以及成为助伴者，愿您安乐吉祥。何者对一切法皆现见，既清净又无垢染，令三清净皆成清净者，愿您安乐吉祥。何者诞生为大雄，成就一切圆满之事，且成就一切义成之聚，愿您安乐吉祥。何者诞生时，令大地以及森林皆震动，一切有情皆欢喜，愿您安乐吉祥。当趋往菩提树心时，令大地六种震动，魔心不悦者，愿您安乐吉祥。当转法轮时，宣说诸圣谛，何者生起能仁之美名，愿您安乐吉祥。何者以妙法，令一切外道皆降伏，且令一切眷属皆自在，愿您为您带来安乐吉祥。 佛陀愿您安乐吉祥， 帝释梵天诸天神，以及一切地祇之安乐，愿恒常赐予您。 佛陀福德之威力，以及诸天众之发愿，您的任何希求之事，愿此事今日成就。 双足者愿您等安乐吉祥，四足者愿您等安乐吉祥，您等途中安乐吉祥，归来时亦安乐吉祥。 白天安乐吉祥夜晚安乐吉祥，白日正午安乐吉祥，愿您等一切时处安乐吉祥，愿您等莫造罪业。 以已逝者（chྒཻ་མོ，音译）为主的一切众生，从一切不和之方彻底得胜，愿吉祥。如是等语，以身语意三门清净后，引入皈依者：若有亲眷，则令其持名牌，并令其作礼拜，主要为： 怙主胜者为众生之怙，为救护众生而精进，大能者能除诸怖畏，已逝者我皈依您。 彼之心中所领悟之法，能除轮回之怖畏，以及对菩萨众，亦如是已逝者我皈依。 已逝者见大怖畏后，向普贤供养已逝者，向文殊已逝者之，此身我作供养，以慈悲之行持不迷乱之，观世音怙主。

And may the one who became a helper and companion bring you happiness and auspiciousness. May the one who directly sees all dharmas, who is pure and without defilement, and who makes the three purities pure, bring you happiness and auspiciousness. May the great hero who was born, who achieved all perfect things, and who also accomplished the assembly of accomplished meanings, bring you happiness and auspiciousness. May the one whose birth caused the lands, including the forests, to tremble greatly, and all sentient beings to rejoice greatly, bring you happiness and auspiciousness. When going to the heart of the Bodhi tree, may the one who caused the earth to shake in six ways and made the demons unhappy bring you happiness and auspiciousness. When turning the wheel of Dharma, may the one who spoke the noble truths and whose fame as a sage arose bring you happiness and auspiciousness. May the one who captivates and defeats all non-Buddhists with the Dharma, and who subdues all assemblies, bring you happiness and auspiciousness. May the Buddha bring you happiness and auspiciousness. May the happiness and auspiciousness of the gods Indra and Brahma, and of all beings, always be bestowed upon you. By the power of the Buddha's merit and the intention of all the gods, may whatever you desire be accomplished today. May you two-legged beings have happiness and auspiciousness. May you four-legged beings have happiness and auspiciousness. May you have happiness and auspiciousness on the road. May you also have happiness and auspiciousness upon returning. May there be happiness and auspiciousness during the day and happiness and auspiciousness during the night. May there be happiness and auspiciousness at noon. May you always have happiness and auspiciousness. May you not commit sins. May all beings, headed by the deceased Chge Mo, be completely victorious over all unfavorable sides and be auspicious. Having purified the three doors in this way, those who are led to take refuge: if there are relatives, they are made to hold name cards and made to prostrate. The main one is: The victorious protector is the protector of beings, striving for the benefit of protecting beings, the mighty one who dispels all fears, the deceased, I take refuge in you. The Dharma understood in his heart, which dispels the fear of samsara, and also to the assembly of Bodhisattvas, likewise, the deceased, I take refuge. Having seen great fear, the deceased offers the deceased to Samantabhadra. To Manjushri, the deceased's body, I offer. The compassionate conduct that is not mistaken, Avalokiteshvara, the protector.

Furthermore, with a weak voice, I cry out for help, praying for the salvation of this sinful being. To the noble Ksitigarbha and Akashagarbha, and to all lords of compassion, I prostrate from the depths of my heart and cry out. Merely seeing them, the messengers of Yama and other evil beings would scatter in fear in all directions. I seek refuge in Vajrapani, the protector. In the past, I disobeyed your teachings, but now I see great fear, so I seek refuge in you. Please quickly dispel my fear. The deceased, named Chge Mo, from this time until reaching the Bodhi Tree, takes refuge in the compassionate lamas with lineage, and the precious Three Jewels. During the medicine ritual, I prostrate and take refuge in the mandala of the eight Sugatas, including the Bhagavan Medicine Guru Bhaisajyaguru, the King of Lapis Lazuli Light, and the sixteen Bodhisattvas. In the liberation ritual, I prostrate and take refuge in the Bhagavan Vairochana and other Sugatas, along with their retinue of disciples. Finally, please forgive all my sins, please guide me on the path, please quickly grant me the attainment of the omniscient Buddhahood. Praying with great reverence and sincerity, I contemplate having entered into refuge and obtained the path to liberation. To eliminate hunger and thirst and sever attachments, I offer food: arranging white and sweet foods that are not mixed with meat and alcohol, as well as drinks such as tea and milk, and silks, etc., and sprinkling water. By the power of the blessings of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and by the power of my merit and aspirations, and by the power of the knowledge mantras, may these arranged substances become a realm of enjoyment where the deceased can obtain whatever they desire and enjoy without end, may it increase and expand. Bless three times with Om（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）, Ah（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿）, Hum（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）.
