如此向在座的各位行礼道。 唉！为了与虚空同等的一切有情众生，无论如何都要获得无上的圆满正等觉佛陀果位。为此，在此进入世尊第一佛陀时轮的身语意圆满法界语自在的大坛城，为了领受世间和出世间的甚深灌顶，生起菩提心后谛听。 还有，我等导师大悲尊，转了无数不可思议的正法之轮，其中最为殊胜的就是密咒乘。它有事部、行部、瑜伽部、大瑜伽无上部这四大续部。其中，一切之顶是无上瑜伽部。其中也有秘密集会和阎魔敌红黑等三部。胜乐轮和喜金刚，以及摩诃摩耶等母续有六种。其中最为究竟的是金刚萨埵部，或者分为父母双运三类，如果按照二元对立来分，那么无二续就是世尊第一佛陀时轮。而且，在根本续中说： 在鹫峰大山中， 无上大乘法， 般若波罗蜜多之理， 为诸菩萨宣说。 之后在巨大的佛塔中， 在法界坛城中， 第一殊胜本续， 在春季中月十五日宣说。 如是，圆满正等觉释迦王在转了三次法轮之后，在黑月十五日，在吉祥米聚大塔中，进入世尊时轮的等持，下方幻化出法界语自在，上方幻化出吉祥星宿坛城，周围是无数的佛菩萨勇士空行，以及十二大神等天龙夜叉鬼神众，以及恒河的北方

Thus, to those assembled in the assembly, it is said: Alas! For the sake of all sentient beings equal to the sky, may we attain the precious state of unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment. For that purpose, here, entering the great mandala of the complete body, speech, and mind of the Lord, the First Buddha, Kalachakra, the Dharma Realm, the Lord of Speech, in order to receive the profound empowerments of the mundane and supramundane, generate the mind of enlightenment and listen. Furthermore, our teacher, the one possessed of great compassion, turned countless inconceivable wheels of the sacred Dharma, among which the most extraordinary is the secret mantra vehicle. It has four great tantra divisions: the Action Tantra, the Performance Tantra, the Yoga Tantra, and the Great Yoga Unsurpassed Tantra. Among them all, the pinnacle is the Unsurpassed Yoga, which includes the Guhyasamaja and the three lineages of Yamantaka, red and black. The Mother Tantras, such as Chakrasamvara, Hevajra, and Mahamaya, have six types. Among them, the ultimate is the Vajrasattva lineage, or divided into three categories of father-mother union. If divided according to duality, the non-dual tantra is the Lord, the First Buddha, Kalachakra. Moreover, in the root tantra it is said: On the great mountain of Vulture Peak, the unsurpassed Great Vehicle, the way of the Prajnaparamita, was taught to the Bodhisattvas. Then, in a great stupa, in the mandala of the Dharma Realm, the glorious first tantra was spoken on the fifteenth day of the middle spring month. Thus, after the perfectly enlightened Buddha Shakyamuni turned the three wheels of Dharma, on the fifteenth day of the dark moon, in the great stupa of glorious Dhanyakataka, he entered into the samadhi of the Lord Kalachakra, below manifesting the Dharma Realm, the Lord of Speech, and above manifesting the mandala of the glorious constellations, surrounded by countless Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, heroes, and dakinis, as well as the twelve great gods and other assemblies of gods, nagas, yakshas, spirits, and the north side of the Sita River.

In the center of the city of Shambhala, where ninety-six billion people gather, the emanation of Vajrapani, the Dharma King Moon Good (Chosgyal Dawa Sangpo), at the request, taught the twelve thousand root tantras. All other tantric systems were also re-explained and entrusted to Vajrapani. Dharma King Moon Good compiled all the tantras into books in Shambhala. He composed sixty thousand commentaries on the Kalachakra root tantra. Celestial artisans constructed a mandala of four hundred cubits from various precious materials. He extensively taught the mantra vehicle, and after his passing, the emanation of Earth Essence, the Heavenly King, and six other Dharma Kings taught the root tantra and its commentaries for six hundred years, each for one hundred years. After that, the emanation of the noble Manjushri, the Lord of Men Fame (Migdak Drakpa), also taught the root tantra and its commentaries for one hundred years. Finally, in order to gather beings including forty-five billion Brahma sages such as the Sun Chariot, he collected all the kings of tantras, and merged the four castes into one caste and passed away. In the same year, the caste holder White Lotus (Rigden Pema Karpo) composed the twelve thousand great commentaries, "Stainless Light." From then on, among the caste holders up to the Mighty Wheel (Dragpo Khorlo), Ocean Victory (Gyamtso Namgyal) for one hundred and eighty-two years, Victory Power (Gyal Dak) for two hundred and twenty-one years, and all others for one hundred years, propagated and developed the tantras and commentaries, and will continue to do so. Among these, when the teachers Dignaga and Dharmakirti upheld the Dharma, the caste holder All-Pervading (Khyabjug) the Hidden One came to Kashmir by miraculous power and erected a stone pillar. For three months, he taught many teachings of the Vajrayana. He also composed the sadhana practices of Vajravarahi and Ekajati. In the future, when all the regions south of the Situ River become heretical, the caste holder Mighty Wheel, an emanation of Manjushri, will ride a stone horse and conquer the heretics with an army of emanations, and transform all ages into the age of perfection. His sons Brahma and Heavenly King will rule the twelve fields of action and clearly illuminate the correct path. This is how it originated in the sacred land of Tibet.
