Pramana ye Svaha! Praying with various offerings of precious ornaments, may all qualities be perfected and benefit beings! Offer white clothes, etc. Om Dharma Dhatu Svabhava Vishuddhe Dharma Te Svaha! (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་དྷརྨ་དྷཱ་ཏུ་སྭ་བྷཱ་བ་བི་ཤུདྡྷེ་དྷརྨ་ཏེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ धर्मधातु स्वभाव विशुद्धे धर्म ते स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ dharmadhātu svabhāva viśuddhe dharma te svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Dharma Realm, Self-nature, Pure, Dharma, That, Svaha!) May it possess the meaning of pure Dharma Realm! After consecrating with these rituals, during the time of taking the seat, Om Supratishtha Vajraya Svaha! Recite while arranging. I request all the victorious ones to abide inseparably and firmly in this support! Thus speak. When making Tsatsas in this way, arrange for as many readers as possible according to your means. With clean ashes, etc., with refuge and bodhicitta. With blessing the ground, inviting, abiding, bathing, and the seven-branch offering as preliminaries, inspire the minds of the noble ones, and generate the mind to give the Dharma to all impartial sentient beings. The Prajnaparamita Sutra such as the Eight Thousand Verses, the Golden Light Sutra, the Jewel Heap, the Noble Jewel Crown Asked Sutra, and the Stainless Crown Sutra Dharani, etc., should be recited clearly without interruption. Finally, dedicate with the Essence of Dependent Arising and the merits of teaching the Dharma, etc. Even if all of that cannot be accomplished, recite the Heart Sutra and the long and short Stainless Dharani. In particular, always recite the short essence mantra. If it is very complete, it is said that when making Tsatsas and practicing, one should also establish a constant number of recitations, which is also very important. With these, the work of making Tsatsas will be accomplished. Among them, both the long and short Stainless Dharani are needed for internal insertion, but reciting about one hundred and eight times is also very important. Reciting hundreds of thousands of times is difficult to accomplish in that way, so it is okay to recite only the short mantra. In any case, print it on paper, etc., and apply good incense, or mix it with cinnabar ink. Take good wood such as juniper, with the top and bottom not reversed, as a symbol of the life force, and roll the mantra inward from the beginning of the Dharani and insert it. After the Tsatsas are completely dry, offer white for pacifying, yellow for increasing, etc., it is said to change the color according to the corresponding color of the four activities, but usually it is good to offer all white. If you can cut as many pieces as possible of the five-colored silk symbolizing the umbrella and sew them on the top of the Tsatsas, that would be even better. Tsatsas are also mostly offered in units of hundreds of thousands.

Although there is a method of making "Um Ther," the hundred thousand mentioned in this scripture refers to the mantra itself. Therefore, it is necessary to accomplish a hundred thousand Tsatsas endowed with a hundred thousand mantras. If done according to the eight offerings with complete numbers, the practice is convenient and the source is reliable. Second, the arrangement of offerings: Although the Khenpo's scripture does not mention the difference between elaborate and concise, the "Stainless Commentary" was written by Master Padmasambhava, and most people use it as the standard. If combined with its method, there are two types: elaborate and concise. The first is: In the place where the mandala is to be made, the teacher offers white torma and golden drink, divides with lines, pegs, scatters sesame and mustard seeds, and recites short mantras, etc. All of the above mentioned in the Tsatsa making ritual must be completed one day in advance. The platform of the mandala can be built with earth and stone, or made of wood. The shape is square, the top is as smooth and flat as a mirror, and the four sides have legs of a jewel throne supported by eight lions, which can be carved or drawn. The size must be able to accommodate the number of Tsatsas placed in each ritual, so it must be determined according to the size of the Tsatsas, etc., and then sprinkle cow dung, cardamom, saffron, sandalwood and other perfumes on it. Then, according to the main method of practice, like the one hundred and eight stupas, draw a mandala without a horse-headed single door, surrounded by a bathing pool and lotus light, according to the usual lines and colors. On the left and right sides of the center line, divide each into six parts, and draw various eight-petaled lotus diagrams. The fifth part and above are the places to place one hundred and four Tsatsas, and in the sixth part, in the two tables on the left and right sides of the four sides of the center line, place one Tsatsa each, for a total of eight. The remaining part is the seat where all the holy beings gather. If the space is wide, it can be divided into seven parts from the beginning to make two layers of holy beings' seats. If one thousand Tsatsas are to be placed in one ritual, then each side must be divided into sixty parts, and so on, and the rest can be inferred by analogy. In this way, the mandala must not be worn out when the Tsatsas are taken and placed. If it is a wooden platform, it can be painted with watercolors and then varnished, etc., you should know. Then, place one Tsatsa on each lotus of the table.
