ར་པ་ལས། འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་ཟླ་བའི་མདོག་ཅན། ཞི་ཞིང་འཛུམ་ལ་དར་དང་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་རྒྱན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་བརྒྱན་པ། དབུ་སྐྲ་དཔུང་པའི་སྟེང་ན་ནག་སིལ་ལེ་འཕྱང་ཞིང་འོད་དཔག་མེད་ཀྱི་ཅོད་པན་དང་ལྡན་པ། ཕྱག་གཡས་མཆོག་སྦྱིན་གྱི་ཕྱག་རྒྱས་བུམ་པ་བསྣམས་ ཤིང་གཡོན་པའི་མ་ཐེབ་སྲིན་སྦྱར་བས་མེ་ཏོག་པདྨ་དཀར་པོ་སྙན་གྱི་ཐད་ཀར་ཁ་བྱེ་བའི་ཡུ་བ་ཐུགས་ཀར་འཛིན་པ། ཞབས་གཡས་བརྐྱངས་ཤིང་གཡོན་བསྐུམས་པའི་སྟབས་ཀྱིས་འཇའ་ཟེར་ཀྱི་ཀློང་ན་བཞུགས་པ། བླ་མའི་གཡོན་གྱི་པད་འདབ་ལ་ཟླ་བའི་སྟེང་དུ་ཏཱཾ་ལྗང་གུ་ལས་ཨུཏྤལ་ལྗང་གུ་ཏཱཾ་གིས་མཚན་པ་ཡོངས་སུ་གྱུར་པ་ལས། རྗེ་བཙུན་སྒྲོལ་མ་སྐུ་མདོག་ལྗང་གུ། ལང་ཚོ་དར་ལ་བབ་ཅིང་ལོ་བཅུ་དྲུག་ལོན་པའི་རྣམ་པ་ཅན་དར་དང་རིན་པོ་ཆེས་བརྒྱན་པ། ཕྱག་གཡས་མཆོག་སྦྱིན་པུས་མོའི་སྟེང་དུ་བརྐྱངས་ཤིང་གཡོན་དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་མཚོན་པའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱས་ཨུཏྤལ་ལྗང་གུའི་ཡུ་བ་ཐུགས་ཀར་བསྣམས་པའི་འདབ་མ་སྙན་གྱི་ཐད་དུ་ཁ་བྱེ་བ། དོན་ཡོད་གྲུབ་པའི་དབུ་རྒྱན་ཅན། ཞབས་གཡས་ཅུང་ཟད་བརྐྱངས་ཤིང་གཡོན་བསྐུམས་པའི་སྟབས་ཀྱིས་རང་འོད་ཀྱི་དབུས་ན་བཞུགས་པ་སྟེ་གཙོ་འཁོར་ལྔ་པོ་སྣང་ལ་རང་བཞིན་མ་གྲུབ་པ་གསལ་བར་བསྒོམ། དེ་ནས་གཙོ་འཁོར་ལྔ་ཀའི་དཔྲལ་པར་ཨོཾ་དཀར་པོ། མགྲིན་པར་ཨཱཿདམར་པོ། ཐུགས་ཀར་ཧཱུྃ་སྔོན་པོས་མཚན་པ། ཧཱུྃ་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་འཕྲོས། བླ་མ་ཡི་དམ་སངས་རྒྱས་བྱང་སེམས་དཔའ་བོ་མཁའ་འགྲོ་ཆོས་སྐྱོང་སྲུང་མའི་ཚོགས་ཐམས་ཅད་བླ་མ་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་དང་ལྷ་བཞིའི་རྣམ་པར་སྤྱན་དྲངས་ཏེ་སྤྱི་བོའི་ལྷ་སོ་སོ་ལ་ཐིམ་པར་མོས་ལ། ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿ། བརྗོད་ཅིང་སྤྱི་བོའི་ལྷ་དེ་རྣམས་སྐྱབས་གནས་མ་ལུས་པ་འདུས་པའི་ངོ་བོར་མོས། རང་གི་ཐུགས་ཀ་ནས་སྤྲུལ་པའི་ལྷ་མོ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཉེར་སྤྱོད་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཕྱི། བདུད་རྩི་དང་འདོད་ཡོན་ལྔ་པོས་ནང༌། སྙོམས་འཇུག་ལས་སྐྱེས་བའི་བདེ་སྟོང་གིས་གསང་བའི་མཆོད་པ་ཕུལ་བར་མོས་ལ། དེ་ཐམས་ཅད་རང་བཞིན་གྱིས་དག་པའི་སྤྲོས་བྲལ་གྱི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་ལ་བློ་བཞག་སྟེ། བླ་མ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ལྷ་བཞིའི་ཚོགས་དང་བཅས་པ་ལ་བདག་གིས་ཕྱི་མེ་ཏོག་བདུག་སྤོས། ནང་ཤ་ ལྔ་བདུད་རྩི་ལྔ། གསང་བ་བདེ་སྟོང་གི་ཡེ་ཤེས། ཡང་གསང་དེ་ཁོ་ན་ཉིད་ཀྱི་མཆོད་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་མཆོད་པའི་ཁྱད་པར་བསམ་གྱིས་མི་ཁྱབ་པས་མཆོད་ཅིང་མཉེས་པར་བགྱིའོ། །བཞེས་ནས་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབ་ཏུ་གསོལ། །ཞེས་པ་ཙམ་གྱི་མཐར་གསོལ་འདེབས་ཀྱི་བཟླས་པ་

从（仪轨汇编）中：圣观世音，色如明月，寂静微笑，以丝绸和一切珍宝为饰，头发在肩膀上乌黑垂顺，具有无量光佛的顶饰。右手以胜施印持瓶，左手以未开敷之印持一朵白色莲花，花茎于心间，花朵在耳边盛开。右足伸展，左足收起，安住于虹光之中。上师左侧的莲花瓣上，于月轮之上，由绿色的当（藏文：ཏཱཾ，梵文天城体：ताṃ，梵文罗马拟音：tāṃ，汉语字面意思：当）字化现出绿色的乌巴拉花，以当（藏文：ཏཱཾ，梵文天城体：ताṃ，梵文罗马拟音：tāṃ，汉语字面意思：当）字为标识。至尊度母，身色翠绿，青春正盛，如十六岁少女之相，以丝绸和珍宝为饰。右手以胜施印伸于膝上，左手以象征三宝之印持一绿色乌巴拉花茎，花朵于耳边盛开。具有义成之顶饰。右足略微伸展，左足收起，安住于自生光芒之中。如是观想主尊及眷属五尊，显现而自性不成立。之后，于主眷五尊之额间观想白色嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओṃ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡），喉间红色阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿），心间蓝色吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字。从吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字放出光芒，迎请上师、本尊、佛、菩萨、勇士、空行、护法、守护者等一切圣众，化为上师金刚持及四尊本尊之相，融入各自顶上的本尊。念诵：扎 吽 榜 霍（藏文：ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿ，梵文天城体：जः हूँ बं होः，梵文罗马拟音：jaḥ hūṃ baṃ hoḥ，汉语字面意思：扎 吽 榜 霍）。观想顶上的本尊融入一切皈依境的总集之体性。从自己的心间化现出供养天女，以外供涂香等，内供甘露和五妙欲，以从等持中生起的乐空双运供养秘密供。观想这一切皆为自性清净、离戏之禅定，并安住其中。我以无量无边的殊胜供品，供养并悦意上师仁波切及四本尊众，外供鲜花、焚香，内供五肉、五甘露，密供乐空智慧，极密供本然如是之供品等。祈请纳受并加持！在此之后，念诵祈请文的念诵。

From the (Compendium of Rituals): Noble Avalokiteśvara, with the color of the moon, peaceful and smiling, adorned with silk and all kinds of precious jewels, with hair hanging black and smooth over the shoulders, possessing a crown of Amitabha. The right hand holds a vase in the gesture of supreme generosity, and the left hand holds a white lotus flower with an unopened bud, the stem held at the heart, the flower blooming near the ear. The right leg is extended, and the left leg is bent, residing in the midst of a rainbow of light. On the lotus petal to the left of the Lama, on top of the moon, from the green Tāṃ (Tibetan: ཏཱཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ताṃ, Sanskrit Romanized: tāṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Tāṃ) arises a green Utpala flower, marked with Tāṃ (Tibetan: ཏཱཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ताṃ, Sanskrit Romanized: tāṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Tāṃ). Jetsun Tara, with a green body, youthfully flourishing, appearing as a sixteen-year-old maiden, adorned with silk and precious jewels. The right hand is extended in the gesture of supreme generosity on the knee, and the left hand holds a green Utpala stem in the gesture representing the Three Jewels, the petals blooming near the ear. Possessing a crown of accomplished meaning. The right leg is slightly extended, and the left leg is bent, residing in the midst of self-arisen light. Thus, visualize the main deity and the five deities of the retinue, appearing but without inherent existence. Then, on the foreheads of all five deities of the main deity and retinue, visualize a white Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओṃ, Sanskrit Romanized: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Oṃ), at the throats a red Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanized: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Āḥ), and at the hearts a blue Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanized: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ). From the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanized: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) radiate rays of light, inviting all the hosts of Lamas, Yidams, Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Heroes, Dakinis, Dharma Protectors, and Guardians, transforming into the form of Lama Vajradhara and the four deities, dissolving into the respective deities on the crown of the head. Recite: Jaḥ Hūṃ Baṃ Hoḥ (Tibetan: ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: जः हूँ बं होः, Sanskrit Romanized: jaḥ hūṃ baṃ hoḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Jaḥ Hūṃ Baṃ Hoḥ). Visualize those deities on the crown of the head as the embodiment of the entirety of the refuge. From one's own heart, emanate offering goddesses, offering outer offerings such as scented water, inner offerings of nectar and the five desirable qualities, and secret offerings of bliss and emptiness arising from meditative absorption. Contemplate that all of this is naturally pure, free from elaboration, and rest the mind in that samadhi. I offer and please the precious Lama and the assembly of the four deities with countless excellent offerings, outer offerings of flowers and incense, inner offerings of the five meats and five nectars, secret offerings of the wisdom of bliss and emptiness, and the most secret offering of suchness itself. Please accept and bestow blessings! At the end of this, recite the prayer of supplication.
