The method of accomplishment of Mdung gang ma was composed by Zha lu lo chen. The method of doing its meditation guidance was composed by Zha lu byang gling pa. The condensed method of accomplishment of Guhyasamaja and Mdo bsre. The method of accomplishment of Red Yamari was composed by Birwapa. I received all the transmissions of the uncommon permission of the Yaksha Begtse and all the practice cycles. Also, in the Earth Mouse year (1648), from the spiritual friend Sdom btsun lhun grub rgya mtsho, I received the transmission of the three red practices and the oral instructions of Gur zhal, and the compilation of the great Fifth Dalai Lama. In that year, according to the instructions, I also received the complete empowerment of Kalachakra, and the empowerment of the Yadak Khon lineage, and the permission of the White and Black Deities, and the empowerment of the Black Vajrakila of the Rog lineage, etc. In the Iron Rabbit year (1651), I received the permission of the Eleven-faced Palmo lineage of Zhal. The guidance of the Shangs lineage Mahamudra Gau ma. The empowerment of the first transmission of the Zhi byed Kawa Bab, the three Sgron ma. And the two dharanis of Manjushri and Tara, with commentary. And the transmission of the outer, inner, and secret instructions of the text of the three Taras composed by the holy one. From the later lineage, I received the outer, inner, and secret permission of the holy guru practice. The five-part explanation method mainly based on history composed by Zhig po. Among the six pure Dharma categories, within the Zug pa root Dharma category, I also offered the transmissions of the five essential points of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, and the six questions and answers. Also, in the Iron Tiger year (1650), from the Dharma Lord Rmor chen, I received the blessings of the two-faced Vajravarahi of the Dpal lineage, and the life entrustment of Vajra Rabtenma. In the Water Snake year (1653), from the master Vajradhara Lodro Wangchuk, I received the empowerments of Yoga Vajradhatu, the collection of the crown jewels, the conduct tantra Vairochana Abhisambodhi, the fifteen goddesses of selflessness of the Bir lineage, the Hevajra Sea-born lineage, and the nine deities of Amitayus of the Jetari lineage, etc. Thus, until this present Water Snake year (1653) of sixty-eight years of age, I have briefly described the order in which I have listened to the holy Dharma. In general, to ascertain the true nature of all dharmas as they are is the wisdom of hearing, and it is also necessary to ascertain it through reflection and to accomplish the desired result through meditation, so the wisdom of reflection and meditation also depends on the wisdom of hearing, because without hearing, one cannot reflect and meditate.
