་ཆུབ་སྙིང་པོ་ལ། །ཡོངས་སུ་གནས་ཀྱི་བར་དག་ཏུ། །བདག་གིས་བྱང་ཆུབ་མཆོག་གི་སེམས། །མ་ལུས་པར་ནི་བསྐྱེད་པར་བགྱི། །ཇི་ལྟར་དུས་གསུམ་མགོན་པོ་རྣམས། །བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་ནི་ངེས་མཛད་པའི། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ནི་བླ་ན་མེད། །དམ་པ་བདག་གིས་བསྐྱེད་པར་བགྱི། །སངས་རྒྱས་རྣལ་འབྱོར་སྡོམ་པ་ལ། །ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཀྱི་ནི་བསླབ་པ་དང་། །དགེ་བའི་ཆོས་ནི་སྡུད་པ་དང་། །སེམས་ཅན་དོན་བྱེད་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་གསུམ། །བདག་གིས་བརྟན་པོར་བཟུང་བར་བགྱི། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཆོས་དང་དགེ་འདུན་ཏེ། །བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ། །དེང་ནས་བརྩམས་ཏེ་གཟུང་བར་བགྱི། །ནམ་དུ་ཡང་ནི་མི་སྤང་ངོ་། །རྡོ་རྗེ་རིགས་མཆོག་ཆེན་པོ་ལ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་དྲིལ་བུའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཡང་། །ཡང་དག་ཉིད་དུ་བཟུང་བར་བགྱི། །སློབ་དཔོན་དག་ཀྱང་བཟུང་བར་བགྱི། །རིན་ཆེན་རིགས་མཆོག་ཆེན་པོ་ཡི། །དམ་ཚིག་ཡིད་དུ་འོང་བ་ལ། །ཉིན་རེ་བཞིན་ཡང་དུས་དྲུག་ཏུ། །སྦྱིན་པ་རྣམ་བཞི་རྟག་ཏུ་སྦྱིན། །བྱང་ཆུབ་ཆེན་པོ་ལས་བྱུང་བའི། །པདྨའི་རིགས་ཆེན་དག་པ་ལ། །ཕྱི་ནང་གསང་བ་ཐེག་པ་གསུམ། །དམ་པའི་ཆོས་ནི་མ་ལུས་བཟུང་། །ལས་ཀྱི་རིགས་མཆོག་ཆེན་པོ་ལ། །སྡོམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལྡན་པར་ནི། །ཡང་དག་ཉིད་དུ་གཟུང་བར་བགྱི། །མཆོད་པའི་ལས་ཀྱང་ཅི་ནུས་བགྱི། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ནི་བླ་ན་མེད། །དམ་པ་བདག་གིས་བསྐྱེད་བགྱིས་ནས། །སེམས་ཅན་ཀུན་གྱི་དོན་གྱི་ཕྱིར། །བདག་གིས་སྡོམ་ པ་མ་ལུས་བཟུང་། །མ་བསྒྲལ་བ་རྣམས་བདག་གིས་སྒྲོལ། །མ་གྲོལ་བ་རྣམས་བདག་གིས་དགྲོལ། །དབུགས་མ་ཕྱུང་རྣམས་དབུགས་དབྱུང་ཞིང་། །སེམས་ཅན་མྱ་ངན་འདས་ལ་འགོད། །ཅེས་ལན་གསུམ་བྱ། སློབ་མའི་གནས་གསུམ་དུ་དྲི་བཟང་གི་ཐིག་ལེ་བྱས་ལ། །ཁྱེད་རང་གི་དཔྲལ་བར་ༀ། མགྲིན་པར་ཨཱཿ སྙིང་ཁ་རཾཁར་ཧཱུྃ། དེ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་འོད་ཀྱིས་ལུས་གང་བས། ལུས་ངག་ཡིད་གསུམ་གྱི་དྲི་མ་དག་པར་གྱུར་པའི་མོས་པ་མཛོད། ཡང་ཁྱེད་རང་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྙིང་ཁར་ཀུན་རྫོབ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ཀྱི་ངོ་བོ་ཟླ་བའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་སྟེང་དུ། དོན་དམ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ཀྱི་ངོ་བོ་རྡོ་རྗེ་དཀར་པོ་རྩེ་ལྔ་པ་རེ་གསལ་བཏབ་ནས་འདིའི་རྗེས་ཟློས་མཛོད། །ༀ་སརྦ་ཡོ་ག་ཙིཏྟ་ཨུཏྤ་ད་ཡཱ་མི། སློབ་དཔོན་གྱིས་སྙིང་ཁར་རྡོ་རྗེ་མེ་ཏོག་དང་བཅས་པ་བཞག་ནས་བྱིན་རླབས་བརྟན་པར་བྱས་པའི་མོས་པ་མཛོད། ༀ་སུ་ར་ཏེ་ས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭམ་ཧོཿ སིདྡྷི་བཛྲ་ཡ་ཐཱ་སུ་ཁཾ། ཞེས་བརྗོད། དེ་ནས་དམ་ལ་བཞག་པའི་སླད་དུ་རྡོ་རྗེ་མགོ་བོར་གཏད་ནས

直至菩提心，我将完全安住于此。我将生起无余的殊胜菩提心。如三世诸佛，于菩提中决定，我亦将生起无上殊胜菩提心。于佛陀瑜伽律仪中，我将坚定地持有戒律之学处、积聚善法之学处、利益有情之学处这三种戒律。佛、法、僧乃无上之三宝，从今起我将皈依，永不舍弃。于金刚部殊胜大族中，金刚铃之手印，我将如实受持，亦将依止上师。于珍宝部殊胜大族中，于悦意之誓言，每日六时，恒常布施四种布施。于大菩提中生起之，清净莲花大族中，外内秘密三乘，我将受持一切殊胜之法。于业部殊胜大族中，具足一切律仪，我将如实受持，亦将尽力行持供养之业。我已生起无上殊胜菩提心，为利一切有情，我将受持一切律仪。未度者我将度之，未脱者我将令脱，未解脱者我将令解脱，我将安立众生于涅槃。如是念诵三遍。于弟子之三处作涂香之点。于汝之额间作ༀ། （藏文：ༀ，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡），于喉间作ཨཱཿ，（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊），于心间作རཾ་ཁ་རཾ་ཧཱུྃ།（藏文：རཾ་ཁ་རཾ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：raṃ kha raṃ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：让康让吽），以彼等之光充满身体，观想身语意三之垢染清净。复于汝等之心间，于世俗菩提心之自性月轮之上，观想胜义菩提心之自性五股白金刚杵各一个，然后随我念诵：ༀ་སརྦ་ཡོ་ག་ཙིཏྟ་ཨུཏྤ་ད་ཡཱ་མི།（藏文：ༀ་སརྦ་ཡོ་ག་ཙིཏྟ་ཨུཏྤ་ད་ཡཱ་མི，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sarva yoga citta utpādayāmi，汉语字面意思：嗡，一切瑜伽，心，生起）。观想上师于心间安放金刚花朵，加持力得以稳固。ༀ་སུ་ར་ཏེ་ས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭམ་ཧོཿ སིདྡྷི་བཛྲ་ཡ་ཐཱ་སུ་ཁཾ།（藏文：ༀ་སུ་ར་ཏེ་ས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭམ་ཧོཿ སིདྡྷི་བཛྲ་ཡ་ཐཱ་སུ་ཁཾ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ surate samaya stvaṃ hoḥ siddhi vajra yathā sukham，汉语字面意思：嗡，极乐，誓言，你，吼，成就，金刚，如意）。如是说。然后为了安立誓言，将金刚杵置于头顶

Until the essence of enlightenment, I will completely abide here. I will generate the unsurpassed supreme Bodhicitta. As the protectors of the three times have determined in enlightenment, I will also generate the unsurpassed supreme Bodhicitta. In the vows of Buddha Yoga, I will firmly hold the discipline of morality, the discipline of accumulating virtuous dharmas, and the discipline of benefiting sentient beings, these three disciplines. Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha are the unsurpassed Three Jewels, from now on I will take refuge and never abandon them. In the supreme great family of the Vajra lineage, the hand gesture of the Vajra bell, I will truly uphold, and also rely on the teacher. In the supreme great family of the Jewel lineage, in the pleasing vows, six times each day, I will constantly give the four kinds of giving. In the pure great family of the Lotus lineage, which arises from the great enlightenment, the outer, inner, and secret three vehicles, I will uphold all the supreme dharmas. In the supreme great family of the Karma lineage, possessing all the vows, I will truly uphold, and also do my best to perform the work of offering. I have generated the unsurpassed supreme Bodhicitta, for the benefit of all sentient beings, I will uphold all the vows. I will liberate those who are not liberated, I will free those who are not freed, I will relieve those who are not relieved, and I will establish sentient beings in Nirvana. Recite this three times. Make dots of fragrant incense on the three places of the disciple. On your forehead, make ༀ། (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), on your throat, make ཨཱཿ, (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), on your heart, make རཾ་ཁ་རཾ་ཧཱུྃ། (Tibetan: རཾ་ཁ་རཾ་ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ kha raṃ hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ram Kham Ram Hum), with the light of these filling the body, visualize that the defilements of body, speech, and mind are purified. Again, in the hearts of you all, on top of the lunar mandala which is the nature of relative Bodhicitta, visualize one five-pronged white Vajra each, which is the nature of ultimate Bodhicitta, and then repeat after me: ༀ་སརྦ་ཡོ་ག་ཙིཏྟ་ཨུཏྤ་ད་ཡཱ་མི། (Tibetan: ༀ་སརྦ་ཡོ་ག་ཙིཏྟ་ཨུཏྤ་ད་ཡཱ་མི, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ sarva yoga citta utpādayāmi, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, all yoga, mind, generate). Visualize that the teacher places a Vajra flower in the heart, and the blessing is stabilized. ༀ་སུ་ར་ཏེ་ས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭམ་ཧོཿ སིདྡྷི་བཛྲ་ཡ་ཐཱ་སུ་ཁཾ། (Tibetan: ༀ་སུ་ར་ཏེ་ས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭམ་ཧོཿ སིདྡྷི་བཛྲ་ཡ་ཐཱ་སུ་ཁཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ surate samaya stvaṃ hoḥ siddhi vajra yathā sukham, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, great bliss, samaya, you, hoḥ, accomplishment, vajra, as you wish). Say this. Then, in order to establish the vows, place the Vajra on the head.
