Mix a little honey on the tongue and suck it in the mouth for a long time by stirring it. Finally, let it drip into the body gradually without noticing it. Visualize the nectar dripping from the sixteen vowels on the moon in the center of the forehead chakra. In connection with this, the white "sum" (Tibetan: སུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, literal Chinese meaning: om) on the uvula descends from the internal channel with the head pointing downwards, dripping from the uvula. Think of the whole body as being filled with nectar, like a yogurt churn filled with yogurt. Move and stir the uvula with the tongue. Finally, swallow the air inhaled from the mouth and the saliva dripping from the uvula together. Fill the abdomen in this way. By doing this, aging and death, such as white hair, are put to shame, in order to achieve immortality. The third is, starting from the place represented by the syllable "Om" (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Om) on the crown of the head, along with inhaling air. The quality of air is lightness, the quality of fire is warmth, water is moist, earth is hardness, and the sky is clear and bright, all of which enter from the mouth in the form of their respective colors. After mixing the nectar of the uvula that descends from the sphere of the moon with them into one taste, inhale. Visualize that in the center of the navel chakra, the kundalini is like a lightning bolt, eight fingers in height, and that it strikes the visualized union, causing it to burn with a "tseg" (Tibetan: ཚེག) sound, just like sesame oil dripping on a butter lamp. Finally, rest in equanimity in emptiness. The fourth is, with the previous two yogas as a preliminary. Keep the center of the body straight, the avadhuti channel is green, like an arrow shaft, without bending, straight and upright. On the right is the red rasana channel, and on the left is the white lalana channel, both in a close posture, with the thumb and forefinger guiding the two large channels from the inside to the inside, the secret channel mamaki is throbbing. Focus on the avadhuti channel without distraction. Suppress the waves strongly. At this time, if one can correctly recognize the sequence of merging from the three appearances into clear light, then the bardo will definitely be cut off. Regarding prana exertion, the tantra states: "After placing the vajra on the lotus, life is placed in the bindu." This indicates that the lotus is the body, the vajra is the central channel, and all life is merged into its indestructible bindu. The effort of life is also, the path is the transmission of two powers, and life enters into the central channel. Here, because life is mixed with the downward-moving air, all the breaths enter into the central channel, thereby emptying.

This is when it is said that one can breathe in and out from the pores all over the body. Therefore, taking the blockage of the yon-po as a result is simply not understanding the lineage; entering the central channel is the result. There, because everything cannot be bound, becoming a common cause is a fault, because it is the basis for practicing attachment. Therefore, because holding the result of life-force exertion, one enters into it from just that point. The fourth is holding: placing the life-force wind-mind into the central channel itself stabilizes the life-tree of the wheel in the central channel. That is, holding the vase breath in the abdomen of the navel wheel. From that being stabilized, it enters the heart in the manner of earth dissolving into water, the throat in the manner of water dissolving into fire, and the bindu of the forehead in the manner of fire dissolving into wind, that is, without going outward. Therefore, in this yoga, it is said to block the life-breath for five days, fifteen days, a month, six months, a year. If desired, it can even be blocked for an eon. When explaining the three aspects of life-breath entering, abiding, and dissolving in the central channel, begin by collecting the beginning of entering. All entering arises from life-force exertion. Due to its power, in the explanation of the term life-force exertion, there are two statements: life-breath stopping and life-breath spreading; the key is there. Holding causes it to abide in the central channel. If one understands the key to the inseparability of wind and mind here, then through the intermediate life-force exertion, liberation arises from the gateway of the intermediate life-force exertion. If one cannot dissolve, one must study the yoga of post-meditation. Then enter into mindfulness. Therefore, here, blocking is binding with steps. In samadhi, the term binding is used for the exhaustion of wind. The inseparability of wind and mind is not that wind and mind exist and then become inseparable. Rather, it is seeing that wind itself is the nature of the mind of enlightenment. Therefore, whether one can enter without alteration into equality and reality after stopping, that is all. Here, the mere formation of the life-body is what should enter mindfulness from holding, that is also because meaningful things have become illusory, so it is called the rainbow body. This and the accomplishment of Akanishta, the key lies in converging into one place. But here, it arises incidentally, while the generation stage practitioner makes this the ultimate goal of desire, that is the difference. The root tantra says: Wheel, bindu, of bindu, moving.
