供养了修行法会的供品后，到达了寂静处。为德格（sde dge）的王子大小喇嘛和果洛（mgo 'jo）扎纳寺（brag nag dgon pa）等各自所需进行了灌顶和传承，之后进行了确灵金刚橛（chos gling phur ba）的念诵。每年都进行金刚橛的遣除。新建成了制作精良的白度母金像，并装藏开光，持续不断地进行念诵和修持。十二月进行了马头明王、玛莫、甘露这三种传承的念诵和修持，年末也稍微参加了怙主（mgon po）的朵玛修法。木马年新年，自己年满八十二岁时，从初二开始，就像得了瘟疫一样，感觉身体内部沉重。特别是之前就有的咳嗽痼疾，扰乱了身体。因为害怕一直醒着睡不着，才让慈诚顿珠（tshe ring don grub）向噶陀（ka thog）的扎嘎（'dzar ka）等人进行了占卜。让他们上下按摩等，做了很大的努力。自己为了清净业障，特意在神变月期间，在八蚌寺（dpal spungs）的僧众中发起了书写六字真言一亿遍的活动，聚集的僧人也超过了三百人。每人供养了三两银子。德格（sde dge）的官员们和八蚌寺（dpal spungs）的寺主、喇嘛僧众等分别进行了长寿祈愿。修行者们也举行了很多白度母的修法和供养等，虽然疾病的根本原因有所减轻，但由于年事已高，身体恢复的希望渺茫。堪布喇嘛扎西沃色（bkra shis 'od zer）和谢塔尔（gser thal）喇嘛邬金伦珠（o rgyan lhun grub）多次劝说我写一部传记，堪布喇嘛扎西曲培（bkra shis chos 'phel）也同样劝说并提供了书写的便利，因此在没有灌顶、传承、讲授等期望，闲暇休息的时候，为了驱赶睡意，不得不写了这些。总的来说，获得了具有闲暇和圆满的人身。具有高尚的七种功德。还具备四大车轮。结果不仅进入了珍贵的佛法之门，而且遇到了过去、现在、未来都不会出现、不会出现、正在出现的密宗金刚乘，就像去了珍贵的黄金岛一样，可以随心所欲地享用，这样的机会在轮回中是永远不可能遇到的，但是业力和愿力

After offering the offerings of the practice assembly, I arrived at the secluded place. I performed the empowerments and transmissions required for the great and small lamas of Dege (sde dge) and Gojo Drak Nag Monastery (mgo 'jo brag nag dgon pa), and then performed the recitation of Chosling Vajrakila (chos gling phur ba). Every year, Vajrakila's removal is performed. A new, well-made statue of White Tara was built, and the relics were enshrined and consecrated, and the recitation and practice were continuously performed. In December, the recitation and practice of the three lineages of Hayagriva, Mamo, and Ambrosia were performed, and at the end of the year, I also briefly participated in the Torma practice of the Protector (mgon po). In the Wood Horse year, on the New Year's Day, when I turned eighty-two years old, from the second day onwards, I felt heavy inside, as if I had caught a plague. In particular, the chronic cough that I had before disturbed my body. Because I was afraid of being awake and unable to sleep, I asked Tsering Dondrup (tshe ring don grub) to consult the Zarka ( 'dzar ka) of Kathog (ka thog) and others. I had them massage me up and down, etc., and made great efforts. In order to purify my karma, I specifically initiated an activity to write 100 million six-syllable mantras in the congregation of Palpung Monastery (dpal spungs) during the month of miracles, and the number of monks gathered exceeded 300. Each person was offered three liang of silver. The officials of Dege (sde dge) and the abbot, lamas, and monks of Palpung Monastery (dpal spungs) each offered long-life prayers. The practitioners also performed many White Tara practices and offerings, etc. Although the root cause of the disease was alleviated, the hope of the body recovering was slim due to old age. Khenpo Lama Tashi Ozer (bkra shis 'od zer) and Sertri (gser thal) Lama Orgyen Lhundrup (o rgyan lhun grub) repeatedly urged me to write a biography, and Khenpo Lama Tashi Chophel (bkra shis chos 'phel) also urged me in the same way and provided writing facilities, so I had no choice but to write this much to drive away sleep during my leisure time when there was no expectation of empowerment, transmission, or teaching. In general, I have obtained a precious human body with leisure and endowment. It has the seven noble qualities. It also has the four great wheels. As a result, not only have I entered the gate of the precious Buddha Dharma, but I have also encountered the Secret Mantra Vajrayana, which will not appear, will not appear, and is appearing in the past, present, and future, just like going to a precious golden island, where I can enjoy it as I please. Such an opportunity is never possible to encounter in samsara, but karma and aspiration
