Gradually dissolving into the bliss of white Heruka. From the syllable PHAṬ (藏文,梵文天城体:फट्,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:啪), a bindu arises, transforming into the noble Tara, residing in union, pervading body and mind with bliss. Meditate on this in front as well. Purify the intention of dreams. At night, when going to sleep, that in front dissolves into the innate wisdom of one's own heart. That also transforms into light, disappearing from the edges, without fixation. The second object of focus is the essence of the four empowerments of self-grasping bindu. The third object of focus is relying on the guru of the two graspers, holding onto non-conceptuality. The purification is: to purify with intention. Spreading, manifesting, and transforming are also done from within that state. The object of focus of the appearance of objects is also meditated on as described during the single seat. Relying on the guru, take only the instruction of holding the clear light of sleep. This completes the essential meaning of the four root dharmas. There is no need for a separate object of focus for transference and bardo. If desired, it appears in detail in the instructions. Relying on this method of practice, there are many meanings needed for great meditators, which should be understood from the words of the protector Sangye Tonpa himself. Furthermore, the oral instructions that arise from the ocean of experience and qualities are: Some individuals are attached to the efforts of body and speech, and cannot meditate on the path of means, or are not inclined to meditate with intelligence, but there is no prohibition against practicing the completion stage of secret mantra, saying that the three, illusory body, dream, and clear light, make all paths complete and without error. Also, one should know the difficulty of obtaining leisure and endowment, the impermanence of death, and the faults of samsara, thereby generating the intention to practice. All of the basis, path, and result should be understood as profound and vast union. For sentient beings who do not realize this, one should connect with the four immeasurables of bodhicitta. In the main practice, first is the illusory body, divided into three levels, superior, intermediate, and inferior. The superior is the very path of devotion and reliance on the guru, with only the lotus and moon seat of the guru, and visualizing the guru as the actual body, adorned with marks and signs. During the supplication, pray to be able to recognize illusion as illusion, and dream as dream. Although there are such statements, it is not absolutely certain, because the meaning is the same. It is said that it is sufficient to do as instructed in the texts. The intermediate capacity is that one's own body is the empty appearance of the deity, all appear

Above all, cultivate aspiration as an adjunct. Appearance is the generation stage, emptiness is the completion stage, introduce it as indivisible great bliss. The last is the cause of the six realms appearing as illusion. Dharma arises with white exterior and red interior, at this time only the aspiration of illusion, do not make the distraction of other aspirations. In dreams, during the day it is the aspiration of illusory dreams, at night it is the key point of self-liberation bindu four empowerments, combine the two with conceptual clinging and meditate. If you gain a little stability in this, then add the cultivation with aspiration, no matter what is grasped, immeasurable emanations, etc., grasping, cultivating, transforming, all transformations arise equally and spontaneously. The perceived object is to meditate relying on the bindu, with the light of the bindu, introduce the perceived object into your own heart and meditate, this is the special point. Also, at night when going to bed, connect the perceived object and the bindu in the heart with a rope of light. Meditate on fear and everything else as illusion. At this time, briefly introduce through the four wisdoms of mixing and transference. After that, holding the clear light of sleep is dependent on the letter A (ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马音:a,汉语字面意思:A). In the text of this guide, there is a saying that "measure four fingers below your navel", but in its commentary, there is a saying of the crown of the head or the speech center, which is a supreme key point in accordance with the tantras. It seems to refer to being on the same seat. Actual instruction, visualize a white A (ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马音:a,汉语字面意思:A) as a jewel. From the clear light bliss emptiness, various appearances arise, it is said that this is the key point of the spontaneous arising of the deity's body from the clear light. For details, please refer to the writings of Dro Gon Sangye Among them, Rinchen O-Treng (རིན་ཆེན་འོད་ཕྲེང་) was created in the form of a treatise, so there is no discussion. Lamdrim O-Treng (ལམ་དྲི་མེད་འོད་ཕྲེང་) and these two are not given separate instructions, because there is nothing other than the six dharmas, so it is said. According to oral tradition, previously these complete six dharmas, when the seal of writing was not released, were like memos, and different abbreviated guide texts were created. But if the six dharmas themselves are generally in a period when the oral transmission seal has not been released, then even writing down fragments of text will harm the seal, and if written differently, it is extremely unsuitable as a memo, because the text will become the cause of forgetting.
