Abiding in the center. Visualize outside oneself a white wheel with eight spokes, like a hollow, closed hat, rotating clockwise. Due to the blazing and turbulent flames, all demons, obstructors, and harm-doers are like cinders in a bird feather craftsman's furnace, burning with crackling sounds. Again, visualize white rays of light emanating from the ཏཱྃ་ (TĀṂ, तां, Tām, Seed syllable of Tara) syllable and mantra garland in the heart, like a thousand moons rising simultaneously. Filling the entire body. All illnesses, demons, and defilements are purified and cleansed. Radiating outwards from the pores. The outside of the wheel, about one fathom away, transforms into a white light tent. Visualize all peaceful activities being accomplished. Again, visualize yellow rays of light emanating from the mantra garland in the heart, like molten gold. Filling the entire body. All life, merit, and wisdom are increased. Radiating outwards from the pores. The outside of the white light tent, about one fathom away, transforms into a yellow light tent. Visualize all enriching activities being accomplished. Again, visualize red rays of light emanating from the mantra garland in the heart, like the color of coral. Filling the entire body. All animate and inanimate things are brought under control. Radiating outwards from the pores. The outside of the yellow light tent, about one fathom away, transforms into a red light tent. Visualize all magnetizing activities being accomplished. Again, visualize blue rays of light emanating from the mantra garland in the heart, filling the entire body. All unfavorable forces are destroyed. Radiating outwards from the pores. The outside of the red light tent, about one fathom away, transforms into a blue light tent. Visualize all wrathful activities being accomplished. Again, visualize green rays of light emanating from the mantra garland in the heart, like molten emerald. Filling the entire body. All supreme and common accomplishments are achieved simultaneously. Radiating outwards from the pores. The outside of the blue light tent, about one fathom away, transforms into a green light tent. Visualize all activities being accomplished. Again, visualize liver-colored rays of light emanating from the mantra garland in the heart. Filling the entire body. All accomplishments are stabilized. Radiating outwards from the pores. 并观想一切事业稳固。所有六个光帐也变成像蛋的形状一样的一个整体，坚硬牢固，即使是劫末的风也无法摧毁。观想所有间隙都充满着新鲜、柔软且富有弹性的蓝色莲花，花朵刚刚绽放。从自己显现为圣救度母开始，将心专注于光芒肝脏的光帐之间，并在显空的状态中安住。同样，从外面依次将心专注于心间的ཏཱྃ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，tām，种子字）字之间，并在显空无别的状态中安住。然后，从头顶无量寿佛心间的ཧྲཱིཿ（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，hrīḥ，种子字）字放射出光芒照耀十方，将包含器情世间的一切寿命和福德都收集为光芒的形态，进入宝瓶中，变成了不死甘露的河流。那甘露向上涌出，从口中流出，从自己的头顶梵穴进入，充满身体的内部，从而净化了疾病、邪魔、罪障以及非时而死的恐惧，获得了不死寿命的成就。观想之后，屏气二十一次，或者七次到三次。然后，从心间的咒轮以及咒鬘中，也放射出不死甘露的甜蜜汁液之流，以及白色光芒等发出声音的无量光芒。自己的身体从头顶到脚底都充满光明，从而清净和消除了疾病、邪魔、罪障以及非时而死的恐惧，获得了不死寿命的成就。观想身体的每个毛孔都充满着甘露的汁液，闪闪发光。尽可能地念诵：ཨོཾ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་མ་མ་ཨཱ་ཨུཿཔུཎྱེ་ཛྙཱ་ན་པུཥྚིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，oṃ tāre tuttāre ture mama āyuḥ puṇye jñāna puṣṭiṃ kuru svāhā，嗡 达咧 都达咧 都咧 玛玛 阿 优 布涅 嘉纳 布什丁 咕噜 梭哈）。在观想不清晰的时候，念诵从心间的咒轮以及咒鬘中降下甘露并放射光芒的收放之词，如上所述。将咒语和观想结合起来，毫不散乱地念诵之后，像以前一样进行供养和赞颂，祈请薄伽梵母赐予我和一切众生所有殊胜和共同的成就。ཨཱ་ལི་ཀཱ་ལི་ཡེ་དྷརྨ་ཡིག་བརྒྱ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，ālikāliye dharma yik gya，阿哩嘎哩耶 达玛 益嘎）等一百字各念诵三遍，加持稳固，弥补缺失。

And contemplate that all activities are stable. All six light tents also become a single entity like the shape of an egg, solid and firm, which even the winds of the eon cannot destroy. Contemplate that all the gaps are filled with fresh, soft, and supple blue lotus flowers, just about to bloom. Starting from visualizing oneself as the noble Tara, focus the mind between the light tent of the liver and the light, and rest in the state of appearance and emptiness. Likewise, gradually focus the mind from the outside to the ཏཱྃ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, tām, seed syllable) syllable in the heart, and rest in the state of inseparable appearance and emptiness. Then, from the ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, hrīḥ, seed syllable) syllable in the heart of Amitayus on the crown of the head, rays of light radiate in the ten directions, gathering all the life and merit encompassed by the container and its contents, saṃsāra and nirvāṇa, into the form of light, entering the vase, and transforming into a stream of immortal nectar. That nectar surges upwards, flows out from the mouth, enters from the Brahma aperture on one's own crown, filling the entire inside of the body, thereby purifying all diseases, evil spirits, sins, and the fear of untimely death, and attaining the accomplishment of immortal life. After contemplating this, hold the breath twenty-one times, or from seven to three times. Then, from the heart chakra and the mantra garland, streams of sweet nectar of immortality and countless assemblies of white light and other sounds also radiate. One's own body, from the crown of the head to the soles of the feet, is completely filled with light, thereby purifying and eliminating all diseases, evil spirits, sins, and the fear of untimely death, and attaining the accomplishment of immortal life. Contemplate that every pore of the body is filled with glistening drops of nectar. Recite as much as possible: ཨོཾ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་མ་མ་ཨཱ་ཨུཿཔུཎྱེ་ཛྙཱ་ན་པུཥྚིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, oṃ tāre tuttāre ture mama āyuḥ puṇye jñāna puṣṭiṃ kuru svāhā, Om Tare Tuttare Ture Mama Ayuḥ Punye Jñana Pushtim Kuru Svaha). When the visualization is not clear, recite the words of gathering and dispersing light, with nectar descending and light radiating from the heart chakra and the mantra garland, as mentioned above. Combine the mantra and visualization, and after reciting without distraction, perform offerings and praises as before, and pray that the Bhagavati Mother grants me and all sentient beings all supreme and common accomplishments without exception. Recite the hundred syllables such as ཨཱ་ལི་ཀཱ་ལི་ཡེ་དྷརྨ་ཡིག་བརྒྱ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, ālikāliye dharma yik gya, Ali Kali Ye Dharma Yik Gya) three times each, to stabilize the blessings and compensate for any deficiencies.
