He extensively made land offerings and prayers. Four Nepalese artisans established workshops to create numerous empowerment implements and some Buddha statues from gold, silver, and other materials. According to the custom of Madangba, which the government specially granted for offering to the physical body, starting from the auspicious time of the first day of the sixth month, he performed a seven-day longevity practice of the union of the three kayas for the great lord's physical body, and reported auspicious signs such as the extension of the longevity arrow, and also sent messengers to offer longevity substances. At the request of Tuksé Tulku, he composed a Torma offering prayer for the protectors of the New Treasure teachings. As Hor Kor Tsa Ru Nying earnestly requested the need for a lama, he dispatched the monastic monk Gyurme Chen, along with gifts and tea. He sent Kechhen Tulku a letter of appointment greeted with beautiful poetry, along with precious material offerings. He bestowed empowerments and transmissions related to the New Treasure teachings, as well as the blessings of Loktri, upon the Gadong person, the monastic monk Rinchen Chen. Then, starting from the tenth day of the seventh month, in addition to the previous Dharma students, including the secluded Yangwenpa and Jago Khadrup, after treating them with meals, he continuously held one Dharma session each day, which was completed on the fifth day of the eighth month. At that time, there was a very severe drought, and everyone was praying for rain. However, just as the transmission began, only a drizzle lasting the duration of a tea break fell, and everyone was delighted and had faith. At the end of the ninth month, some people with evil intentions thought of directly harming the physical body, so they gathered troops and began to rush into the palace gate of the Labrang. The first person they encountered at the palace gate, named Sonam Dondrup, was cut by a knife, and afterwards, rituals such as the removal of weapons were performed. At that time, the supporters and accomplices of those evil-doers, the unruly officials of the Dzong and settlements, used conspiracies and tricks, and engaged in behaviors that violated the unpromulgated royal law and mocked the master of the law. If these illegal behaviors were not truthfully reported to the great lord, then the scandal of favoring the wicked would not be clearly revealed.

He reported that it seemed like he was not receiving the necessary support. To this, the master replied: "The officials dare to deceive the master of the law, and recklessly trample on the laws and regulations. Afterwards, they treat us as insignificant, and indifferently allow things to happen without any approval or disapproval, demonstrating this behavior as if it were a performance." At the beginning of October, he bestowed the cycle of Ra-tna's (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) protectors upon Gojo Lama Sherab Ozer and others, and bestowed upon me the cycle of teachings on the Mother Goddess of the charnel ground. During this time, he enjoyed the nectar hot springs, and as the traders, including the merchant Sonam Namgyal, were about to depart, he bestowed longevity empowerment and blessings of instructions. It is said that the Monpa (people living in Bhutan and South Tibet) Migte, who was in Shel Drak, escaped to Shepazha. The Dzongpon (district governor) of Nedong (present-day Shannan, Tibet) was unable to capture him like a thief, so he used deceptive means, causing him to get lost. Eventually, he was captured in Tashi Puk, and the Dzongpon expressed his gratitude. After that, in order to make the Torma base and arrow banner of the protector shrine in the private chamber possess the essential points of the secret instructions, he began construction. On the tenth day of November, he performed an extensive fulfillment ritual. The Nepalese officials and others were satisfied with the rewards and returned. Afterwards, the large Thangka of the Sixteen Arhats was also successfully completed. He bestowed generous gifts upon the Thangka makers, including the offering official Ngawang Tsultrim, Padma Thutob, Choying Tenzin, Thutob Gyatso, and Ngodrub. On the sixteenth, it was displayed in the main assembly hall, and the monastic community consecrated it with auspicious Uposatha rituals, and extensively offered monastic tea and so on. After that, according to the emperor's decree, he went to Tradruk Monastery and performed the rituals of subjugation, burning, and throwing with the method of Vajrakila. There, many people came to visit, including Chöje Shel Drakpa and Phulung Yao. He bestowed the transmission of Tshe-ta Loktri (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), and fulfilled their wishes with instructions and so on. Sangri Desi Rinpoche also specially sent people to offer additional offerings. Afterwards, he returned to the monastery in sequence. On the second day of December, for the accomplishment practice of the melting moon, according to the auspicious signs indicated by the divination of Shabdrung Gungkyi Rinpoche and others, he returned to the Ladrang (monastic residence), and the pure place was beautifully decorated with tents.
