The basis for not losing the mind of enlightenment is to meditate on and guide the basis of the path, which will prevent most obstacles to ejaculation. Guarding from the gates of ejaculation is when seminal fluid is lost with feces and urine, the decayed bindus mix with disease and appear with water, and some may look like donkey urine. This means that the essence has already turned into dross, and as a sign of seminal loss, the loss of pulse and fluids causes the body to tremble, dizziness, or fainting. For this, do four or five wind combinations, stretching and pressing from the navel to the genitals. Like the four changes of the body, such as the ocean and Mount Meru being naked, allowing the pulse and fluids to flow naturally in the state of wind combination and stretching will help. If it is lost mixed with dust, the smell will be strong and the dust will be rough. Afterwards, the body will become dull and the strength will be reduced. For this, cut sandalwood into small pieces and put it in urine, and wash the body with it. Then apply ghee and wipe with bean flour and ashes. Visualize all the pores filled with white, luminous bindus. Loss mixed with tooth blood is when, if the blood is black, it is a disease and needs treatment. If bright red blood appears and there is dizziness, disorientation, and the appearance of mental and radiant loss, it is seminal blood and bindu.
