Having long eyebrows, eyes, and nose; a broad forehead adorned with a white urna hair. The hair is tied into a matted topknot on the crown of the head, with the remaining strands reaching to the waist. Possessing the appearance of youth and vitality, endowed with the thirty-two major marks, and completely adorned with the eighty minor marks. Residing in the center of a swirling mass of five-colored light, there is a white Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) at the crown of the head, a red Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿) at the throat, and a blue Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at the heart, from which rays of light emanate. Invite the wisdom beings who are like oneself and merge them without distinction. Again, rays of light emanate, inviting the five families of Buddhas, fathers and mothers together with their retinues, and bestow empowerment. Purify sins and obscurations. From the nectar residue that flows upwards, the five families of Buddhas, such as Vairochana, adorn the head. At the heart, on a red lotus and moon, is the letter Dhīḥ (藏文:དྷཱིཿ,梵文天城体:धीः,梵文罗马拟音:dhīḥ,汉语字面意思:德). Surrounded by "Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) A (藏文:ཨ་,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:啊) Ra (藏文:ར་,梵文天城体:र,梵文罗马拟音:ra,汉语字面意思:ra) Pa (藏文:པ་,梵文天城体:प,梵文罗马拟音:pa,汉语字面意思:巴) Ca (藏文:ཙ་,梵文天城体:च,梵文罗马拟音:ca,汉语字面意思:匝) Na (藏文:ན་,梵文天城体:न,梵文罗马拟音:na,汉语字面意思:纳) Dhīḥ (藏文:དྷཱིཿ,梵文天城体:धीः,梵文罗马拟音:dhīḥ,汉语字面意思:德) Na (藏文:ན,梵文天城体:न,梵文罗马拟音:na,汉语字面意思:纳) Maḥ (藏文:མཿ,梵文天城体:मः,梵文罗马拟音:maḥ,汉语字面意思:玛)," rays of light emanate. When they strike the outer environment, it is purified into the Buddha-fields. When they strike the sentient beings within, all are transformed into Mañjuśrī. Meditate on all of them reciting the mantra from their mouths and complete the recitation practice. Finally, all of them dissolve into light and merge into oneself, merging into the Dhīḥ (藏文:དྷཱིཿ,梵文天城体:धीः,梵文罗马拟音:dhīḥ,汉语字面意思:德) at one's heart. Think of the Dhīḥ (藏文:དྷཱིཿ,梵文天城体:धीः,梵文罗马拟音:dhīḥ,汉语字面意思:德) as disappearing like a rainbow in the sky and remain in a state of non-conceptualization. The second method is: As before, through the five manifest enlightenments, generate oneself as Mañjuśrī. At the five places of the crown of the head, throat, heart, navel, and secret place, on lotus and moon seats, are white, red, blue, yellow, and green Dhīḥ (藏文:དྷཱིཿ,梵文天城体:धीः,梵文罗马拟音:dhīḥ,汉语字面意思:德) syllables, from which arise white, red, blue, yellow, and green Mañjuśrīs. One face, two arms, two legs, in vajra posture. The right hand wields a sword around the head, the left holds the stem of an utpala flower at the heart. Smiling face. Long eyebrows, eyes, and nose, a broad forehead, adorned with a white urna hair. The matted hair is adorned with a hundred thousand jewels. Of luminous nature, clear and empty, meditate on it as like a reflection in a mirror. Place the three syllables at their crown, throat, and heart, and from them emanate rays of light. Invite the wisdom beings who are like oneself and bestow empowerment, as before. At the hearts of these beings, also on lotus and moon seats, white, red, blue, yellow, and green Dhīḥ (藏文:དྷཱིཿ,梵文天城体:धीः,梵文罗马拟音:dhīḥ,汉语字面意思:德) syllables emanate rays of light in the ten directions. The victorious ones and their sons of the ten directions

May the power and strength of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities increase. Offer with clouds of offerings. Invoke all the blessings of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, and all the powers of wisdom and intelligence, in the form of white, red, blue, yellow, and green light rays. As they dissolve into the five Manjushris at your crown, throat, heart, mouth, navel, and secret place, contemplate that the qualities of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, as well as the Dharmadhatu wisdom, discriminating wisdom, mirror-like wisdom, equanimity wisdom, and all-accomplishing wisdom, are manifested. Again, from the five Manjushris at the five places, radiate five rays of light as before. Touching the three doors of body, speech, and mind of all sentient beings of the six realms in the ten directions, purify the five poisons of ignorance, attachment, hatred, pride, and jealousy. Establish them in the position of Vairochana, Amitabha, Akshobhya, Ratnasambhava, Amoghasiddhi, and Manjushri. Manifest the five wisdoms: Dharmadhatu, discriminating, mirror-like, equanimity, and all-accomplishing. Then, gather all the power of the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of these, all the essence of wisdom and intelligence, into the shape of white, red, blue, yellow, and green light rays, and contemplate them dissolving into your five places. At these times, when radiating light outwards, exhale the breath as well. When gathering qualities inwards, hold the breath inside for a long time like a vase, and suppress it; this is the key instruction. Thirdly, from emptiness, on top of a fully blossomed lotus and moon disc, on top of a blue lion emerging from the earth facing downwards, in the center of the moon disc, light radiates from the red and yellow syllable དྷཱིཿ(藏文,梵文天城体:धीः,梵文罗马拟音:dhīḥ,汉语字面意思: धीः), offer to the noble ones, accomplish the benefit of sentient beings, gather back and completely transform. Oneself becomes the venerable Lord of Speech, the color of the body is like a ruby, possessing red radiance, the two feet are seated in the posture of royal play, possessing a lower garment of five-colored silk, the two hands make the gesture of teaching the Dharma, the two thumb and forefinger of the right hand hold the hilt marked with a lotus sword, the two thumb and forefinger of the left hand hold a jewel scripture on top of an utpala flower, the face is smiling, the eyes and eyebrows are long, adorned with a white hair between the eyebrows, the hair is tied in a matted topknot.
