If one becomes proficient, one will surely be liberated in the bardo of the deluded existence. The way to be liberated is: through the practice of equipoise, purify the obscurations of afflictions, so that there is no delusion of clinging to reality. By its essence, one transcends the three realms. Through the practice of post-meditation, purify the obscurations of knowledge, so that there is no delusion of mere appearances. By its essence, one transcends the ten bhumis, so that one will directly realize the unborn Dharmakaya. Secondly, it is to show the practice of companions and to show the temporary and ultimate results. The first is: the practice of the three vows should be practiced in conjunction with the timing, that is: the precepts of individual liberation, abandoning the four harms to others; the six perfections and four means of gathering of the Bodhisattva vows, used to benefit others; the tantric vows of seeing the lama as the actual Buddha and transforming all impure appearances into pure vastness, and learning this. The second is: temporarily, maintain equanimity towards the acceptance and rejection of thoughts. Strike down male and female demons. Control the diseases of the four elements. Through conceptual thoughts, one will not be harmed in any way, thus becoming a companion for the arising of wisdom. Ultimately, having attained the Dharmakaya for one's own benefit, one will be able to effortlessly accomplish the benefit of beings through the two form bodies for the benefit of others. From the "Nectar Essence of the Pacifying Teachings," the section on explaining the first transmission, the instructions on the three Taras, as they are in the original ancient texts, adorned with oral instructions. May it flourish and increase! Oṃ Svasti! Regarding the intermediate transmission, the three of Ma, So, and Kam, the first is the instructions on the Great Seal Oral Transmission of the Ma lineage, which is known as the lineage of the lamas and the instructions that arise from it. The first is: Vajradhara, Manjushri Simhanada, Je Dampa of India, Ma Gom Chokyi Sherab, Sogpo Dodé Drakpa, Drubthob Gyalwa Tené, Rog Sherab Ö, Zhikpo Nyima Senge, up to the omniscient Sonam Pal, like the first transmission. Secondly, the instructions that arise from it are divided into two: preliminary and main practice. The first is: by turning the mind away from this life and samsara, the basis for the path of liberation is established in the mindstream. Meditate on the refuge and bodhicitta, which are the foundation stones of the path, and the instructions on accumulation and purification as appropriate. Especially during the Guru Yoga, Namo Guru, in the palace of Akanishta Dharmadhatu, etc.

Also gives guidance. Second, the main part is divided into two: Depending on the transmission of meaning, there are sixteen hand mudras introduced; depending on the transmission of words and sentences, there are sixteen key points for cutting off additions and subtractions. The first aspect has five points: identifying one's own wisdom with four essential instructions; guarding with four session instructions; increasing with four diligent exercises; identifying the great seal with two preservations; and establishing no meditation with two repetitions. The first aspect has four points: with characteristics, without characteristics, extremely without characteristics, and repeatedly determining the path of space to enter the essence. First, entering the essence with characteristics, starting from the three aspects of body, speech, and mind. The body enters the essence: the legs are in the vajra posture, the hands are in equipoise, the spine is straight, the neck is slightly bent, the tongue touches the upper palate, and the lips and teeth are placed naturally, so the mind is placed inside with the seven-point posture. The speech enters the essence: pressing the upper air, drawing the lower air, and cutting off the movement of speech. The mind enters the essence: the body and mind are tightened with force, and awareness is raised from the base. The eyes are fixed without moving, and the mind is placed on whatever it holds. There are two kinds of objects: external and internal. The external object is that when learning at the beginning, the lama and the master are taken as the basis for entering the essence, and when practicing on the path, any object can be used to enter the essence. The internal object is to focus on a sesame seed-sized point at the boundary between the black and white of the heart and enter the essence. In this way, the mind dwells in a comfortable state, and suddenly breaks through, because the thought of practice is the opposite of meditation, so the naked awareness, the great seal free from thought, is introduced. This cuts off the ordinary person's attachment to reality and the Hearers and Solitary Realizers' grasping and grasper, as well as the clinging to the ultimate truth as real. Second, entering the essence without characteristics also starts from the three aspects of body, speech, and mind. The body enters the essence: the four dharmas of Naropa, namely, gathering the four continents, combining the ocean with Mount Sumeru, curling the tongue like a willow leaf, and like a pair of eagles soaring in the sky. The speech enters the essence: drawing the lower air, pressing the upper air, and completely cutting off movement. The mind enters the essence: tightening with force, raising awareness, fixing the gaze, and dwelling. In this way, in the space, focus on awareness at a distance of one bow and hold the mind, and generate certainty in a bright and firm place.
