By this, you are empowered to accomplish the fierce manifest activities of the wrathful king Vajrakilaya, such as protection, repulsion, killing, and suppression. Secondly, in order to bestow the empowerment of the Vajra Master, the five-pointed vajra of skillful means as the essence of glorious Vajrasattva, and the bell of wisdom as the essence of the consort Vajra Nyemma, are empowered. Therefore, please believe that you are enthroned as a great Vajra Master who relies on the three roots, practices the two stages for your own benefit, and has attained the power to accomplish various activities for the benefit of others. Because you are entrusted as the command attendant of Vajra Drakpo Tsal, please believe that you have received the power to subdue, suppress, and torment all enemies, obstacles, oath-breakers, and evil forces, and to accomplish the fierce and decisive activities of the Great Black Protector of Demons. You have the power to visualize appearances as deities. It is the arrangement of the auspicious coincidence to attain the fruition of the Nirmanakaya.
