ཀུན་ཞི་བར་མཛོད། །སྡང་དང་གདུག་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཚར་ཆོད་ཅིག །ཁྭ་གདོང་མ་ལ་རི་བོང་ནེ་ཙོའི་ཤ །བཤང་སྒོའི་དྲི་མར་བཅས་པའི་གཏོར་མ་འབུལ། །ཤར་ལྷོའི་ཕྱོགས་ནས་ཕྲིན་ལས་ཀུན་སྒྲུབས་ཤིག །ལོངས་སྤྱོད་འཕེལ་དང་དབང་བསྒྱུར་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩོལ། །མེ་མཚམས་རྒྱུ་བའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་མ་བརྒྱད་ལ། །སེན་ མོ་གཉིས་དང་སོ་བཞི་ཐོད་དུམ་གཉིས། །དམ་རྫས་བཅས་པའི་གཏོར་མ་འདི་འབུལ་བས། །བགེགས་རྣམས་ཉམས་ཤིང་འདོད་དོན་གྲུབ་པར་མཛོད། །མཚམས་རྣམས་སུ་སྲུང་མ་དྲུག་ཅུའི་གཏོར་མ་གཏོང་བ་མེད་པས་སྐབས་འདིར་རོལ་མོའི་སྒྲ་དང་བཅས་ཏེ་གཏོར་མ་ཕྱི་རོལ་ཏུ་དོར། ཕྱོགས་གཞན་གསུམ་དང་ཕྱོགས་མཚམས་གསུམ་ལའང་རིགས་འགྲེ་སྟེ། རྣལ་འབྱོར་མའི་གཏོར་མ་གཉིས་དང་གཟའི་གཏོར་མ་ལྷོ་ཕྱོགས་སུ་བཏེག །ལྷོ་ཕྱོགས་ལྷ་མོ་གོས་དཀར་འཁོར་བཅས་ལ། །རྟ་ཤ་སྔགས་ཅན་ཤ་དང་ཁྲག་ཁམས་ཀྱི། །གཏོར་མ་འདི་འབུལ་མེ་ཡི་བར་ཆད༴ དབང་དགུག་བསྐྱོད་པའི་ལས༴ ཕག་མོར་ཀརྐ་ཊ་དང་སྲིན་བྱའི་ཤ །ལུས་སྐྱེས་ཕྲར་བཅས་གཏོར་མ༴ མ་མོའི༴ ལྷོ་ཕྱོགས་འགྲོ་རྣམས༴ རྨུགས་བྱེད་མ་ལ་སྟག་དང་བྱ་རོག་ཤ །རྒྱུ་མང་བཅས་པའི་གཏོར་མ༴ ལྷོ་ཡི་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱི༴ སྡང་དང་༴ ཕག་གདོང་མ་ལ་བྱི་བ་ཙ་ཀོར་ཤ །རྣ་བའི་དྲི་མར་བཅས་པའི༴ ལྷོ་ཡི་ཕྱོགས་ནས༴ ལོངས་སྤྱོད༴ ལྷོ་ཕྱོགས་རྒྱུ་བའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་མ༴ སོ་བཞི༴ དམ་རྫས༴ བགེགས་རྣམས༴ གཟའ་མཆོག་བཅུ་པོ་འཁོར་དང་བཅས༴ མཆོད་གཏོར་འདི་དང་༴ བཀའ་བཞིན་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། །གཏོར་མ་གསུམ་པོ་ལྷོ་ཕྱོགས་སུ་དོར། ཡང་རྣལ་འབྱོར་མའི་གཏོར་མ་གཉིས་ལྷོ་ནུབ་ཏུ་བཏེག་ལ། །ལྷོ་ནུབ་རོ་ཡི་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཁོར་བཅས་ལ། །རི་དྭགས་ཕུག་རོན་ཤ་དང་ཤ་ཁམས་ཀྱི། །གཏོར་མ་འདི་འབུལ་རོ་ཡི༴ འགྲོ་ལ་རོ་མཆོག༴ གཞོན་ནུ་མ་ལ་ཉ་དང་ཀྱུང་ཀའི་ཤ །སྲིན་བུར་བཅས་པའི༴ མ་མོའི༴ ལྷོ་ནུབ་འགྲོ་རྣམས༴ ཁྲོ་གཉེར་ཅན་ལ་ཅེ་སྤྱང་ཁྱིམ་བྱའི་ཤ །གློ་བུར༴ ལྷོ་ནུབ་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱི༴ སྡང་དང་གདུག་ཅན༴ བྱ་རྒོད་གདོང་ལ་གཟུག་མོ་ཅོ་གའི་ཤ །བྷ་གའི་དྲི་མར༴ ལྷོ་ནུབ་ཕྱོགས་ནས༴ ལོངས་སྤྱོད༴ ལྷོ་ནུབ་རྒྱུ་བའི༴ སེན་མོ་གཉིས་དང་༴ དམ་རྫས༴ བགེགས་རྣམས༴ གཏོར་མ་གཉིས་པོ་ལྷོ་ནུབ་ཏུ་དོར་རོ། །རྣལ་འབྱོར་མའི་གཏོར་མ་གཉིས་དང་ཀླུའི་གཏོར་མ་བྱང་ཕྱོགས་སུ་བཏེག་ལ། །བྱང་ཕྱོགས་ལྷ་མོ་བདག་མ་འཁོར་ བཅས་ལ། །བ་ལང་ཁུ་བྱུག་ཤ་དང་དྲི་ཆུ་ཡི། །གཏོར་མ་འདི་འབུལ་ཆུ་ཡི་དྲི། །ཞི་རྒྱས་གཞིལ་བའི༴ དག་མོ་ལ་ནི་རུས་སྦལ་སོ་བྱའི་ཤ །

愿一切寂静！ 愿所有怀有敌意和恶毒者都被消灭！ 对于乌鸦面母，供奉兔子和鹦鹉的肉，以及带有粪便气味的食子。 从东南方向，成办一切事业！ 赐予财富增长、权力控制的成就！ 对于在火隅游走的八位瑜伽母，供奉两片指甲、三十四颗牙齿、两块头盖骨碎片，以及带有誓言物的食子，愿以此消除障碍，成就所愿！ 在各个方位，不间断地施予六十位护法的食子，此时伴随着乐器的声音，将食子丢到外面。 其余三个方向和三个隅角也以此类推。 将两个瑜伽母的食子和星曜的食子供奉到南方。 对于南方身穿白衣的女神及其眷属，供奉带有咒语的马肉、肉和血精华的食子，愿以此消除火的障碍…… 愿成办勾招权力的事业…… 对于猪面母，供奉螃蟹和食肉鸟的肉，以及带有身体分泌物的食子…… 嘛嘛…… 南方行者们…… 对于致盲母，供奉老虎和乌鸦的肉，以及带有众多肠子的食子…… 南方之方的…… 愿消除敌意…… 对于猪面母，供奉老鼠和山鹧鸪的肉，以及带有耳朵气味的食子…… 从南方…… 愿赐予财富…… 在南方游走的瑜伽母…… 三十四颗牙齿…… 誓言物…… 愿消除障碍…… 对于十位殊胜星曜及其眷属…… 供奉此供品食子…… 愿如教奉行！ 将三个食子丢到南方。 再次，将两个瑜伽母的食子供奉到西南方。 对于西南方罗刹金刚及其眷属，供奉野兽和鸽子的肉以及肉精华的食子，愿以此供奉罗刹…… 愿给予众生殊胜的罗刹…… 对于少女，供奉鱼和鹪鹩的肉，以及带有昆虫的食子…… 嘛嘛…… 西南方行者们…… 对于皱眉者，供奉豺狼和家养鸟的肉，以及突然…… 西南方之方的…… 愿消除敌意和恶毒…… 对于秃鹫面母，供奉女阴和杜鹃的肉，以及带有阴道气味的…… 从西南方…… 愿赐予财富…… 在西南方游走的…… 两片指甲…… 誓言物…… 愿消除障碍…… 将两个食子丢到西南方。 将两个瑜伽母的食子和龙族的食子供奉到北方。 对于北方女神地母及其眷属，供奉牛和布谷鸟的肉以及尿液的食子，愿以此供奉水的味道…… 愿成办息增怀诛的事业…… 对于清净母，供奉乌龟和海鸥的肉。

May all be peaceful! May all those with hatred and malice be eliminated! To the Crow-faced Mother, offer the flesh of rabbits and parrots, and a torma with the scent of excrement. From the southeast direction, accomplish all activities! Grant the attainment of increasing wealth and controlling power! To the eight Yoginis who roam in the fire corner, offer two fingernails, thirty-four teeth, two skull fragments, and a torma with samaya substances, may this eliminate obstacles and accomplish wishes! In all directions, without interruption, offer tormas to the sixty protectors, at this time, accompanied by the sound of musical instruments, throw the torma outside. The other three directions and three intermediate directions are treated similarly. Offer the two Yogini tormas and the planetary torma to the south. To the southern goddess in white garments and her retinue, offer the torma of horse meat with mantras, meat and blood essence, may this eliminate the obstacles of fire... May the activity of attracting power be accomplished... To the Sow-faced Mother, offer the flesh of crabs and carnivorous birds, and a torma with bodily secretions... Mama... Southern travelers... To the Blinding Mother, offer the flesh of tigers and crows, and a torma with many intestines... Of the southern direction... May hatred be eliminated... To the Pig-faced Mother, offer the flesh of mice and partridges, and a torma with the scent of ears... From the south... May wealth be granted... Yoginis roaming in the south... Thirty-four teeth... Samaya substance... May obstacles be eliminated... To the ten supreme planets and their retinue... Offer this offering torma... May it be done according to the command! Throw the three tormas to the south. Again, offer the two Yogini tormas to the southwest. To the Rakshasa Vajra of the southwest and his retinue, offer the torma of the flesh of wild animals and pigeons, and the essence of meat, may this offering be to the Rakshasa... May the supreme Rakshasa be given to beings... To the young woman, offer the flesh of fish and wrens, and a torma with insects... Mama... Southwestern travelers... To the Frowning One, offer the flesh of jackals and domestic birds, and suddenly... Of the southwestern direction... May hatred and malice be eliminated... To the Vulture-faced Mother, offer the flesh of vulvas and cuckoos, and with the scent of vaginas... From the southwest... May wealth be granted... Roaming in the southwest... Two fingernails... Samaya substance... May obstacles be eliminated... Throw the two tormas to the southwest. Offer the two Yogini tormas and the Naga torma to the north. To the northern goddess, the Earth Mother, and her retinue, offer the torma of the flesh of cows and cuckoos, and urine, may this offering be the taste of water... May the activities of pacifying, increasing, subduing be accomplished... To the Pure Mother, offer the flesh of turtles and seagulls.
