After that, he drove them away with the lasso of meaning, opened the road, and also gave good food. Then he arrived at the foot of Mount Potala, but could not pass the rocky mountain, so he prayed to Avalokiteśvara. A bamboo rope ladder appeared, and he climbed up it. All directions were covered with fog, and he could not find the road. After praying for a long time, the fog cleared. At one-third of that mountain, he saw the statue of Tara, and at the mountainside, he saw the statue of the wrathful frowning one, etc. When he reached the top of the mountain, there was only an empty palace, with no one but the Toreva flower. There he prayed and stayed for a month. One day, a woman came and said that the noble one had come, come here, and then led him. He opened thousands of layers of palace doors, and each time he opened a door, a samadhi arose. He actually met the five deities of the noble one and scattered flowers on the statues. He offered the king's letter and offerings. He prayed for him to come to Jambudvipa, and the noble one agreed. He gave the lay practitioner many Paṇas for travel expenses. Relying on this much for sustenance, you will be able to return to your homeland. When the Paṇas are used up, I will come, he said, and pointed out the way. He also actually saw the statues that existed at one-third of the mountainside and the top of the mountain. When he came back, it was the fourteenth day. He saw the mountain of Puṇḍravardhana (梵文天城体:पुण्ड्रवर्धन,梵文罗马音:Puṇḍravardhana), and was very happy. He bought extra food with the remaining Paṇas and ate it. Before reaching the king's city, when he arrived near his own practice place, the Paṇas were used up. He sat there, thinking whether the noble one would come during the day, but he did not come. In the middle of the night, he fell asleep and was awakened by the sound of music. When he looked, the five deities had actually appeared on the surface of the tree behind him. He prostrated and prayed. He requested them to come to the king's land, and the noble one said, first the Paṇas have not been used up. Even so, now I will only stay here. After that, he built a temple in that forest, which is known as the temple of Khasarpaṇi. This is the situation that is generally circulated in India. According to the story of the eighth chapter of the Twenty Thousand Verses, without the king's urging, he went to Mount Potala three times, the first time to see it himself, and the second time because of the doubt that the words of the two treatises, the Ornament of Clear Realization and the Ornament of the Sutras, were inconsistent, the Sangha of Varanasi sent someone, without requesting to resolve the doubt, Khasarpaṇi.

Invited. When asked Khasarpaṇi, he replied, "I do not know if I am an emanation." To resolve the doubt of the third question, he came and it is said that the eighth chapter was invited. In any case, when that layman, seeing the possessions, was about to be killed by thieves, he knew it was the power of karma that he was sure to experience. He offered his head to the Holy One. The thieves did the same. The Holy One shed tears. The brain matter went to the ground, and all of it turned into relics. It is said that since then, the Holy One has not personally accepted offerings. Then, a king named King Ngangtsul, the son of King Shri Harasha, appeared and became a king who worshiped the Three Jewels, living for one hundred and forty years. He also ruled the kingdom for nearly one hundred years. It is said that this was around the end of Yonten Ö's life. In the east, a great and powerful king named Singha, who came from the Licchavi clan, also appeared. At that time, Acharya Chandragomin was born. Singha's son, King Bharasha, also ruled the kingdom for a long time. This was around the end of the lives of Lekden and Arya Vimuktisena. Acharya Nyima Subha, the disciple of Vimuktisena, Chokde, and the late life of Kamalabuddhi, the disciple of Sangye Kyang, Chandra Kirti's disciple Dawa Norbu, and the abbot of Nalanda, Gyalwai Lha, appeared at the same time. Acharya Chandrakirti also came to the south. Acharya Dharmapala, Shantideva, and the siddha Virupa were around the beginning of their lives. It is evident that Arya Deva also appeared at this time, because when the Garland of Flowers was translated by Sherab Drak, it says, "Arya Deva was made by Arya Sagalha, the disciple of Arya Gendun Bang." The glorious Chandrakirti. The glorious Chandrakirti was born in the south. From a young age, he studied all the arts and sciences. He became ordained and became proficient in all the Tripitaka. From many disciples of Lekden, and Kamalabuddhi, the disciple of Sangye Kyang, he received all the treatises and instructions of Nagarjuna. After becoming a great scholar, he became the abbot of the glorious Nalanda Monastery. He composed the Commentary on the Madhyamakavatara, the Four Hundred Verses, and the Sixty Stanzas on Reasoning, and propagated the tradition of Sangye Kyang.
