The Fifteenth Volume of the Instructions Treasury. Diamond Words Explaining the Six-Branch Yoga Instructions of the Peme Tsho Tradition. The Fifteenth Volume of the Instructions Treasury. Diamond Words Explaining the Six-Branch Yoga Instructions of the Peme Tsho Tradition. Here ends Diamond Words Explaining the Six-Branch Yoga Instructions of the Peme Tsho Tradition. Various forms, yet luminous by nature, A pure form free from dust. The source of all expressions, The sound of Nada, beyond all words. Fulfilling the ways of great wisdom, A mind beyond all consciousness. Pervading all, impossible to fathom, I bow to the primordial Buddha. The path to traverse the glorious Vajrayana, The profound six-branch Vajra Yoga. From the face of the venerable Vajradhara, Here is the diamond word explanation that has come. Herein, I will explain the profound path, the six-branch union of Vajra Yoga, which, as taught in all the great Yoga Tantras, bestows the ultimate truth, the state of the primordial Buddha, in one lifetime. It has two parts: the history of the lineage and the actual instructions. First: The great teacher Anupamita, also known as Peme Tsho, worthy of being the crown jewel of the five sciences, wishing to practice, performed austerities for twelve years in front of the self-arisen image of Khasapani, but no special realization arose, and he became discouraged. In a dream, Vajrayogini appeared and prophesied, "Go to the Sangvikramaśīla monastery, and there you will accomplish your desired purpose." Upon awakening, he went there with his chief disciple, known as Sadhupudra or Paladhara, and they made offerings and settled in a secluded part of the great monastery. The noble Avalokiteśvara, in the guise of an Avadhuti, appeared and said, "This son is the very essence of Suchness." Although he only indicated this much in words, in an instant, through the power of blessing, the wisdom body was accomplished, and he saw everything. Then, he revealed his realization to Paladhara, and this is the oral instruction. He transmitted it to Pandit Light Treasury, he to Dharma Arising Peace, he to Sun Glorious Wisdom, he to Ratnarakshita, he to Mighty Intellect, he to Direction.

Liberation. From that (Liberation) Shakya Rakshita, from that (Shakya Rakshita) Lekshe, from that (Lekshe) Sangye Yang, from that (Sangye Yang) the great Khenpo of Satna Gara in eastern India, Nakgi Rinchen. From that (Nakgi Rinchen) he imparted to Gyalwa Rinpoche Kunga Peljor, and also, Gonpo Mipham Gawa, namely Jampa Lingpa, and Pel Yizang Rolpa, namely Gos Zhonnu Pel, both heard it. Je (Tsongkhapa) elaborately explained it to Gelong Rinchen Namgyal. From that (Rinchen Namgyal) Jampel Yang Chokyi Drakpa, from that (Chokyi Drakpa) Pel Gyumei Garchin, and also Pel Drukpa Rinpoche, heard it again from Gyalwang Je. From those two Je, Padma Karpo, who was skilled in relying on the holy Lama, heard it, and his eyes were opened to see all the Vajra words as they are. Secondly, regarding the actual instructions, there are two parts: the preliminaries of yoga and the explanation of the actual Vajra yoga. The first part consists of five practices: the meditation and recitation of Avalokiteshvara, the meditation and recitation of Vajrasattva, the generation stage of Kalachakra, Guru Yoga, and Tsokyi Khorlo. The first is: I take refuge in the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha, Until enlightenment is reached. By the merit of practicing recitation and accomplishment, May I quickly attain Buddhahood for the benefit of all beings. May all sentient beings have happiness and be free from suffering, May they never be separated from joy, and may they dwell in great equanimity, free from attachment, anger, and ignorance. oṃ svabhāvaśuddhāḥ sarvadharmāḥ svabhāvaśuddho'ham From the syllable hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍) arises Kha Sarvani, a body of great beauty, radiant like moon crystal, the right hand bestowing supreme generosity, the left hand, holding a lotus at the heart, adorned with various ornaments, seated in half-lotus posture on a lotus and moon disc. In front, Tara, Green Tara, holds an Utpala flower. On the right, Norzang, golden in color, holds a book with folded hands. Behind, the wrathful, frowning one, white with three faces and four arms, holds folded hands, a rosary, a trident, and a vase of nectar. On the left, Hayagriva, red, holds a staff with folded hands. All are standing. At the three places of the main deity, adorned with the syllables oṃ āḥ hūṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་,梵文天城体:ॐ आः हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ āḥ hūṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡 啊 吽) and hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍) at the heart. Light radiates, inviting the wisdom beings, merging into non-duality. oṃ hrīḥ svāhā (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཧྲཱིཿསྭཱ་ཧཱ།,梵文天城体:ॐ ह्रीः स्वाहा,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ hrīḥ svāhā,汉语字面意思:嗡 舍 梭哈). May this virtue be followed and embraced by the noble ones. Finally, rest in the emptiness beyond conceptualization. The second is: From the syllable hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ་,梵文天城体:हुँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) on the crown of the head arises the Lord of all Vajra families, radiant white Vajrasattva embraced by the red Vajra Prideful Mother. At the Vajra heart, a bell is held at the waist.
