नस्थि सरह नमो स्तुते,梵文罗马拟音:ātmānaṃ sukha duḥkha te me jñāne sukha kiṃ duḥkha to māthi।

In between, you can add or subtract as you wish. Simply: Om Ah, I prostrate to the one who clearly illuminates the true wisdom of the glorious Vajra Guru's lotus feet. Hūṃ (Seed syllable, Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ,Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं,Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ,Literal Chinese meaning: 吽). Until reaching the essence of enlightenment, I prostrate to the Guru Buddha, I prostrate to the protector Dharma, I prostrate to the Sangha Lord. To all Buddhas worthy of prostration, and to all the Dharmas spoken by the Victorious Ones, and to the Sangha with good discipline, I take refuge in the Three Jewels. All sins of doing, causing to do, and rejoicing, which destroy all faults, I confess individually before the five eyes (referring to the five eyes of the Buddha: flesh eye, divine eye, wisdom eye, Dharma eye, Buddha eye), and again, I take the vow not to do them again. Whatever merit the Hearers, Solitary Realizers, Supreme Conquerors, and Sons of the Conquerors have done, I sincerely rejoice in all of it, and completely dedicate it to enlightenment. I take refuge in the Victorious Ones, the Jewels, and the three, with all things. Generating the supreme Bodhicitta, I rely on the unsurpassed path in the same way. By whatever merit I have accumulated in the three times, may all sentient beings, as limitless as the sky, become vessels of the unsurpassed Vajrayana, and quickly attain the state of Vajradhara. Just do that. Then recite: Ātmānaṃ sukha duḥkha te me jñāne sukha kiṃ duḥkha to māthi। Sanskrit Romanization: ātmānaṃ sukha duḥkha te me jñāne sukha kiṃ duḥkha to māthi। nasthi saraha namo stute, Literal Chinese meaning: My joy and sorrow you know, there is nothing other than joy and sorrow, Saraha I prostrate to you), or translate it into Tibetan: My joy and sorrow you know, there is nothing other than joy and sorrow, Saraha I prostrate to you. Pray intensely in any way. Recite many times: Guru śaraṇaṃ gacchāmi (Sanskrit Devanagari: गुरु शरणं गच्छामि, Sanskrit Romanization: guru śaraṇaṃ gacchāmi, Literal Chinese meaning: I go for refuge to the Guru). And recite the name mantra as much as possible: Om Ah Maha Siddhi Lawadha Saraha Pada Hum Hum. Finally, visualize on the body of the Guru Accomplished Yogi Lord, the three channels and five chakras clearly appearing, the Kundali nectar separated from the left side coemergent mother, transforming into the blessing nectar white light of the body, flowing from the space between the eyebrows and dissolving into one's own forehead, purifying the obscurations of the body, and obtaining the vase empowerment. The red nectar connected to the right side Lalana mother, transforming into the nectar red light of speech, flowing from the throat and dissolving into one's own throat, purifying the obscurations of speech, and obtaining the secret empowerment. Avadhuti, clearing away ignorance

The method of. The blessings of the Buddhas, nectar, blue light, etc., from the heart center, dissolve into the heart, purifying the obscurations of the mind, and attaining wisdom and freedom. The Lama dissolves into light and merges into oneself, abiding in the state of non-duality, beyond thought and expression. Purifying the obscurations of the three doors of transmigration, attaining speech freedom. The Lama and one's own mind merge inseparably. Thus, focusing, one rests in the unborn, natural state of mind. Upon arising from that: Ema Mala, by this merit of the three times, may I and all sentient beings, infinite as mothers, be constantly cared for by the supreme accomplishment, and may we quickly attain the siddhi of Mahamudra. Wearing the crown of the Lama on the head, holding the vajra bell in the hand, reciting the king of secret mantras in the mouth, may we meditate on Yuganaddha with the mind. Thus, and so on, concluding with uncommon dedication prayers and auspicious words. Similarly, in other similar cases, in the stage of realization, on the leather cushion, the root Lama and the inseparable Lord, the noble Nagarjuna, whose body color is sapphire blue, clear and immaculate like the color of a jewel, adorned with marks and signs, with his two hands holding the Dharma wheel mudra at his heart. Wearing the three Dharma robes, abiding in the vajra posture, with the excellent Naga kings such as Shamkha offering the shade of their hoods in the form of snakes as support. The mind and the inseparable wisdom are as before. At the time of praise: I bow to the feet of Nagarjuna. The name mantra is also replaced by that of Saraha, except for Nagarjuna, the rest is the same as before. Similarly, for Shavari also. The Lama and the accomplished master, the great Lord of the Mountains, whose body color is black, symbolizing the unchanging Dharma nature. The hair is tied in a topknot on the crown of the head, bound with bamboo shoots. The eyes are fixed in a gaze, and the corners of the eyes are red. The two hands are on the arrow and the excellent bow of light, with the empty belly and lower belly of a wild boar hanging on them. Adorned with a skirt woven with peacock feathers and various ornaments of flowers and fruits, he abides in a majestic posture. On the left and right of the body, two consorts, with ornaments and attire similar to the main deity, support him, holding arrow shafts. The bliss of co-emergence, etc., is as before. Mountain retreat
