Indrabodhi(因陀罗菩提)认为这包含了四种手印,也是一种独立的道路。也就是说,实际与手印母结合是karma mudra(事业手印,行为手印)。

'If she doesn't come, don't wait too long, tell her to come quickly,' say this. Meditating while looking at the mother's breasts and bhaga (Sanskrit), immeasurable bliss will arise. If that happens, place the mudra mother outside and meditate. If you feel uncomfortable, listen to the mudra mother's voice, and with words of desire, she will come back as before. If you can master it without losing it, offer to the mudra mother and then send her away. This is the pith instruction of glorious Rikhutöpa. Nagarjuna also agrees, these two are in harmony. Meitriwa considers two methods: either like King Indrabodhi's method, all the physical exercises are the same as before, except that you engage in union and meditate on a bliss bindu where wind and mind are mixed in the middle of the yoni between the root of your vajra jewel and the anus [the former and the latter]. Focus your mind on the gap of bliss. Meditating like this is also one method. Indrabodhi considers this to include all four mudras and also an independent path. That is, actually engaging in union with the mudra mother is karma mudra. Holding the bindu in the mind is dharma mudra. Meditating on bliss in the realm with the mind is citta mudra. When non-conceptual wisdom arises, it is maha mudra, and he believes that wisdom will directly arise from this alone. Therefore, Meitriwa considers the platform of the mind mudra [of the grove]. Meditating like this, the whole body will feel bliss [mind mudra. Like petals.], trembling. This is the method for learning karma mudra. The degree of proficiency is that the whole body feels bliss, and this bliss lasts for seven days, etc., and effortlessly, just by thinking, the whole body will feel bliss, trembling. [Root wind. It seems to be the meaning of meditation] Karma mudra. Thus, having made the whole body blissful through karma mudra, [medium of medium.] making the mind blissful is done through mind mudra. That is, also summoning the previous mudra mother with the mind, making her accustomed to selflessness, and then lowering your own heart's Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, meaning: destroyer) and the navel's A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, meaning: unborn), visualizing the red A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, meaning: unborn) as the bhaga of the mind mudra, and lowering the white Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, meaning: destroyer) as the secret vajra, and then engaging with the mind mudra mother with your mind, visualizing and meditating that the two, A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, meaning: unborn) and Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, meaning: destroyer), are in union, bliss will arise, and spreading that bliss to all that appears, all that appears is like snowflakes falling into water. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Think and meditate that, like after rain, everything appears as the nature of bliss. If experience is lacking, then as before, settle the mind in the object of focus, and by contracting and expanding bliss, everything will clearly appear as bliss. This is also called 'mind bliss,' which is to transform all appearances into the bliss of the mind itself. This is the method of meditation. The measure of familiarity is: to transform oneself and all appearances into bliss, and to be steadfast in this, not changing even if meditating for six days, and effortlessly generating bliss. This is the mudra of mind. If such bliss arises [the medium supreme is wisdom mudra], if it is not sealed with the unborn seal, it is no different from ordinary bliss [with hand and without substance], therefore, the method of stamping the unborn seal on bliss is: after transforming oneself and all appearances into bliss, gather it into the heart of bliss—the heart center. Focus on the self-arising (Tibetan: རང་འབྱུང་) sound of the unborn in the heart center, and listen to it. When all bliss has gathered, listen to the self-arising sound 'ཨཿ ཨཿ' (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A), and contemplate it filling the unborn nature [existing] [also making the sound A]. Thus, understand that bliss is the nature of emptiness. Or, 'hide the luminous mantra under the feet of illusion,' meaning, generate bliss in the emptiness of illusion and then meditate, thereby realizing bliss. Or, 'raise the secret mantra in the void of the moon [if arrogant, contemplate A on the mandala of the sun, from A contemplate the spontaneous sound A A],' meaning, focus the mind no more than four fingers' distance in front of the tip of the nose [if sinking], gather it into bliss and meditate, because space is emptiness, therefore bliss itself has no substance, thereby realizing emptiness. Or, 'the secret mantra is to rotate and bind the back of the neck,' meaning, gathering the mind into the bones of the back of the neck, one can also realize bliss. Through any one of these methods [some Panditas believe that each of these methods is a method of meditation that generates wisdom, and the Maitripas also believe this.], one can understand that oneself and appearances are bliss and emptiness. Having realized this, transform all appearances into the nature of the unborn and meditate. Contemplate that everything seen by the eyes appears as bliss, and is not separate from the unborn, that it is the unborn. This is the method of meditation. The measure of familiarity is that all appearances become bliss and emptiness, and without abandoning the thought that 'everything seen and heard is emptiness,' bliss and emptiness. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
