ལ་ཉེས་པ་གང་མཆིས་བླ་མ་རྒྱལ་བ་སྲས་བཅས་ལ་མཐོལ་ཞིང་བཤགས་པ་དང༌། དགེ་བས་ཟབ་ཁྲིད་བརྒྱ་རྩའི་རྒྱུན་བཟང་སྲིད་མཐའི་བར་དུ་མི་ནུབ་དར་ཞིང་རྒྱས་པའི་རྒྱུར་གྱུར་ཅིག །།དགེ་ལེགས་འཕེལ།། གདམས་ངག་མཛོད་པོད་བཅོ་བརྒྱད་པ། ཁྲིད་བརྒྱའི་བརྒྱུད་འདེབས་བརྩོན་བདེ་བརྒྱུད་པའི་མཚན་སྡོམ་ཅུང་ཟད་གསལ་བར་བཀོད་པ།

对于我所具有的任何过失，向诸位上师、胜者及其眷属坦白并忏悔。愿此善行使甚深窍诀百法的优良传承，直至轮回边际，永不泯灭，兴盛广大！吉祥增上！

I confess and repent to all the Lamas, Victors, and their spiritual offspring for any faults I may have. May this virtue cause the excellent lineage of the hundred profound instructions to flourish and increase without diminishing until the end of existence! May goodness and auspiciousness increase!
