After fulfilling the wishes of many devotees such as Upa Rabtenpa, he ascended the throne. Not long after, in order for his younger brother Kunga Tsultrim and uncle Drungpa to receive the property of Tashi Tongmon (place name), he established an office in Loro Dzong (place name). Just as the messenger arrived with offerings for the quick rebirth prayer for the deceased father of Trewo Tulku Rinpoche, and to invite him to a place of refuge, he reported the situation to his superiors and specially sent the chamberlain Dharma Master. When the representatives of Dumbo came to visit, he fulfilled their wishes by bestowing empowerments such as the Tsedwang Gurdrak empowerment. After the property collected from Loro arrived, he appointed the chant leader, secretary, etc. to handle the related affairs, and bestowed the empowerment of Yama Dharmaraja. It is said that at this time, changes in the current situation, shifts in the direction of the Dharma assembly, and other auspicious omens occurred. Then, on the 25th of October, he set out for Tsangrong (place name), and on the way, he visited various monasteries. The next evening, in Tsangdo Chakga (place name), Pal De'u Drubchen offered a Tsokhor offering and other grand ceremonies were held. From the Da'u La Pass, he successively passed through Pa De'u, Tsetang, and other places, and stayed at Rongchu Hot Springs for five days, enjoying the hot springs. Food, firewood, etc. were supplied by order of the government from Rinpung Dzong (Rinbung County, Rikaze). There, many locals also came to visit. Afterwards, he stayed overnight in the homes of individual devotees in Gomo Raba, Kyishong, etc., and bestowed longevity horse empowerment blessings to eliminate disasters, and visited the holy site of Rong Jambachen (Great Compassionate Protector). That night, he arrived at Rinpung Dzong (Rinbung County, Rikaze), where the Dzongpon and local devotees carried him from his feet and fulfilled their wishes with empowerments and blessings. The next morning, at the entrance of Tashi Ling (place name), Trewo Tulku personally came to welcome him, and the monastic community also came to greet him, and on the 8th, he arrived at Karpo Chakga (place name). There, for the sake of his father, he performed the ritual of burning offerings. He dedicated the precious offerings such as Mongolian silver, pearl parasols, clay statues and other sacred objects, offerings, silks, horses, and livestock at Changchen (place name). Before and after these events, according to the circumstances, he bestowed empowerments and transmissions of the Treasure New Dharma Guru Peaceful and Wrathful Yamantaka, Vajrasattva, etc. to the Tulku, Khenpo, etc. He bestowed longevity empowerment to the assembled people. He bestowed the Kunrig Namdol Go Chen (All-Knowing Liberation Great Gate) empowerment to the Tulku Rinpoche alone.

And profound teachings on inner meaning, he bestowed empowerments such as that of White Tara. Many people, including lamas from all directions such as the Lama of Phungpo Riwoche, khenpos, officers, patrons, and locals, came to visit, and he fulfilled their wishes through empowerments, blessings, and dedications for the deceased and the living. Then, as the Light Supreme Incarnation earnestly invited him, on the twenty-third day, he set out and was welcomed in the village below the monastery, and at the monastery's square, the incarnate Rinpoche himself came to greet him. The monastic community, with a procession, welcomed him to Orgyen Chöter Ling. There, he listened to the entrusted teachings of the mantra holder Chakdun Parging. He bestowed empowerments and teachings upon the khenpo and disciples, and longevity empowerments upon the locals. In return, he also inquired about the Vajrakilaya practice according to the Dpal tradition from the incarnate Rinpoche. The khenpo and disciples honored him with lavish service and offerings, lifting him from his seat. On the way back, Nangpa Kyilpa invited him, and that night, Bator mantra holder Chupe Tenga invited him, and he fulfilled the wishes of the Khampa monks with longevity empowerments and so on. The next morning, at the ferry of Shara Tsuktönpa, many local laypeople and monks came to visit, and the retired teacher from below the Yarab Madarnalanda residence, as well as the stewards of each monastery, welcomed him. The monastic community, headed by the khenpo, with a procession, welcomed him to the scholar's source, Dreshul Kyedmotsal's Dharma College. Khenchen Tashi Gyaltsen provided extensive service to the Labrang government, and the three monastic colleges also each invited him and offered great hospitality. From the external Dharma seat, he bestowed longevity empowerments upon the khenpos, teachers, monks, and locals. From the seat in the assembly hall, the khenpo and the assembly extensively explained the source of the Guru Yoga teachings, and gave a speech emphasizing the need for extensive study and contemplation. There, he provided five rounds of tea to the monks and offered silk cloths. He also made offerings to the Tsangdra Labrang and stored the grains and other resources obtained there, and generously gave offerings to those taking the great scripture exams. In return, he received lavish offerings from the community and individuals, and was invited to the seat of the Rigdra College. Again, he returned to Zhizha on Namgang.

Everyone welcomed them from Chakha and went to Karpo Chak. They stayed there for about ten days, bestowing the remaining Dharma teachings from before. The master and disciples offered a mandala of Amitayus and performed subsequent rituals. They offered Lima statues, Han statues, white offerings, and other Han-style offerings, large and small horns, silks, horses, livestock, and other valuable items. On the tenth day of December, a grand farewell banquet was held. In return, they presented several inner and outer garments, many teas, Han-style snuff bottles, silks, coarse and fine cloths, horses, and so on. The next morning, as they were about to depart, many monks from Kyetsal Monastery came to pay their respects. Near the stables, Trewo Tulku Rinpoche and Kyetsal Khenpo, among others, offered food and a feast, and all the masters and disciples, reluctant to part, shed tears as they bid farewell. On the way, they visited Khambu Lung and stayed that night at Tredra Sanglung Monastery. The next day, the practitioners welcomed them with a procession to Bonlung Pema Choling. They gave a collective empowerment to the monks, nuns, and local people, and that night gave the root empowerment of the Vidyadhara and the transmission of the practice manual to the solitary monks. The master and disciples offered a long life prayer associated with the repulsion of obstacles by the Dakinis. There, they gave Dharma teachings and instructions to the assembly, as well as the empowerment of the seat cushion Bagur Drak and Vajrapani. At that time, Jagopa, the free one of the solitary yogi Chokyong Gyaltsen, also came to visit and, together with the masters and disciples of Bonlung, received the above empowerments and transmissions. On the seventeenth, they set out and gradually arrived at Nyemo, where they were welcomed by Bangdak Nampa. They gave the empowerment and blessings of the long life horse, Gur Drak, Loktri, etc., which dispel obstacles, and scattered flowers of consecration on many Thangkas. On the way, they were welcomed at the estates of Nepa Dokharwa and Lharipa, and at the monastic estates of Konchok Pal Rinpoche. At Jekhar Chode, at the invitation of Samding Jetsunma, the monastic community welcomed them with a grand procession and other ceremonies. At the assembly, they gave the long life empowerment and gave the long life horse and Vajrapani empowerments to Jetsunma. After that, on the way, they went to Vairo Cave.
