The six are ignorance, desire, hatred, pride, and jealousy, the five are purified. Ignorance Yamari, desire Yamari, hatred Yamari, pride Yamari, jealousy are placed in the position of Yamari. Dharmadhatu wisdom, discriminating wisdom, mirror wisdom, equality wisdom, accomplishment wisdom are manifested and meditated, exhaling air. When retracting, all the blessings of their body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, all five wisdoms, knowledge and compassion, power and strength, are gathered into white, red, blue, yellow, and green light shapes, and visualized as dissolving into the five places of the crown, throat, heart, navel, and secret place. One's own body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, five wisdoms, knowledge and compassion, power and strength, all blessings enter, and one visualizes oneself as manifesting the position of the five families of Yamari. When holding the vase breath, recite the name mantra or: Om Yamaraja Hum Phet (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཡ་མ་རཱ་ཛ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ यमराज हुं फट्, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ yamarāja hūṃ phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: Om, Yama King, Hum, Phet), Om Hrih Shti Vikritanan Hum Phet (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཧྲཱིཿཥྚིཿཝི་ཀྲྀ་ཏཱ་ནན་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ ह्रीःष्टिःविकृतानन हुं फट्, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ hrīḥṣṭiḥvikṛtānana hūṃ phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: Om, Hrih, Shti, Vikritanan, Hum, Phet) such heart mantra, or long mantra is also recited, it is said. Finally, the karma Yamari of the secret place dissolves into the navel chakra, it dissolves into the heart, it dissolves into the throat, it dissolves into the crown, it is like a rainbow disappearing into the sky, clear and empty without beginning or end, free from the three of birth, cessation, and abiding, like a half-day clear sky. In the state of clear emptiness free from all elaborations, the mind is placed without fabrication. This is the guiding sequence for meditating on the five families of mind-terrifying Vajra. Second, the ultimate completion stage has four, namely: calm abiding, insight, union, transference, and bardo. First, calm abiding is also divided into three, namely: calm abiding based on an object, calm abiding focused on thoughts, and calm abiding placed in non-thought. The first is divided into two, namely: holding the mind externally and holding the mind internally. The first is divided into two, namely: impure and pure. The first is: the body is made to possess the seven dharmas of Vairochana, and in front of oneself, a pillar, a vase, a lamp, a branch, a pebble, etc., whatever object is seen, the body posture and gaze are fully equipped to hold the mind, not allowing it to wander, nor scattering it into thoughts, on it relax and release, without fabrication abide in non-thought. On it drowsiness

If distraction arises, one should also know how to hold the mind in the upper, lower, right, and left directions. Second, holding the mind on the pure body of the Victorious Ones: Place an image of Manjushri in front of you, or if there isn't one, visualize it. Do not spread out thoughts about it, nor allow it to wander. Relax and rest in that state, just enough to not be distracted. This is holding the mind on the pure body of the Victorious Ones. Second, holding the mind within has two aspects: impure and pure. First, holding the mind on an impure bindu: Visualize a bindu at your heart, about the size of a bean, emitting smoke and rays of light. Do not allow it to wander, nor scatter thoughts about it; hold the mind on it. Second, Holding the mind on the pure body of the Victorious Ones: At your heart, on top of a lotus and sun disc, hold the mind on a complete image of Manjushri with full color. Do not allow it to wander, nor scatter thoughts about it; hold the mind just enough to not be distracted. Second, holding the mind on thoughts: When a thought suddenly arises, identify its location. Gaze at it clearly with the eyes of non-thought. It will dissolve into non-grasping. Self-awareness will clearly dawn in the empty and luminous, without location. Focus on the nature of whatever thought arises. Recognize your own face with your own awareness and cultivate it. This is holding the mind on thoughts. Third, holding the mind on non-thought: Place the body in the seven-point posture of Vairochana. Fix the eyes on the sky. Completely cut off all the flow of past, future, and present thoughts. Without thinking of anything in the mind, in the empty and luminous, without beginning or end, leave the nature of mind uncorrected, and rest evenly in the clear and radiant non-thought. This will cause the Samadhi of peaceful abiding, which is bliss, clarity, and non-thought, to arise. Second, Vipashyana has three meanings. First, causal Vipashyana, examining and analyzing the mind: From where does my mind come, where does it abide, and where will it go? Examine the nature of these three: arising, abiding, and ceasing. Do the five elements arise or die in my own body? Examine this. Furthermore, does the mind have colors such as white, red, blue, yellow, green, etc.? Or is it without color? Examine and analyze this. Is my mind the shape of earth, water, fire, wind, or space? Is it round? Is it square? Is it crescent-shaped? Is it triangular? Is it long? Is it oval?
