因此，必须修行佛法，并且由于无法确定何时死亡，因此必须尽快修行佛法，这样去冥想。 第二，如果执着于轮回，就不会有出离心。 第二点是：如果执着于三界，就不是修行人。意思是说，如果执着于三界轮回而修行佛法，也不会走上菩提之路，因此必须不执着于轮回。 1-640 通过讲述轮回的过患，使人认识到一切轮回的本质都是痛苦，从而想要舍弃它，并生起追求解脱的心，为了生起这种觉悟，就要思维轮回的过患；为了了解轮回中出生的因果取舍，就要思维因果。有两种：第一，欲界是具有过患的。 同样，色界也具有过患。无色界也具有过患。唯有涅槃没有过患。’ 如是说。无论投生到三界中的哪一界，都是具有过患的。众生地狱被地狱之火所折磨，饿鬼被饥渴所折磨，畜生互相吞食，人类寿命短暂，天人因放逸而堕落。轮回哪怕针尖大小的地方，也从未有过安乐。’ 如是说。因此，无论依止三界中的哪一处，六道众生无论投生到哪里，其本质都是痛苦的，无论享受什么，都是痛苦的享受。因此，为了从中解脱，必须修行能转为菩提道的清净佛法，这样去冥想。现在稍微详细地解释一下。 1-641 思维痛苦的痛苦，思维变异的痛苦，思维遍行的行苦，共有三种。第一种又分为：思维地狱的痛苦，思维饿鬼的痛苦，思维畜生的痛苦。思维地狱的痛苦又分为：思维寒地狱的痛苦，思维热地狱的痛苦，思维近边地狱的痛苦。第一种又分为八种：疱疮地狱：在没有阳光和遮蔽的地方，生于雪山的岩石和冰块之中。由于寒风凛冽，吹在身上，寒冷导致身体全部变成疱疮的性质。由于更加寒冷，疱疮破裂，流出脓血等液体，称为疱疮破裂地狱。由于更加寒冷，极其痛苦，发出‘阿秋，阿秋’的哭声。

Therefore, one must practice Dharma, and since one cannot be certain when one will die, one must practice Dharma quickly, thus one should meditate. Second, if one is attached to samsara, there will be no renunciation. The second point is: if one is attached to the three realms, one is not a practitioner. It means that even if one practices Dharma while being attached to the three realms of samsara, one will not go on the path to Bodhi, therefore one must not be attached to samsara. 1-640 By explaining the faults of samsara, one recognizes that the nature of all samsara is suffering, and thus one wants to abandon it, and the mind of seeking liberation arises. In order to generate this realization, one should contemplate the faults of samsara; in order to understand the cause and effect of birth in samsara, one should contemplate cause and effect. There are two: First, the desire realm is with faults. Similarly, the form realm is also with faults. The formless realm is also with faults. Only Nirvana is without faults.' Thus it is said. Wherever one is born in the three realms, it is with faults. Sentient beings in hell are tormented by the fires of hell, hungry ghosts are tormented by hunger and thirst, animals devour each other, humans have short lives, and gods fall due to carelessness. In samsara, even the size of a needlepoint, there is never happiness.' Thus it is said. Therefore, wherever one relies on in the three realms, wherever the six types of beings are born, their nature is suffering, and whatever they enjoy is only the enjoyment of suffering. Therefore, in order to be liberated from it, one must practice the pure Dharma that transforms into the path of Bodhi, thus one should meditate. Now, let's explain it in a little more detail. 1-641 Contemplating the suffering of suffering, contemplating the suffering of change, contemplating the pervasive suffering of conditioning, there are three types. The first type is further divided into: contemplating the suffering of hell, contemplating the suffering of hungry ghosts, contemplating the suffering of animals. Contemplating the suffering of hell is further divided into: contemplating the suffering of cold hell, contemplating the suffering of hot hell, contemplating the suffering of neighboring hell. The first is further divided into eight: Blister Hell: Born in the rocks and ice of snow mountains where there is no sun or shelter. Because the wind is extremely cold, it blows on the body, and the cold causes the whole body to become blister-like in nature. Because it is even colder, the blisters burst, and pus and other liquids flow out, called Bursting Blister Hell. Due to the extreme cold, they are unable to make any sound, and their whole bodies are frozen. 1-642 They take on a stiff appearance, which is called 'Sothamthampa'. What's more, due to the extreme cold and strong winds, their skin turns blue and cracks into eight or more pieces like a lotus. After the skin turns blue, it peels off due to the wind, revealing red, and cracks into many pieces like a lotus. Furthermore, due to the cold, they are extremely frozen, and everything inside and outside their bodies becomes like stone. It cracks into sixteen or more pieces, and due to the cracking of the outer body, the inner intestines, kidneys, lungs, and other organs also crack like vegetables, which is called 'cracking greatly like a lotus'. Repeatedly remember these sufferings. If this happens to me, I will not be able to bear it. In order to prevent this from happening, I must practice the Dharma that transforms into the path of Bodhi.' Thus meditate. The second part has eight: Starting from the hell called 'Revival', due to the influence of karma, they are born on the ground burned by iron. The body is young and full of vitality, and the ego is strong. Everything taken in hand becomes a weapon, and everyone who sees each other thinks of each other as enemies. They strike and cut each other with weapons. 1-643 They are cut into pieces. A voice comes from the sky saying, 'Revive!' and a cold wind blows on the body, and the body becomes young and full of vitality as before. The hell called 'Black Line', the hell guardians draw one hundred and sixteen lines on the body, and then saw it open with a saw, and cut it with an axe and other tools, suffering immeasurable pain. The hell called 'Gathering Destruction', the extremely young body is squeezed like sesame seeds between the heads of goats and sheep, suffering great pain. The hell called 'Crying', on the iron-burned ground, the hell guardians chase them, and they see a one-story house, thinking, 'If I hide here, I will be saved', so they go inside. The door of the house closes automatically, and they are burned in the iron house, unable to chisel open and escape.
