I prostrate and praise the Dharma Protectors! Then, from the hearts of the Lama and the Great Mother, immeasurable rays of light emanate, striking the body, speech, and mind of myself and all sentient beings in the three realms. All sins and obscurations transform into the form of coal ash, flowing out blackly from the soles of the feet. Visualize the body becoming clear and bright, like a wiped crystal ball, and then count the mudras a hundred or a thousand times, as appropriate. Fourth, separating body and mind, offering to the Tsog and making supplications: In an instant, from the state of emptiness, with the key to opening the door of the sky, like wisdom arising from beneath the Rawa. Visualize the essence of wisdom rising straight up to the crown of the head, instantly transforming into the Great Mother, with a red-colored body, holding a curved knife and a skull cup, adorned with bone ornaments and various jewels. After that, visualize the Great Mother using the curved knife in her right hand to cut open from above your eyebrows, placing it in front on three skull cups as high as Mount Sumeru, and recite "PHAṬ" three times. Then, again recite "PHAṬ", cutting your own body into pieces and placing them inside the skull cup. Place the heart in the center in the form of a Torma. Visualize the blood flowing redly like sacrificial water. Recite "OṂ ĀḤ HŪṂ" three times, visualizing it transforming into nectar dripping down. Recite "PHAṬ" seven times, visualizing the Great Mother filling the skull cup with nectar and offering it to the Great Mother and other deities. Alternatively, visualize the tongues of the deities transforming into Vajra tubes, drinking from them. Offer seven portions to each deity, counting three small portions as one portion, similarly offering from the Great Mother to the Dharma Protectors in order. After that, offer to each object of visualization individually. Then, with devotion and faith, visualize all those sentient beings making supplications, and perform your own supplications in either elaborate or concise form. Fifth, offering Torma and performing offerings and praises: First, bless the Torma and offer it to the deities of the Yidam Mandala, as well as the Great Mother and her retinue. Offer the second one to the Wisdom Dharma Protectors. Offer the third one to the Outer Tantra Dharma Protectors. Offer the fourth one to the local Guardian Deities. If performing Tsog blessing before the Torma offering, bless it according to the Tsog ritual, the Tsog heap and the Torma.
