To the illusions of enemies, hatred, samsara, and karma, Abandon hatred and malice, Dingriwa! Through recitation and refuge, purify the obscurations of speech, Abandon mundane, idle talk, Dingriwa! Through prostrations and circumambulations, purify the obscurations of the body, Abandon worldly activities, Dingriwa! Through devotion and longing, purify the imprints of the mind, Visualize the lama on your crown, Dingriwa! The flesh and bones born together will surely separate, Do not cling to the permanence of life, Dingriwa! Hold onto the sacred, primordial, permanent abode, There is no change there, Dingriwa! Use the sacred wealth, the great treasure of your own mind, There is no depletion there, Dingriwa! Taste the sacred food, the supreme flavor of samadhi, Cut off the suffering of hunger, Dingriwa! Drink the sacred drink, the nectar of mindfulness, There is no interruption there, Dingriwa! Rely on the sacred friend, the wisdom of awareness, There is no separation there, Dingriwa! Seek the sacred son, the little boy of awareness, There is no birth or death there, Dingriwa! In the state of emptiness, wield the spear of awareness, There is no obstruction in view, Dingriwa! In the state of spontaneous arising, practice the skill of non-obstruction, There is no acceptance or rejection in action, Dingriwa! In the state of non-mind, maintain unwavering vigilance, There is no sinking or excitement in meditation, Dingriwa! The four kayas are indivisible, complete in your own mind, There is no hope or fear of results, Dingriwa! The root of samsara and nirvana lies in your own mind, There is no substance in the mind, Dingriwa! The appearances of attachment and aversion are like the traces of birds in the sky, There is no clinging to experience, Dingriwa!
