From the west, offering to the Sugata speech deities and so on. Hūṃ! The main deity of the mandala, the Lord of Lotus! Lotus Accomplishment... Lotus Mandala... Lotus Family. From the north, offering to the Sugata activity deities and so on. Hūṃ! The main deity of the mandala, the Lord of Action! Action Accomplishment... Action Mandala... Action Family. Having heard the prayer thus, the great compassionate master, with love preceding for the disciples, receives permission from the sky mandala. Offering to the Sugata family assembly of deities and so on. Hūṃ! Great is the all-pervading lord of all mandalas! I prostrate to the chief vidyādhara. I am controlled by compassion, for the benefit of you offerings and disciples, I wish to draw the mandala. Lords, masters of compassion, it is appropriate to grant permission. Sugata Vajra and Jewels, Lotus, all supreme families of action, clear light essence Vajrasattva, complete in the wheel of the family assembly lama. If I worship you, the powerful one of the wheel, please come here manifestly with compassion, and grant blessings and accomplishments to me and the disciples. Praying thus three times, the mandala beings rejoice, Vajradhara, great compassion, for the benefit of beings, accomplish the mandala activities properly, you will become the master of all accomplishments. Thinking thus, the permission is granted with a song like an echo. Hūṃ! Rising with majesty, singing the Sura Ro song from each direction, or reciting Hūṃ, circumambulating the base of the mandala, and sitting in the northeast corner. Blessing the colors: On the five colors that are vividly colored, recite Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Svāhā (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ओम् आः हूँ स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽梭哈).
