Even when meditating, thoughts may arise. If you meditate in this way but do not experience bliss, nor generate the experience of non-discrimination, then sit comfortably on your cushion, adjust your body, and as before, visualize the bindu (smin 'tshams) at the eyebrow center, clearly visualizing it as much as possible, according to the order of the six sessions of yoga, or for as long as a night. When it is clear, visualize the bindu at the eyebrow center curling upwards, and very clearly visualize one session of yoga in the Brahma hole (tshangs pa'i bu ga). Then cleanse the body again, sit comfortably on the cushion, adjust the body, and instead of visualizing the central channel (rtsa a ba(wa) dhA~Uti) as before, visualize it as thin and withered like a sheep's intestine, shimmering like a rainbow, wavering and unsteady, clearly visualizing one session. Cleanse the body again, and clearly visualize the bindu at the crown of the head. Then visualize the bindu dissolving into the central channel like melting butter, and like an intestine inflated with a tube, wherever the bindu reaches, it is filled with pure white butter, and visualize waves of bliss arising between the vajra jewel (rdo rje nor bu). In reality, also visualize the arising of bliss and the experience of non-discrimination. By meditating in this way, it is impossible not to generate bliss and the experience of non-discrimination. Then apply the experience of meditative equipoise (mnyam bzhag) to the post-meditation (rjes thob) period as well, and meditate, combining everything, such as seeing forms with the eyes and hearing sounds with the ears, with the inseparability of bliss and emptiness. If bliss does not arise in this way, then visualize the bindu of bliss in the eyes and ears, etc., and then, when looking at forms and hearing sounds, immaculate bliss will arise simultaneously. Next, the method of arousing energy by subduing the winds and minds, and by igniting and dripping the tummo (gtum mo) is as follows: Sit comfortably on the cushion and adjust the body. If there is a greater tendency towards cold, curl up the body, clasping the knees with both hands, bringing the knees close to the chest. If there is a greater tendency towards blood stagnation, then sit in the vajra posture (rdo rje dkyil krung), with the hands in the mudra of meditative equipoise (mnyam bzhag), the spine straight, the gaze lowered to the tip of the nose, and the chin slightly tucked in, etc. Then, in the great bliss wheel (bde ba chen po'i 'khor lo) at the crown of the head, visualize a white 'HUM' (hUM, ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,destroyer) syllable, whose nature is bodhicitta (byang chub kyi sems), facing downwards, and at its end, visualize the bodhicitta (bodhi sems,བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས།) as being like a block of ice or melted butter, white and radiant. Then, in one's own [like a copper-colored leaf, red and radiant, firmly inverted in the central channel.], four fingers below the navel [in the center of the body, the central channel is like the hollow tube of a bell, like the shape of fat.], secretly --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Meditate on Tummo (Tibetan: གཏུམ་མོ་) wisdom fire, which is like the form of A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal meaning: unborn), red in color, and has a hot and sharp touch. Then, exhale and inhale two or three times, take a little air in, focus your awareness on Tummo, and meditate. In this way, the Tummo wisdom fire will burn fiercely. When the fire touches the Ham (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Literal meaning: emptiness) of Bodhicitta (Tibetan: བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་, Meaning: mind of enlightenment) at the crown chakra, the Bodhicitta will separate and drip like a pea or mustard seed. [It is said to tighten the lower air slightly.] As thick as a horse's tail, burning with a hot and sharp touch. The Tummo fire gradually becomes smaller, like a good butter lamp, with a red flame flickering, and the Bodhicitta drips down, experiencing waves of bliss. If drowsiness or agitation arises during practice, let the Tummo fire burn, push the Bodhicitta upwards to the crown chakra and let it burn. [Even if the burning and dripping are not obvious, focus on the experience.] Then, visualize the Bodhicitta dripping from the crown chakra [burning and dripping as before] down to the navel chakra. During the burning and dripping, focus your attention on where the experience arises and meditate. Afterwards: The subsequent practice is that during post-meditation (Tibetan: རྗེས་ཐོབ་, Meaning: subsequent attainment), through the experience gained from meditating in this way during meditation (Tibetan: མཉམ་བཞག་, Meaning: equal abiding), train all forms seen by the eyes as inseparable from bliss and emptiness. Similarly, train and meditate on all sounds heard by the ears, smells smelled by the nose, etc., as inseparable from bliss and emptiness. By meditating in this way again and again, at any time, one will naturally experience bliss and emptiness inseparable, without meditation or post-meditation. At that time, the body does not need clothes, one will not feel hungry even without eating, and one will not feel full even when eating a lot. Poison and weapons cannot harm. In addition, five signs and eight benefits, etc., will appear. At that time, the nine doors of the body will close, the four doors of speech will close, and the two doors of the mind will open. The closing of the nine doors of the body means: [such as smoke, subtle and light, etc.] no winds of conceptual thought flow from the nine doors, and all conceptual thoughts such as clinging to ordinary self-nature disappear, thereby arising the experience of bliss and emptiness inseparable. The closing of the four doors of speech means: the wind-mind [earth, water, fire, wind] enters the central channel (Tibetan: ཨ་བ་དྷཱུ་ཏི), and the winds of the four elements no longer flow. The opening of the two doors of the mind means: the sign of abandoning conceptual thoughts. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
