Generating the mind of enlightenment and dedicating the merit to enlightenment, these are the five branches of continuous confession that come from the 'Gur,' and the two branches of offering and prostration from before, totaling seven branches, which is the meaning of 'sevenfold purification' spoken of in the writings of Kyungpo. Then, these fields of merit come before oneself through the power of compassion. Immeasurable rays of light radiate, purifying one's aggregates, elements, sense bases, diseases, demonic influences, sins, obscurations, etc., in short, all the defilements and habitual tendencies of the three doors. Like images appearing in a clear mirror, visualize oneself and the field of merit as appearing as two, but in reality, they are without distinction. Cultivate loving-kindness, желать (Sanskrit: желать) all beings to have happiness; compassion, желать (Sanskrit: желать) to be free from suffering; joy, желать (Sanskrit: желать) to never be separated from happiness; and equanimity, желать (Sanskrit: желать) to have an unbiased mind without near or far. Moreover, not just towards one direction, but meditate on the four immeasurables focusing on beings pervading space. The second is the accumulation of wisdom, first by reciting the mantra of स्वाभाव (Tibetan: སྭ་བྷཱ་བ།, Devanagari: स्वाभाव, Romanization: svabhāva, meaning: self-nature), contemplate that all appearances that arise from one's own mind due to delusion are objects to be grasped, because they are not established apart from one's own mind, therefore they are of the nature of no self-nature. Romanization: śūnyatā, meaning: emptiness), these objects to be grasped are the eight consciousness aggregates that grasp, all of mind and mental factors, and these are merely appearances of the collection of causes, conditions, and interdependent origination, and apart from the images that appear in the form of consciousness, they are not inherently established from the beginning. In short, because one knows that all phenomena, internal and external, are emptiness, one abides in that state of equanimity. These are according to the meaning of what is said in the root text: 'The protection circle, accumulation of merit, etc., have been done before, whether extensively or briefly.' The second part has three: the yoga of generation stage, the yoga of recitation, and the yoga of completion stage. The first part: After all phenomena have become emptiness, from within that state of emptiness, again clearly visualize the protection circle that was previously meditated upon. In the center of the ground of various vajra centers, visualize various eight-petaled lotuses and a sun disc. Although the method of meditating on the sun disc is not explicitly stated in the text, it appears in the root text, and it is also clear that it is necessary according to the practice of the five deities of Chakrasamvara. On the upper left of the sun disc, visualize black Yamantaka holding a skull cup and khatvanga, facing down, head facing left. On the right is Kālī.
