修行心要精华。于一坐垫上，在心之明点中，以遍布虚空无杂之明晰禅定，祈愿加持证悟更上层楼。 祈愿加持。 噶当六论师之：能仁自在慈氏怙主印度圣者，菩提胜喜索擦戒律光，嘉瓦谛内西波尼玛僧，涅蒙索巴嘉赛滚噶切，日追旺秋楚帕桑结温，罗哲嘉措绒敦喜饶坚巴，惹敦云贝堪钦索伦杰，等。 祈愿加持，六论师传承具足之般若经教规，与修行密法之方式相符，于此生中行持地道功德，证悟佛法之实相。 祈愿加持。 息解派之：能仁之王语狮子，圣者印度菩提胜喜足，帕擦郭巴嘉瓦谛内等，西波尼僧赤协达玛僧，涅多父子巴钦滚伦巴，曲杰喜桑绒堆贡如等，钦饶曲吉杰和香隆巴，等。 祈愿加持，从噶当三士之修行次第，如次第修持五道之威力，使地道功德无余现前之，息解殊胜道成就。 祈愿加持。 菩提道次第之：能仁然央喜措嘎玛拉，瓦仲嘉耶南尼布乔耶，赛尊旺勋嘎擦云丹等，库农尊哲惹赤桑巴瓦，洛敦曲扎仲迪达玛宁，尊哲僧格嘉荣昂玛衮，尊嘉香洛芒喀洛匝瓦，旺洛江孜涅温滚噶华，雅荣南尼喜饶嘉措等，惹敦云贝索南伦珠夏，等。 祈愿加持，三转法轮之教次第三种，菩提道次第三之初中后三，三种士夫行持方式三种，如是三类如实证悟。 祈愿加持。 慈氏五论之：能仁自在慈怙无著世亲，罗哲丹巴热贝库觉等，论师切卫迪和桑布之足，燃灯吉祥藏和恒河善贤之名，功德祥和喀且寺院者，婆罗门僧伽喀且智。

Essence of the heart of practice. On a single seat, within the bindu of the heart, with a clear samadhi that pervades the sky without mixture, may blessings be bestowed to increase realization and experience. ༈ Blessings be bestowed. Of the six Kadampa masters: Sage King Maitreya, the holy Indian, Bodhisattva Kunga, Sotra Tsultrim Bar, Gyalwa Tene Zhipo Nyima Seng, Nyemong Sodpal Gyalsay Kunga Che, Ritro Wangchuk Tsulpak Sangye Won, Lodro Gyatso Rongton Sher Gyampa, Ratön Yönpal Khenchen Sölhun Je, etc. May blessings be bestowed so that the tradition of the Perfection of Wisdom Sutra, which possesses the six transmissions, is in accordance with the practice of mantra, and by traversing the grounds and paths, abandoning and realizing in this lifetime, the true nature of Dharma is realized. ༈ Blessings be bestowed. Of the Pacification Lineage: Sage King, Lion of Speech, the holy Indian, the feet of Bodhisattva Kunga, Patsab Gompa Gyalwa Tene, Zhipo Nyiseng Trulzhik Darma Seng, Nyemdo father and son Palchen Kunlünpa, Chögyal Sherzang Rongtö Gungru, Khyenrap Chökyi Je and Janglungpa, etc. May blessings be bestowed so that by the power of practicing the three Kadampa's practices, and meditating on the stages of the five paths as they are, the supreme path of Pacification, in which all the grounds and paths, abandonment and realization, are manifested, is accomplished. ༈ Blessings be bestowed. Of the Stages of the Path: Sage King Ramyang Shizho Kamala, Watsum Gyalye Namnyi Druchokye, Setzun Wangzhön Gartsa Yönten, Khunön Tsöndrü Ratri Sangbarwa, Löton Chödrak Drangti Darma Nying, Tsöndrü Sengge Gyangro Ngarmagön, Tsön Gyal Shonglo Mangkar Lotsawa, Wanglo Jangtse Nyawön Kunga Pal, Yakrong Namnyi Sherab Gyatso, Ratön Yönpal Sönam Lhündrub Zhab, etc. May blessings be bestowed so that the three aspects of the teachings of the three wheels, the beginning, middle, and end of the three stages of the path, the three ways in which the three types of individuals traverse, are realized as they are in their three aspects. ༈ Blessings be bestowed. Of the Five Treatises of Maitreya: Sage King Maitreya, Asanga Vasubandhu, Lodrö Tenpa Ribé Kuju, Acharya Cheway Dé and Sangpo's feet, the name Dīpaṃkara Gaṅgābhadra, Puṇyeśrī and the Kashmiri monastery, Brahmin Saṃgha Kashmiri Jñā.
