愿能如此！如同梦中获得珍宝般的繁华，有也好，没有也好，因此，不随波逐流，不虚情假意欺骗他人，愿能精进修持殊胜的佛法！如同小鸟落在树梢般的地位，高也好，低也好，因此，不贪恋自己的卑劣处境，愿能精进修持殊胜的佛法！如同兵器般的控制奴役恶咒，成就也好，不成就也好，因此，不购买自取灭亡的剃刀，愿能精进修持殊胜的佛法！如同鹦鹉念诵六字真言般的念诵，念也好，不念也好，因此，不计数众多无意义的行为，愿能精进修持殊胜的佛法！如同山间流淌的河水般的说法之法，精通也好，不精通也好，不只是口头擅说而不修持佛法，愿能精进修持殊胜的佛法！如同猪鼻般敏锐观察的智慧，敏锐也好，迟钝也好，因此，不挑起无意义的贪嗔烦恼，愿能精进修持殊胜的佛法！如同夏天的水渠般的瑜伽体验，增长也好，减少也好，因此，不追逐孩童追逐彩虹般的事物，愿能精进修持殊胜的佛法！如同山顶的雨水般的清净显现，生起也好，不生起也好，因此，不执着于虚幻的体验为真实，愿能精进修持殊胜的佛法！如同如意宝珠般的暇满人身，若未获得，则没有修持殊胜佛法的方法，因此，在自己拥有时，不虚度光阴，愿能精进修持殊胜的佛法！如同解脱道的明灯般的具德上师，若未遇到，则没有证悟实相的方法，因此，在知道去处时，不跳入悬崖，愿能精进修持殊胜的佛法！如同治疗疾病的药物般的殊胜佛法，若未听闻，则没有取舍善恶的方法，因此，在知道利弊时，不吞下剧毒，愿能精进修持殊胜的佛法！如同冬夏交替般的苦乐变迁，若未见到，则没有生起出离心的方法，因此，在痛苦轮番降临时，下定决心脱离轮回，愿能精进修持殊胜的佛法！如同水中的石头沉入水底般的轮回中，诸佛菩萨垂下慈悲的救度之索，这次若不抓住，以后将无法抓住。

May it be so! This fleeting prosperity, like finding treasure in a dream, whether it exists or not, is fine. Therefore, without conforming to the world, without deceiving others with insincere flattery, may I diligently practice the sublime Dharma! This position, like a small bird landing on a treetop, whether high or low, is fine. Therefore, without longing for my own wretched state, may I diligently practice the sublime Dharma! These evil mantras of control and subjugation, like weapons, whether they succeed or not, are fine. Therefore, without buying a razor to cut my own throat, may I diligently practice the sublime Dharma! This recitation, like a parrot reciting the six-syllable mantra, whether recited or not, is fine. Therefore, without counting numerous meaningless actions, may I diligently practice the sublime Dharma! The Dharma of discourse, like a mountain stream flowing down, whether proficient or not, is fine. Without being skilled in mere words and not meditating on the Dharma, may I diligently practice the sublime Dharma! This wisdom of swift examination, like a pig's snout, whether sharp or dull, is fine. Therefore, without stirring up meaningless attachment and aversion, may I diligently practice the sublime Dharma! This experience of yoga, like a summer irrigation ditch, whether increasing or decreasing, is fine. Therefore, without chasing after things like children chasing rainbows, may I diligently practice the sublime Dharma! This pure appearance, like rain on a mountaintop, whether arising or not, is fine. Therefore, without grasping illusory experiences as true, may I diligently practice the sublime Dharma! This leisure and endowment like a wish-fulfilling jewel, if not obtained, there is no way to practice the sublime Dharma. Therefore, while I have it in my own hands, without wasting time, may I diligently practice the sublime Dharma! This glorious Lama, like a lamp on the path to liberation, if not encountered, there is no way to realize the true nature. Therefore, knowing where to go, without jumping off a cliff, may I diligently practice the sublime Dharma! This sublime Dharma, like medicine that cures illness, if not heard, there is no way to know what to accept and reject. Therefore, knowing benefit and harm, without swallowing poison, may I diligently practice the sublime Dharma! These changes of joy and sorrow, like the alternation of summer and winter, if not seen, there is no way to generate renunciation. Therefore, when suffering comes in turn, resolving to escape samsara, may I diligently practice the sublime Dharma! In samsara, like a stone sinking to the bottom of the water, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas have cast down the rope of compassion. If I don't grasp it this time, I won't be able to grasp it later.

那巴说：应精勤于殊胜之法！ 如珍宝洲般的解脱功德，若不了解便无法生起精进。 应恒时见到胜者的利益和秘密，精勤于殊胜之法！ 如甘露精华般的殊胜解脱，若未体验便无法生起信心。 应在知晓胜败之时，不自寻苦恼，精勤于殊胜之法！ 如肥沃田地般的菩提心，若不生起便无法获得佛果。 应在成办大事时不放任自流，精勤于殊胜之法！ 如顽皮小猴般的自心，若不守护便无法断除烦恼。 应不随意模仿疯子的行为，精勤于殊胜之法！ 如与生俱来的影子般的我执，若不舍弃便无法到达安乐之地。 应在抓住敌人之时，不视其为朋友，精勤于殊胜之法！ 如灰烬中的火星般的五毒分别念，若不压制，心性便无法安住。 应不在怀中养育毒蛇幼崽，精勤于殊胜之法！ 如油污般的自相续污垢，若不调伏，佛法与自心便无法相融。 应不放任自生的孩子随地大小便，精勤于殊胜之法！ 如江河奔流般的恶习气，若不断除，便会与非法行径混杂。 应不将武器卖给敌人，精勤于殊胜之法！ 如无常水纹般的散乱，若不舍弃，便无法获得稳固。 应不在随心所欲之时造作轮回之业，精勤于殊胜之法！ 如檀香木纹般的必需之物，若不转变，纯正佛法便无法成就。 应如盲人抓住牛尾般不放手，精勤于殊胜之法！ 如地水暖意般的上师加持，若不融入，便无法认识自性。 应在临近近路时不绕远路，精勤于殊胜之法！ 如夏季药草遍地的寂静处，若不依止，便无法生起功德。 应在山中居住时不往来城镇，精勤于殊胜之法！ 如冰雹落入深渊般的贪图安乐，

Napas said: May we diligently practice the sacred Dharma! Like a jewel island, the virtues of liberation, if not understood, cannot generate diligence. May we always see the benefits and secrets of the Victorious Ones, and diligently practice the sacred Dharma! Like the essence of nectar, the sacred liberation, if not experienced, cannot generate faith. May we not buy our own suffering when we know victory and defeat, and diligently practice the sacred Dharma! Like fertile land, the mind of Bodhicitta, if not generated, cannot attain Buddhahood. May we not be indifferent when accomplishing great things, and diligently practice the sacred Dharma! Like a mischievous little monkey, this own mind, if not guarded, cannot abandon afflictions. May we not imitate the behavior of madmen at will, and diligently practice the sacred Dharma! Like an innate shadow, this self-grasping, if not abandoned, cannot reach a place of happiness. May we not treat the enemy as a friend when we have caught him, and diligently practice the sacred Dharma! Like a spark in the ashes, the thoughts of the five poisons, if not suppressed, the mind itself cannot abide in its natural state. May we not raise baby poisonous snakes in our bosom, and diligently practice the sacred Dharma! Like an oily stain, this laziness of our own nature, if not tamed, the Dharma and our own mind cannot mix. May we not let our own child defecate and urinate at will, and diligently practice the sacred Dharma! Like a flowing river, these bad habits, if not cut off, will mix with non-Dharmic behavior. May we not sell weapons to the enemy, and diligently practice the sacred Dharma! Like impermanent water ripples, this distraction, if not abandoned, there is no way to gain stability. May we not create the karma of samsara when we can do whatever we want, and diligently practice the sacred Dharma! Like the patterns of sandalwood, these necessities, if not transformed, the pure Dharma cannot be accomplished. May we not let go like a blind man holding onto an ox's tail, and diligently practice the sacred Dharma! Like the warmth of earth and water, the blessings of the Guru, if not integrated, there is no way to recognize our own nature. May we not take a detour when we are near the shortcut, and diligently practice the sacred Dharma! Like a summer meadow full of medicinal herbs, this solitary place, if not relied upon, there is no way to generate qualities. May we not frequent towns when we live in the mountains, and diligently practice the sacred Dharma! Like hail falling into a deep abyss, this desire for comfort,
