ཧྲཱིཿ，圆满正觉无量光，何人若持彼之名，将生彼胜妙刹土，愿生彼胜妙刹土。祈请薄伽梵无量光，为彼亡者之，献上意识蕴，祈纳此供并示道，引此心至菩提处。从此地往北方，于事业圆满之刹土，圆满正觉不空成就。何人若持彼之名，将生彼胜妙刹土，愿生彼胜妙刹土。祈请薄伽梵不空成就，为彼亡者之，献上行蕴，祈纳此供并示道，引此心至菩提处。从此地往中央，于密严刹土中，圆满正觉金刚萨埵。何人若持彼之名，将生彼胜妙刹土，愿生彼胜妙刹土。祈请薄伽梵金刚萨埵，为彼亡者之，献上识蕴，祈纳此供并示道，引此心至 菩提处。五道十地至究竟，圆满正觉任运成，通达一切智之义，愿证三身之果位。第二、五蕴迁识：又将新蜡涂于尸体上，以箭尖等触碰之法，虽有此说法，但现今已不实行，故仅作其手印。吽 (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)。以方便之弓满智慧箭，具足智慧大悲之威力，于无上胜妙之圣地，愿亡者如箭般投生。从此刹土往东方，有称为现喜之刹土，彼处有佛陀毗卢遮那，圣母佛眼佛母住于彼，右方有菩萨地藏，左方有菩萨慈氏弥勒，前方有明妃白拉色，后方有明妃白布施贝，善逝部主眷众，化身佛陀无数，安乐功德不可思议，因此名为现喜刹土，胜妙清净之圣地兴盛，亡者舍身

From here to the north, In the realm of perfectly accomplished actions, Perfect Buddha Amoghasiddhi. Whoever holds his name, Will be born in that supreme realm, May I be born in that supreme realm! I pray to Bhagavan Amoghasiddhi, For this deceased, I offer the aggregate of formations, Please accept this offering and show the path, Lead this mind to the place of enlightenment. From here to the center, In the Akaniṣṭha realm, Perfect Buddha Vajrasattva. Whoever holds his name, Will be born in that supreme realm, May I be born in that supreme realm! I pray to Bhagavan Vajrasattva, For this deceased, I offer the aggregate of consciousness, Please accept this offering and show the path, Lead this mind to the place of enlightenment. Having perfected the five paths and ten bhumis, May the perfect Buddha be spontaneously accomplished, Having realized the meaning of omniscience, May I attain the fruit of the three kayas! Second, transferring the five aggregates to their respective places: Again, applying new wax to the corpse and touching it with the tip of an arrow, etc., although this is said, it is not practiced nowadays, so only the mudra is made. From this realm to the south, there is a pure land called "Glorious." There resides the Buddha Ratnasambhava, and the supreme mother Mamaki (藏文：མཱ་མ་ཀི་，梵文天城体：मामाकी，梵文罗马拟音：māmakī，汉语字面意思：Mamaki) also resides there. To the right is the Bodhisattva Samantabhadra, to the left is the Bodhisattva Akashagarbha, in front is the blue Male mother, and behind is the yellow Dhupe mother. The six principal retinue members of the Ratna family, there are countless emanated Buddhas, whose merits and benefits are inconceivable. Therefore, it is named "Glorious Pure Land," in that supreme pure sacred place, may you, the son of the lineage who has passed away and changed bodies, like a great accomplished one shooting an arrow, be born as the supreme son of the perfectly enlightened Buddha! May the feeling aggregate of the deceased be transformed into yellow Sva (藏文：སྭཱ，梵文天城体：स्वा，梵文罗马拟音：svā，汉语字面意思：Sva), and like a great accomplished one shooting an arrow, may it dissolve into the union of the parents Ratnasambhava, becoming a son of the Buddha and attaining enlightenment! From this realm to the west, there is a pure land called "Sukhavati." There resides the Buddha Amitabha, and the supreme mother Goddess White Robe also resides there. To the right is the Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara, to the left is the Bodhisattva Manjushri, in front is the red Girti mother, and behind is the red Alo mother. The six principal retinue members of the Padma family, there are countless emanated Buddhas, whose bliss and wonders are inconceivable. Therefore, it is named "Sukhavati Pure Land," in that supreme pure sacred place, may you, the son of the lineage who has passed away and changed bodies, like a great accomplished one shooting an arrow, be born as the supreme son of the perfectly enlightened Buddha! Phat! May the perception aggregate of the deceased be transformed into red Ah (藏文：ཨཱ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：Ah), and like a great accomplished one shooting an arrow, may it dissolve into the union of the parents Amitabha, becoming a son of the Buddha and attaining enlightenment!
