When performing prostrations and other practices, focus on the guru's throat, thinking: "Please be my true path." When facing the noble Sangha and other objects of refuge, focus on their entire body, thinking: "Please be my friend in accomplishing the path." While engaging in these visualizations, recite the refuge prayer four hundred or twenty-one times, etc. Afterwards, visualize light radiating from these objects of refuge, striking oneself and all sentient beings, thereby purifying all sins and obscurations, and generating faith like a flock of birds flying towards the Buddha-field. Then, for the benefit of all sentient beings, I will attain Buddhahood. For this purpose, I will practice the instructions on transference of consciousness. Therefore, for the benefit of all sentient beings, recite "Perfectly Complete Buddha" etc. three times, generating the aspiration and application Bodhicitta. If desired, one can meditate according to the literal meaning, or recite "May all sentient beings have happiness" etc. Then, first one must confess one's past sins and obscurations, which requires confession through the four powers. Visualize in the space in front, the golden Shakyamuni Buddha, with his right hand in the earth-touching mudra and his left hand in the meditation mudra, surrounded by seven white Buddhas making the supreme Bodhi mudra. To their east, in front of the Buddha, are seven blue Buddhas, with their right hand in the earth-touching mudra and their left hand in the meditation mudra. To the south, on the right side, are seven yellow Buddhas, with their right hand in the varada mudra and their left hand in the meditation mudra. To the west, behind the Buddha, are seven red Buddhas, with both hands in the meditation mudra. To the north, on the left side, are seven green Buddhas, with their right hand in the abhaya mudra and their left hand in the meditation mudra, they are the thirty-five Buddhas of confession. All these Buddhas possess the characteristics of a Buddha's manifestation body, wearing the three Dharma robes, adorned with marks and signs, and seated in the vajra posture. Surrounded by many Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, like a dense cloud. Visualize them all facing oneself, they are the objects of confession for sins and obscurations. In front of them, oneself and all sentient beings, led by one's parents, are present, and then one by one recall the sins and downfalls committed by oneself and others in the past, thinking: "Alas! I have committed such and such sins, violated the ten non-virtuous actions, etc., and the precepts of the three vows, it is truly terrible!" Generate strong regret, this is relying on the power of remorse.

It is the power of blessing, which is to remember the sins to be confessed. From now on, regarding all sins, and actions that violate the vows to be protected, even if it costs my life, I will not do them. Generating such a protective mind is the power of constantly practicing the antidote, which is to generate the antidote of the mind of abandoning sins. By doing so, it is impossible for the sins committed in the past not to be eliminated, they will definitely be purified, and the thought of regaining the lost power will arise. Thus, with the door of the four powers complete, with the intention of repentance, transforming oneself into a number equal to the number of dust particles, with the intention of prostration, recite the confession of sins once or three times. After that, from "The action of the body is" to "prostration," recite as usual. In the main practice, in front of oneself, that is, four and a half cubits upward from the eyebrow center, visualize a precious square throne, each side with two lions facing outward, a total of eight lions carrying it, on top of which is an eight-petaled lotus of various colors, on top of the lotus is a moon disc equal in size to the lotus. On top of that, visualize the lama from whom you received the transmission and oral instructions of this Powa practice. If you have received any unsurpassed great empowerment, then visualize that lama. If you have not received such an empowerment, then visualize one, two, or three lamas who have fully and completely received the unsurpassed four empowerments, according to the extent of your faith, especially the lamas who have received this practice, visualize them as being of inseparable essence. The form is Vajradhara, the body color is like the clear blue sky of autumn, one face and two arms, the right hand holds a golden five-pronged vajra (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्र, Sanskrit Romanization: vajra, Chinese literal meaning: diamond), the left hand holds a bell with the vajra as the handle (Tibetan: དྲིལ་བུ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: घण्टा, Sanskrit Romanization: ghaṇṭā, Chinese literal meaning: bell), the thumbs of both hands are tucked inside, holding them in a fist at the chest, the left hand below, the right hand above, crossed, the body is outwardly clear and inwardly bright, with the nature of light, like an empty and clear illusion, the hair is black, not dry or disheveled, tied into a topknot on the crown of the head, the rest hanging behind the back. Wearing a precious crown with the emblems of the five Buddha families, earrings and necklaces adorned with various jewels. A string of jewels hanging down to the silk thread or half necklace in front of the chest, and a necklace hanging down to the navel. Between the five strands of jewels are jewels.
