May we see the assembly of noble ones gathered from within a mass of light, take refuge and generate the mind of enlightenment, be liberated from the lower realms, and enter the path of the noble ones. May we gain the power to universally accomplish immeasurable benefit for beings, and become equal to the Thus-Gone Ones in body, speech, and mind. Furthermore, may these rays of light gather into one and pervade the mantra-water of the vase, so that merely touching it will pacify all harm, inauspiciousness, and discomfort, and may it become an elixir of purification that increases glory and well-being. May it pervade the body, retinue, and all the implements to be accomplished, removing and pacifying all sickness and harm, freeing body and mind from all faults, becoming as hard and stable as a vajra, and becoming a vessel of Dharma. Moreover, may all the noble ones, through various skillful means such as establishing the very nature of Dharma, accomplish the benefit of all beings without exception. May whatever objects of mind we generate, and whatever mantra syllables we recite, be perfected and blessed as pure through the various samadhi-gates and infinite syllables of the noble ones. Recite three times, or if abbreviated, recite once. By the truth of the Three Jewels, and by the power and blessings of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and by the pure and inconceivable power of the realm of Dharma, and by the truth of the determined vows of the noble ones, may it be so. Thus recite three times. Eleventh, reciting the mantra: Trust that the noble ones grant their blessings and that the activity will manifest as wished for. Read the stainless mantra-sutra, and recite the long and short mantras one hundred and eight times each. Finally, while reciting the mantra, bathe oneself and others with the vase water, and drink it. Sprinkle the mantra water in all directions, and recite: 'Whatever beings remain here,' etc. Third, the conclusion is in eight parts: accumulation, purification, aspiration, circumambulation and offering, requesting forgiveness, supplication, dedication, and auspiciousness. I respectfully prostrate to all the supreme jewels, including the Buddha, the sacred Dharma, Bodhisattvas, Shravakas, and the Sangha of Pratyekabuddhas! I respectfully prostrate to all the stupas, Buddha's body relics, and Sharira relics in the ten directions! I respectfully prostrate to all the protectors of the sacred Dharma who abide in the manner of worldly and transworldly existence! To all those noble assemblies, I offer bathing water and perfumes, incense and flowers, food and lamps, music and cymbals, umbrellas and banners, and so on, all these offerings that are actually available, and all ownerless offerings in the ten directions, and all the abundant human utensils, and all the oceans of offering clouds generated by the power of mantras and vidyas, and by the power of faith, arising from the aspirations of the Good Conduct Prayer, filling and pervading all that belongs to the realm of Dharma, which is boundless as the sky, and I offer and prostrate! From beginningless time, in all the lifetimes of wandering in samsara, all sinful and unwholesome actions, in short, not doing what should be done, doing what should not be done, and so on, all actual sins, I thoroughly confess! I rejoice in all the merits of the Buddhas and beings of the three times! I urge all the Victors of the ten directions to turn the supreme wheel of Dharma! To all the lamps of the world who wish to show the manner of passing into Nirvana, I pray that they do not pass into Nirvana, but act for the benefit of the world and remain for a long time! May all see with this merit, and may all sentient beings have happiness, etc., reciting each verse. Secondly, in this way, having properly built the Dharma body stupa, and by the power of accumulating and purifying, and other great virtuous deeds, may all the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, of the ten directions, spontaneously accomplish the ultimate intention of fulfilling the benefit of self and others! May all the mandalas of the palaces be covered by the clouds of offerings of the Good Conduct Prayer! May all the doors of the sacred Dharma
