It stabilizes the experience of warmth and bliss, causes the upward-rising air to descend, and for those whose bodily essence is harmed by intense exertion, it nourishes the bodily essence, transforming it into the essence-gathering of samadhi. It protects against obstacles such as demonic influences during breaks in practice, and primarily generates wisdom through the stabilization of blessings. This is the eleventh point of visualization guidance. Second, the self-liberation of obstacles: Generally, the extensive methods for dispelling obstacles should be learned elsewhere, but in the context of this instruction, only this much appears. When practicing Tummo, the upward rising of air and the arising of Kundali obstacles in the lower part of the body are common. Some may experience both, but most experience one or the other. Other forms of obstacles are rare, except for isolated cases. To eliminate upper obstacles: If, during the practice of Tummo, one experiences upper body pain, headaches, or a floating sensation of consciousness, etc.,

Since it is not an oral instruction, it is not spoken in a place where many people gather, just mentioning it slightly is enough. As for whether or not to do a single meditation session, it should be decided in conjunction with one's own wisdom. Also, for the important few disciples, bring up that key point. It should also be known that that will become the thirteenth contemplation. Also, according to the usual way of speaking, Tummo has seven contemplations that are covered by the words of the scriptures. Even if the root words do not directly cover it, this is the arising dharma of Tummo, or the blessing of the Guru Tummo that can especially evoke bliss and warmth. After introducing it in this way, this time I will teach the Guru Tummo of blessing, and its contemplation should also be understood separately. In this way, those are the detailed explanations of the Tummo of skillful means with one's own body. As a component of this, it is very important to put into practice the key instructions and physical exercises of the Tummo scripture guidance. Regarding the Tummo of other body wisdom, although there are profound key instructions, they will not be discussed for the time being. The wise and accomplished Gonnu Drupa said: The glorious Shangpa Kagyu lineage must emulate the biographies of Vajrasana in India and Sangye Langripa in Tibet, it is a lineage of pure meditation, not a lineage of confusion. Second, in the oral instructions of illusory body self-liberation of attachment and aversion, the superior faculties should rely on the noble Guru as a friend, the intermediate faculties should receive guidance without interruption by other words, and the inferior faculties should generate Samadhi in one seat. First, there are two ways to take to the path: the way of devotion to the Guru and the way of seeing all appearances as unreal. First, the way of devotion to the Guru is, in the case of superior faculties, it can also be taken as an important part of the illusory body contemplation, and in general, this is also the basis of contemplation for all five dharmas such as the illusory body. That is, in this way, refuge and bodhicitta must be done first, and purification and emptiness meditation should be combined with the experience of meditating or not meditating. Then, analyze oneself and others, analyze what? In short, all compounded things have no chance of permanence. In particular, all sentient beings in the six realms of existence cannot escape death. Moreover, they die quickly, and it is not known when they will die. Other than the sacred Dharma, death is of no help to anything. From then on, now with food, clothing, wealth, power,
