After that, a vulture came and stayed in his own shrine. I also remember a great person giving a Khata and a rosary, etc. He was born with a broad body and a healthy physique, completely unaware of the worldly cycle. He was born safely at sunrise on the tenth day of the tenth month, without any discomfort. For about seven days, he did not suckle breast milk, but was fed with butter. That year, there was continuous hail and crop failure in that area, and grain was very scarce, becoming a famine. This year, grain was sought and planted from Dzakhog, and the harvest was very good. From then until the age of twelve, it is said that there were good years of prosperity. It is said that from the time he could crawl, he was very concerned about hygiene and carried urine far away to dispose of it. From the time he learned to speak, he often said auspicious and kind words. Some things he could vaguely remember himself. At about the age of four, he found a copy of the "Peaceful and Wrathful Deities" recitation manual and, imitating others, pointed his finger at the letters and recited them. When he could walk, he had a grain bag, saying that it needed to be blessed with the Kunsang Chodril (Tibetan: ཀུན་བཟང་མཆོད་དཀྲིས།) mantra, and no one but himself could complete that blessing, never separating from it except when sleeping. Once a gray garment was made, but he resolutely refused to wear it, so it was wrapped in a red cloth, and he wore it after seeing it. In children's games, he would perform empowerments, build temples and shrines, make tormas from clay, and only do torma offerings and incense offerings. He was especially happy to see vases and vajra bells, etc., indicating that he had very good Buddhist habits. In the spring of his fifth year, on an auspicious day, his father taught him the Tibetan alphabet, which he understood at a glance, but because he was a child without the ability to think, he did not want to study much. In his sixth and seventh years, he began to learn to read, recognizing some letters and learning to spell, and by the age of eight, he was able to surpass the elderly readers. When he was three years old, the Gelug monk Sonam Lodro (bsod nams blo gros) came to that place, and his parents requested ordination, giving him the name Tenzin Yungdrung (bstan 'dzin g.yung drung), which later became the name of the merchant Ladakh. At this time, at one sunrise, he was held by a relative, looking like a bird from the eastern fields at the upper, middle, and lower layers of the victory banner.

A person holding a rosary appeared, and when asked who it was, they said it was no one. I remembered many past lives before I had a name, and many uncertain feelings of joy and sorrow, reality and experience emerged in my memory, and it seemed that some of these situations would later happen to me. Later, I no longer remembered what to avoid regarding food, clothing, dirt, etc., for myself or others, and those memories also disappeared, and my mind became dull. Yungdrung Phuntsok, a realized being from Tharpade Retreat, was very dignified and proficient in wind-mind. He, who possessed clairvoyance, said, "This is a Bodhisattva lineage, touched by the light of Orgyen Padmasambhava." Later, he will become famous, but there will be great obstacles around the age of thirty, he prophesied to his grandfather and others. I also kept it in mind and had great faith in Orgyen Padmasambhava, knew how to recite the Seven-Line Prayer, liked to recite the Vajra Guru (Tibetan: བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्र गुरु, Sanskrit Romanization: Vajra guru, Literal Chinese meaning: Diamond Master), and always had a strong faith, hoping to meet Situ Pema Nyinje, Dzogchen Pema Rigzin, Monkyal Pema Gyalpo, who are said to be emanations of Orgyen Padmasambhava, someday. I was also called an emanation of Orgyen Padmasambhava by the children. Sometimes when I looked southwest, I would think that I might meet Orgyen Padmasambhava, and I would feel sad and melancholic. Because I was very afraid of hell, those scenes appeared in my mind like dreams. One night, a radiant lama appeared in the sky from the northwest to the northeast, landed in the village that was being chased, and spoke some prophecies. He gave a delightful object and left. Also, once, a person who claimed to be Moma Kunshi Thingpo came and told fortunes using three divination arrows, and said the results of three great divinations: "It is a lion, a white lioness, with turquoise mane." etc. At the end of these words, I dreamed that a beggar carrying a red flower would come from the direction where the sun rises, and because my hometown is in the area of Eastern Shechen and Pelyul, I thought I would go and see. One night, my grandmother Achak and I arrived in hell. Entering through a small door, surrounded by black and white children, we were led on the left and right sides of what looked like a road, and finally arrived at that room, where the lama called the Dharma Raja was.
