strings of silk being unfurled, rainbows of Indra's bow (Sanskrit Devanagari: इन्द्रधनुष, Sanskrit Romanization: indradhanuṣa, Chinese literal meaning: Indra's bow) intertwined with each other, presenting unimaginable and auspicious signs. At that time, from near and far, monks, disciples, attendants, patrons, and others, like swans gathering on a lotus lake, came to enjoy the joyful faces and nectar-like Dharma teachings, fulfilling their respective wishes. Representing this great monastic community, all the monks and monastic communities of the inner and outer monasteries, as well as all the attendants, were generously given gifts according to the circumstances, such as horses, mules, dzo, yaks, and tea. On the second day of the sixth month of the Tibetan calendar, a grand offering to the image was held, and on the third, in order to repay the Dharma protectors, the sangha performed a complete fulfillment ceremony and offered a large amount of wine and offerings. For some of the previous majestic robes, as well as scattered offerings such as musical instruments, those who had not been able to offer them in time were given corresponding material compensation. On the ninth, the Khenpo from the throne of Panchen Jampa Lingpa, in front of the sangha, invited and displayed a large number of offerings. And dedicated these merits to the vast Bodhi. Tserok Delek, who came from the Dokham region to serve, and who possessed strong faith, received the empowerment of the self-arisen deity Drakpo Dewa. In addition, the empowerment of the deity Lungshak, related to his activities, was conferred on Khotho Thu from Datse. The son of Derge, a Kagyupa yogi named Zungyal, was given the life empowerment of the king, as well as the longevity empowerment of various assemblies.
