After that, starting from the beginning of the Ox year (Tibetan calendar), for one month and three days, he stayed in retreat practicing the empowerment of the Dakini. After that, in order to meet and pay homage to the offering master, he gradually went to the lower Kasha of Lhagyel. Immediately after that, he bestowed exquisite divine torma and extra items. On the sixth day of the first month, at Ganden Khangsar, he received the blessing of meeting the holy face of the all-knowing Avalokiteśvara from the master of the land, Dalai Lama, and the eighth (Dalai Lama) at the Potala Palace, received the grace of teachings, and accepted the vast offerings as his own fortune. After that, he went again to the magnificent palace of the lord of men. A grand feast of Tsang Xiang Phodrang was held, and offerings were bestowed in abundance, equal to the number of silver horseshoes and dragons, piled up high. There, he fulfilled the wishes of many great and small affairs such as empowerment and the removal of curses, and many activities such as offering to the Jowo statues were completed. In Samda, Tselna, Dorje, Kyisho, etc., while staying and spreading the Dharma, he went to the golden continent, the Dharma field where all gather. The time when all common and uncommon enemies of the teachings were completely subdued, and the practice of increasing offerings, torma offerings, etc., were performed as usual, manifesting his own virtues. After that, at the New Year celebration when he was fifty-six years old in the White Snake year, the Geshes offered clouds of reasoning and offerings, and the gathering on the third day was also held as usual. Gelong Phelgye, the speaker of the five sciences, and Leksyon, the holder of longevity knowledge, offered nine kinds of wealth and nine kinds of excellent services, and held the great assembly for the long life of the lotus feet and the prayer ceremony. Lama Chopal of the four monasteries of Kyisho made offerings to the ocean of the Sangha, complete with the Three Jewels, making the roots of virtue accomplished with the essence of non-leakage. He bestowed longevity empowerment to forty monks of Tsemon Monastery, and as usual, bestowed empowerment to the monks in retreat for averting war, and the Sangha adorned with the wealth of the three trainings, proclaimed the code of conduct as the authority of hearing, and the summary of meanings, the easily understandable assembly talks, were all fully bestowed with the brotherhood of Vajra speech. This year, for the dining vessels of the ocean of the Sangha, four new types of different sizes and shapes were newly purchased.
