After praying, a stream of white and slender nectar flowed from the body and vase in the hands of the noble Avalokiteśvara, entering from the crown of the head, filling the entire body, and eliminating all sins, faults, downfalls, diseases, and evil spirits. Believing that one has received the blessings of the body, speech, and mind of Avalokiteśvara, recite: Oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ (藏文:ༀ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:ओँ मणि पद्मे हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Om Mani Padme Hum). Om Vajra Raksha Namah Samanta Hum Phet). Again, with devotion to the venerable Tārā, a stream of nectar descended from the toe of Tārā's right foot, entering from the crown of the head, filling the entire body, and eliminating all sins, faults, downfalls, diseases, and evil spirits. Believing that the blessings of the body, speech, and mind of the Holy Mother have entered one's being, recite: Oṃ tāre tuttāre ture svāhā (藏文:ༀ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།,梵文天城体:ओँ तारे तुत्तारे तुरे स्वाहा,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ tāre tuttāre ture svāhā,汉语字面意思:Om Tare Tuttare Ture Svaha). Accomplish the main part of the session with these recitations and visualizations. Moreover, in later oral traditions, it is said that when practicing the yoginī, the three "Oṃ"s are not recited, and the main practice is that, while others are recited a little. Some say that the practice of Mahākāla should generate a sun disc, etc., which seems to emphasize their respective yogic practices. Here, in general, the recitation of the Guru's supplication is slightly more, and the others are recited equally. Second, receiving the uncommon empowerment: Combine the five mantras and recite them three times in the manner of supplication, generating strong devotion. From the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) syllable in the heart of the Guru Vajradhara, rays of light emanate, inviting the four deities who reside in the retinue. Visualize Avalokiteśvara residing on the Guru's crown, the venerable Tārā at the throat, Yeshe Gonpo (Wisdom Mahākāla) at the heart, and Vajrayoginī at the navel. Again, rays of light emanate from the Guru's heart, inviting all the hosts of Gurus, yidams, Buddhas, bodhisattvas, heroes, ḍākinīs, wisdom protectors, and guardians of the ten directions in the form of the four deities, filling the entire inside of the Guru's body like a container filled with grains. Then, in the center of the emptiness of one's own body, visualize the three channels and five chakras appearing instantaneously, with the tip of the central channel like an arura fruit or a crabapple. Near the secret place and anus, visualize the wind maṇḍala. Perform the vase breath, or if unable, slightly contract the lower wind and perform the wisdom wind.

Wind moves from one's own secret place. Touching the A syllable at the navel, the red fire of fierce wisdom blazes intensely. It emerges from the brahmarandhra at the crown of one's head. Touching the dharmodaya, it becomes even warmer. This warms all the deities. Due to that, great bliss blazes unbearably, and the body deities melt drop by drop into nectar. A stream of nectar flows from the union of the father and mother, enters from the crown of one's head, and fills up to the throat. The sins and obscurations of the body are purified. One receives the vase empowerment. The blessings of the body enter. It fills up to the heart. The sins and obscurations of speech are purified. One receives the secret empowerment. The blessings of speech enter. It fills up to the navel. The sins and obscurations of mind are purified. One receives the wisdom empowerment. The blessings of mind enter. It fills the entire body. The sins and obscurations of the three doors are purified. One receives the fourth empowerment. Visualize that the blessings of the three vajras enter completely. Finally, the dharmodaya dissolves into the sky. The guru dissolves into light with great joy and merges into oneself. One also dissolves into emptiness. Visualize that the guru and one's own mind merge inseparably. Third, there are two subsequent practices: abiding in the natural state and engaging in the post-meditation period. The first is: immediately after the guru dissolves into oneself, one should adopt the seven-point posture of the body. The speech posture is to clear the nine rounds of breath, and let the two channels remain in their natural state. The mind posture is to not follow after any conceptual thoughts of the three times. Without making any mental judgments about good or bad, acceptance or rejection, hope or fear, one should let awareness be clear and cut through, and abide without any negation, affirmation, fabrication, or correction, with the self-knowing mindfulness of one's own true nature. Initially, one should tighten firmly. In the middle, one should loosen gently. Finally, one should train in not losing the radiance of the innate self-knowing mindfulness, and rest in a natural state. Second, rising from that and engaging in the conduct of the post-meditation period is: whatever appears, one should not separate from the awareness of the guru, yidam, illusion, and dharmata. May all sentient beings be happy. May all sentient beings be free from illness. May the path to buddhahood be accomplished therein. May I liberate those who have not been liberated. May I free those who have not been freed. May the teachings of the yoga tantras remain now. Thus, one should make aspirations. May the perfectly complete qualities of goodness, the guru and yidam, be auspicious. May the dakinis and dharma accomplish all activities.
