I, the disciple, request you to descend for blessings. In the forest of sandalwood medicine, the place that bestows immaculate bliss, the victorious mother Vajra Nairatmya, known as Sukhasiddhi. Surrounded by a retinue complete with the three seats. Following you, I, the disciple, request you to descend for blessings. Thus, recite. Offering the torma as in the condensed torma offering ritual to the Swift-Acting Lord of Wisdom, and if possible, also offer separate tsok tormas to the five classes of dakinis. After completing the tsok and leftovers, two thousand commoners are equal to one Brahmin. Likewise, two thousand each of Brahmins, stainless monks, and those endowed with wisdom. Increasing them is also equal to the field of one teacher. Therefore, Protector Vajra Master, you are the supreme field, unparalleled. If you are pleased, it is repeatedly said that one will attain omniscience, the supreme wisdom. By offering to the master Vajrasattva, all merit is performed, all austerities are practiced, sins and sufferings are pacified, and one is liberated from the ocean of desire. I prostrate to you. If one offers you offerings with respectful devotion, harm such as epidemics will not arise, and it will be as if one has offered to all the victorious ones of the ten directions. Therefore, it is said that supreme accomplishment will definitely be attained. I offer the outer, inner, and secret offerings, well-accomplished through the merit of the three times, body, possessions, unattached offerings, and prayers, mantras, mudras, and samadhi. All those who despise you, even after being killed by kings, fire, poison, epidemics, and heretics, will be constantly tormented in hell. To despise and slander you is to despise and revile all the Buddhas. To step on and mock bedding, cushions, shoes, and umbrellas is to be futile, lose glory, and be afflicted by disease. Stepping on the shadow of the body is said to be like destroying a stupa. I confess each of those deeds separately. To discipline the master from the heart will not be accomplished even in dreams. The master's qualities should be upheld, but faults should never be. Upholding qualities brings accomplishment, while speaking of faults diminishes accomplishment. I, with the three doors of body, speech, and mind, being unrestrained, confess all the misdeeds I have done.

Alas! The merit of each of your body hairs, even the rain of all the actions of the Buddhas of the three times cannot create, therefore, I sincerely rejoice in doing inexhaustible merit by you and those taken by you, and by offering and prostrating to you. Even if one diligently studies the Sutras and Tantras for countless eons, it is said that one will not gradually obtain blessings without the oral instructions of the Guru. Because obtaining the Guru's oral transmission will effortlessly lead to supreme accomplishment, therefore, in order for myself and others to be liberated from bondage, I urge you to turn the profound Dharma wheel. The great bliss of innate clear light, all emptiness, is revealed through the kindness of the Guru, if I do not obtain blessings, then it is like fruitless labor. Because of lacking a Guru, one will not obtain mantras and mudras, I pray that I may transcend suffering. In the heavenly realm, the lord of the gods, on earth, the universal monarch, in the underworld, the form of the powerful Naga king. Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om) is pure, the most excellent of knowledge, the Guru, parents, and ancestors of beings, the friend, protector, and maker, the abode of eliminating faults and all qualities, I prostrate to the Vajra yogi. The all-pervading wisdom pervades all that is stable and moving, without coming or going, the supreme being, the powerful Sage, the savior of all the poor and helpless, the wish-fulfilling jewel. I am terrified by unbearable samsara, in this life and the next, with all my heart, I rely on you with faith through the three doors. In the Vajra family, relying on the Guru, it is repeatedly said in the scriptures that it is the root of all vows. The offering and fire offering made with inferior substances, like without oil, is contrary to the inseparable Dharma of the family. If abandoned, it does not remain, it is meaningless, likewise, if separated from the Guru, the practice will also be meaningless. Therefore, among all vows, especially, one should strive to keep the Guru's vow. At all times and places, may I accomplish the actions of the glorious Guru. May I accomplish what pleases you, and may I abandon all that displeases you. If you are pleased, then we will obtain supreme enlightenment, even more than that. If you are not pleased, then even if we obtain enlightenment in this life, there will be no supreme meaning. All the merits of myself and others in the three times,
