The first has three parts: Refuge, Bodhicitta, and Guru Yoga. The first is: All places become a pure great Buddha-field. In front of oneself, there is an ocean of nectar with eight branches. In the center of it, a wish-fulfilling tree born from jewels, in the center of the five branches, is the root and lineage guru. In front is the Yidam, to the right is the Buddha, behind is the Dharma, to the left is the Sangha, and around are the Dakinis and Dharma protectors, residing like dense clouds. In their presence, oneself and all sentient beings take refuge with the single entry of the three doors. Think, "I and the beings of the three realms," and take refuge as much as possible. The second is: Wishing to attain the state of perfect Buddhahood for the benefit of all sentient beings is aspiration. And for that purpose, wanting to train in the profound path is engagement. While keeping the meaning in mind, train the mind with wisdom, compassion, and the four immeasurables. The third is: Generating the Guru Shakyamuni Buddha, the Samaya being, on one's crown. Dissolving the Jnanasattva. Accumulating merit through offerings. The methods of supplicating the root and lineage gurus, etc., are as they appear in the recitation text. At the time of dissolving the Jnanasattva, the objects of refuge also dissolve into the guru on the crown, thinking of it as the embodiment of all refuges. At the time of offering, each of oneself and all sentient beings transforms into offering goddesses equal in number to the dust particles of the fields. Visualize offering outer, inner, and secret offerings, filling the sky. At the time of supplication, light radiates from one's heart, summoning all sentient beings of the six realms. In the form of light, they dissolve into the upper, middle, and lower parts of one's body, thinking of oneself as the essence of all sentient beings of the six realms combined. Supplicate the guru on the crown, the embodiment of all refuges, with intense devotion and longing. Lead with five drumbeats of the Damaru three times, three drumbeats three times, and one drumbeat, as in the vision lineage. Then, recite one verse, such as "The blessed guru," in a slow melody, and place the Dara at the end as before. Then, visualize the guru on one's crown as outwardly the glorious Victorious Shakyamuni Buddha, inwardly Jigdral Chokyi Wangchuk, and secretly the root.

With intense devotion, regarding the Lama as inseparable and the embodiment of all refuges, I supplicate the precious one with the vast Dharma eye, the holder of the victory banner who is victorious in all directions, the enchanting and beautiful splendor of Yangchen Gawa (Sarasvati's Joy), at the feet of Jikme Drakpa. Recite the hundred-syllable mantra, etc., and the supplication of one's own root Lama as appropriate. After reciting, blow the thighbone trumpet three times with the sustained sound of "Lama Khyen." Then, play the damaru as before. After that, recite "Je Namo Guru Bhyaḥ (藏文:རྗེ་ན་མོ་གུ་རུ་བྷྱཿ,梵文天城体:gurubhyaḥ,梵文罗马拟音:gurubhyaḥ,汉语字面意思:上师)", and strike the damaru five times at the intervals of "place, Ogmin," etc., and "place, Vulture Peak," etc. At the end of "place, Dharmadhatu E," etc., strike five times three times, strike three times three times, and strike once once. Then, starting from "place, Taklung Tang," etc., strike five times at the end of each section of the supplication. In the end, strike five times three times, etc., extensively as before, and then put down the damaru. The Lama dissolves into light and merges into oneself, abandoning the notion of holding oneself and the Lama as separate, and remain in equanimity for a while. Then, clearly visualize oneself as the generation stage of Vajravarahi, and conclude with dedication and aspiration prayers such as "By this virtue, may I quickly," etc., and remain in equanimity in the state of illusory samadhi. Secondly, the four realities are divided into three: the three rounds of subjugating visualization, transferring one's mind into the Dharmadhatu, and transforming the aggregates into food. Firstly, from the perspective of the clear appearance and stability of oneself as the generation stage of Vajravarahi, in the initial sound of blowing the three human thighbone trumpets, think that the yogi I have arrived here. Secondly, visualize that all the gods and demons of existence and non-existence have gathered here. Thirdly, visualize that you all must listen to my command, and I will lead you into the Mahayana path. Therefore, visualize that all the gods and demons of existence and non-existence, from the highest White Umbrella King to the lowest local spirits and earth demons, the old ghosts of the past, the new ghosts of the present, the wandering local spirits, etc., all belonging to the category of harm-doers, have gathered like a marketplace. Visualize oneself as Vajravarahi, and behind the body, spread out the human skin with the head facing to the right, freshly skinned and dripping with blood, and simultaneously say "Phaṭ (藏文:ཕཊ་,梵文天城体:phaṭ,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:啪)". Possessing the generation stage of Vajravarahi, without fear or dread of anything, in a state of confidence...
