Completed the supplementary embellishments of the great initiation. The Kagyu and Mahamudra merged like a river. Nowadays, the degenerate age occupies the majority. For the pretas with wrong views, the nectar rain of the Vajrayana is incompatible with the vessel of the throat. Through the guidance of the stages of the three types of individuals, merit is greatly increased. Because the wisdom to enter the mantra arises, without examining the superiority or inferiority of the faculties, the skillful means of guiding is extremely rare. It is praised as the secret path of the union of Sutra and Tantra. The nature of mind is luminosity. It transcends the definition of knower and known. In all the pure immensity, it appears but is devoid of dust-like clinging. It has the nature of a mirror. That is called Mahamudra. That is the partless, awareness, and autonomy that pervades all dharmas. It is not, because it transcends thought. Completely free from conceptualization, it far transcends the realm of thought and speech. Like space, it is stainless, and all arises, it is called profound, free from examination. Holding the image of Mahamudra, from the "Drop of Liberation." Like an illusion, like a rainbow, taming the continuums of oneself and others, is called true clarity. That supreme nature of non-duality, is the essence that pervades all things, not seized by samsara, is called the Dharmadhatu. There is no thing, therefore there is no meditation. What is to be meditated upon is not meditation. Thus, with things and without things, meditation is without an object. Indra said, as long as there is permanence, everything is false. From the "Collection Sutra." If that itself is not examined, that kind of truth is the true meaning. There is no meditator, no discriminating meditation, and no object of meditation. Therefore, one should meditate on that itself. Do not trace back to the past, do not have expectations for the future. From the "Four Mudras Sequence." The past is gone, the future has not yet arrived. The dharma that arises now, also observe it from the "Bhadrakalpa Sutra." Not being robbed by conceptualization, understand them all. By abiding in the characterized with characteristics, the accomplishment is approved by the supreme Victorious Ones. By abiding in the uncharacterized, it is also possible to accomplish abiding in the characterized. From the "Manifest Enlightenment of the Perfectly Purified Vairocana Sutra," for the wisdom of discriminating mind and selflessness, through equipoise, the six consciousnesses become clear and non-conceptual.

Experience accompanied by self-awareness, all immediately appearing thoughts dissolve like mirages in the sky. The alaya-vijnana is also seen as other-dependent origination, like an illusion. One gains mastery over a hundred gates of samadhi. This is the unparalleled Mahamudra of the all-knowing, unmoving joy. Some sectarians say that this is like the meditation of Chinese monks. That way, the root of no-self is not severed, and it only prevents the flow of thoughts. Here, all mind and consciousness are abandoned into the nature of reality, naturally cultivating the inherent awareness. It is not intentionally preventing the arising of thoughts. From no-mind, one knows with wisdom, and then also realizes that that too is non-existent. The wise realize that both are non-existent, not clinging to either side, abiding in the dharmadhatu, Maitreya said. Through analysis, one can understand the general characteristics of ultimate truth and conventional truth. Without this analysis, even years of meditation will be difficult to enter the path. However, truly realizing the nature of reality as it is, is the skillful means of the guru. It is said that through conceptual and non-conceptual consciousness, one cannot realize the nature of reality. Clinging to any side is the work of demons, bad thoughts and good thoughts should be abandoned through seeing and meditation, like golden fetters and rope fetters. However, since it is free from arising, ceasing, and abiding, one does not abandon cause and effect and acceptance and rejection. Not keeping all dharmas in mind is called "sacred Amanasi," famous for its erudition in both China and Tibet, and it is also established through scripture and reason, and adorned with the experience of accomplishment. Maitreya's Mahamudra, Dagpo's co-emergent union, Tsalpa's white single-pointedness, Phagdru's non-duality of wind and mind, and the self-arisen Gyalwa Karmapa's introduction to the three bodies, as well as the practice of the three vajras, etc., all the essential meanings are the same here. Some say that what arises from empowerment and the two stages is the Mahamudra of mantra. Without those, this is not it. Then, why is empowerment necessary? And why practice the two stages? If it is said to be for generating the realization of the meaning of empowerment and protecting vows, then in countless tantric scriptures, it is said that empowerment is the cause of maturation and gives co-emergent bliss, the guru's blessing is transferred, if the vajra wisdom empowerment does not accomplish those purposes, contrived dust
