光芒四射。将器情万法汇聚成甘露之相。从顶门进入的缘起，直至轮回终结，任何因缘也无法摧毁的不死本元之界。毫不费力，超离思维，安住于赤裸的自性之中。再三与忆念的显现相连，这就是修持念诵瑜伽的要点。长寿修法，皆大欢喜之意。心生欢喜，彻底解脱之胜妙。对于胜妙生起极大信心的部分。将此部分书写成文字。此乃口耳相传。无有衰败的青春。无有显现积聚的光彩。毫不费力的力量。自然产生的技能。永不耗尽的成就。永不衰减的福德。极度增长的威严。毫不动摇的权威。敏锐的智慧。永不死亡的生命。永不改变的寿命。永不停止的智慧。彻底转变的勇气。从各方彻底获胜的吉祥。（29）长寿无量光白色本尊引导文。长寿无量光白色本尊的引导是：先发心皈依。心安住于不做作的状态。于此状态中，从吽（ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，hum，摧破）字化现金刚栅栏，以及智慧火焰形成的防护轮。于此轮中，从舍（ཧྲཱིཿ，hrīḥ，hrih，大种性）字化现器世界，在莲花燃烧的宫殿中，中央莲花日月垫上，刹那间化成长寿无量光，身色白色。双手于禅定印上，持充满甘露的宝瓶。以丝绸和珍宝严饰，具足妙相。以金刚跏趺坐姿安住。光芒之轮燃烧。其顶髻之上，莲花日月垫上为上师。心间 班姆（བྷྲཱུཾ，bhrūṃ，bhrum，种子字）。其光芒汇聚轮回涅槃二者，器世界四大种的精华和能量。能量的寿命和福德智慧，总的以及特别的成就，毫无遗漏地汇聚成白色和红色的光芒。这是誓言萨埵的修持。甘露之流进入宝瓶，流到自己口中。与喉咙中融为一体的安乐相混合，专注于此，轻抵上颚。各自的自性安住于自明之中。从喉咙到心间、脐间充满。与气一起，其光芒照亮轮回涅槃二者。

Rays of light emanate. All phenomena of container and contents are gathered into the form of nectar. Through the auspicious connection of entering from the crown of the head, the realm of the deathless innate, which cannot be destroyed by any circumstance until the end of time. Effortlessly, beyond mind, abide in the naked self-nature as it is. Again and again, connect with the appearance of mindfulness, this is the key point of engaging in the yoga of recitation. The mind of joy of all longevity practices. Supreme bliss of mind, complete liberation. A portion of supreme faith. This portion is written in letters. It comes from oral transmission. Youthfulness without decay. Splendor without manifest accumulation. Power without effort. Skill of spontaneous arising. Accomplishment without depletion. Merit without deterioration. Glory of complete prosperity. Authority without wavering. Sharp intellect. Life without death. Longevity without change. Intellect without obstruction. Courage of complete transformation. Auspiciousness of complete victory from all directions. (29) A Guide to White Amitayus. The guide to White Amitayus is: First, generate refuge and bodhicitta. Leave the mind in a state of non-fabrication. From that state, from the syllable Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，hum，Destroying), a vajra fence and a protective wheel formed by a mass of wisdom flames arise. Within that wheel, from the syllable Hrīḥ (ཧྲཱིཿ，hrīḥ，hrih，Great Kind), the container world arises, and in the center of the palace of burning lotus, on a lotus, sun, and moon seat, instantly visualize Amitayus, white in color. The two hands are in the meditation mudra, holding a vase filled with nectar. Adorned with silk and precious jewels, endowed with marks and signs. Seated in the vajra posture. A circle of light blazes. Above the crown of the head, on a lotus, sun, and moon seat, is the lama. At the heart, Bhrūṃ (བྷྲཱུཾ，bhrūṃ，bhrum，seed syllable). Its rays of light gather the essence and energy of the four elements of both samsara and nirvana, the life, merit, and wisdom of the essence, both general and specific, and all accomplishments without exception, into the form of white and red rays of light. This is the practice of the samaya-sattva. The stream of nectar enters the vase and flows into one's own mouth. Mix the mind with the bliss of being blended into one taste in the throat, and lightly touch the palate. Let each self-nature abide in self-awareness. Fill from the throat to the heart and navel. Together with exhaling the air, its rays of light illuminate both samsara and nirvana.

Strike the hail container. Gather all material elements without omission together with the inhaled air. Hold the vase firmly. Like a peg, nail down the basis of life that will never be destroyed by any circumstance until the end of the kalpa. Again, the sound of the secret wind manifests as Hum (ཧཱུྃ，Hum，hūṃ，吽), the root of samsara and nirvana. All bodhicitta is firm from the secret place to the navel, heart, throat, and up to the crown, attaining the vajra body. Seal the upper end of the central channel with the white Bhrum (བྷྲཱུྃ，Bhrum，bhrūṃ，梵) syllable and bindu. The cessation and inhalation of wind are the same as before. All the lifespans of both samsara and nirvana, without omission, both coarse and subtle, are gathered together, and like a peg, nail down the indestructible basis of life. Finally, cross both hands and press them on the shoulders. Press down the uvula. One's own vajra body merges into the essence of molten liquid. Rest in the effortless, supra-conscious, immortal, primordial state. Do not follow after the thoughts of circumstantial appearances, but naturally relax and abide. By practicing in this way, one can learn to make the qualities of the nature of the vajra life and immeasurable wisdom of body, speech, and mind more and more excellent. During the breaks between sessions, the true practice of this life-extension instruction is the secret of practicing together with a qualified consort through the union of the body, which is to be understood from the oral instructions. Extracted from the guidance manual of Chaglo. (30) The Red Guidance: Instructions on the Tailor's Method. The red guidance of the Tailor's Method is: First, proceed with refuge and bodhicitta. The emptiness bodhicitta of the five bodhis. Within one's own heart, like an eggshell opening upwards, on a lotus and moon seat, is the seed syllable Ah (འ). From the seed syllable Hrih (ཧྲཱིཿ，Hrih，hrīḥ，舍), arises the lotus-bearing hand, marked by Hrih (ཧྲཱིཿ，Hrih，hrīḥ，舍). One's own body is fully perfected as the noble Avalokiteshvara, body color white, one face and four arms. The first two hands are joined in prayer at the heart. The second right hand holds a crystal rosary of one hundred and eight beads. The second left hand holds a white lotus. The two feet are in vajra posture, wearing a white silk upper garment and a deerskin breast covering, and a skirt of various colored silks. The hair is tied in a topknot, adorned with all kinds of precious jewels. White rays of light radiate from the pores in all ten directions.
