On the twenty-first, he bestowed the empowerment of Manjushri Yamantaka Mudra Subjugation to the previous Dharma students, and in the great assembly of the monastery, he bestowed the empowerment of the Gathering of the Upper Direction, which was not large but important, in a condensed form, along with the Four Powerful Liberation Empowerments of the Lord of the Assembly of the Virtuous as the conclusion, including the Torma Empowerment of the Nubgon tradition, both in the mandala of colored powders. During the performance of the virtuous empowerment, there was a very strong sandstorm. The outer area is surrounded by a wall, and at the entrances in the eight directions of the circumambulation path, the lion thrones decorated with bird wings, etc., for bestowing the Dharma on the fortunate ones, appear very majestic. In the other seven directions, the outer corridors decorated with the bases of the seven stupa relics of the Sugatas, etc., were completed in just one summer, which was a miracle.
