Please uphold! The most supreme of the precious lineages, For the pleasing vows, Daily at six times, Always give the four kinds of generosity. Arising from the great Bodhi mind, The pure great lotus family, Outer, inner, secret three vehicles, Uphold all the sacred teachings without exception. For the most supreme lineage of action, Possessing all the vows, Truly uphold and practice them, Offerings also do as much as possible. The supreme and excellent Bodhi mind, The holy one, I have generated, For the sake of all sentient beings, I now uphold all the vows. Those who are not liberated, I shall liberate, Those who are not freed, I shall free, Those who have not exhaled, cause them to exhale, Place sentient beings in Nirvana. Recite three times.
