以及天非天所敬礼者，你不知何为人疾，然于彼无有怖畏。死主之妹，魔之母，欲界之自在母，守护佛陀教法之，吉祥天女，我赞颂你。总而言之， བྷྱོཿ（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）！吉祥天女，不败三有之主，虽为成办自利而勤于解脱，然以慈悲力故而随顺，以种种智慧成办众生之事。南方死主之宫殿恒时安住，刹那之间周游三界，自在役使他者，达于欲界之顶端，喜悦拥抱大自在天之身。天主帝释天、天非天之主，以及梵天之王、地神之主，和四大天王等所敬礼者，魔和死主之王战栗而屈服。黑夜之黑色，极其凶猛之身相，母神和罗刹女之众战栗而惊慌。汇集十方之毒，令太阳满足，兴起疾病之病主，誓言束缚之。汇集甘露之精华，令融入月亮，断除瘟疫之药女，誓言束缚之。何人若对你具信，如母般慈爱，天女你，我恒时赞颂。倾泻血和酒于朵玛之上，并念诵： ༀ་རོ་རུ་རོ་རུ་བི་ཏིཥྛ། བ་ཏོ་སི། ཀ་མ་ལ་རཀྵ་སི་ཧཱུྃ་བྷྱོ། དགྲ་བགེགས་མ་ར་ཡ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ། （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）说。之后，修持念诵：从我心间的种子字放出光芒，触及天女的心咒和咒鬘，忆起往昔誓言，思维无碍成办四种事业。念诵ༀ་ཧཱུྃ་ཤྲཱི་ཡ་等，随力所能。最后，供养残食朵玛：以具獠牙手印之嘎巴拉碗盛之，念诵ༀ་བྷྱཿབརྟ་ལི་བརྟ་ལི་ཚེ།（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思），弹指洒水。 ཧཱུྃ།（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）！尸林之主母，成就之面容，凶猛母神，食啖恶咒和饿鬼，誓言守护者，喜血之母，发出嘎丽之声，已完成结合者，于尸林尸骸之中央，与眷属和使者一同，尊敬之天女，灰烬之母，祈请享用，誓言之神，祈请从一处至另一处行事，我心中所欲求之，愿你成办之，我之事业无论做什么，愿你皆为助伴。གྲྀ་ཧྞ་གྲྀ་ཧྞ་སརྦ་དུཥྚཾ་བྷཀྵ་བྷཀྵ་།（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）。

And revered by gods and non-gods. You do not know what human illness is, but there is no fear of it. Sister of the Lord of Death, mother of demons, sovereign of the desire realm, protectress of the Buddha's teachings, glorious goddess, I praise you. In summary: Bhyoh! Glorious goddess, invincible lord of the three realms, although striving for liberation to accomplish your own benefit, yet following with compassion, accomplishing the deeds of beings with various wisdoms. The palace of the Lord of Death in the south is your constant abode, circling the three realms in an instant, freely dominating others, reaching the pinnacle of the desire realm, joyfully embracing the body of the Great Lord. Revered by the Lord of Gods, Indra, the Lord of Non-Gods, as well as the King of Brahma, the Lord of the Underworld, and the Four Great Kings, etc. The king of demons and the Lord of Death tremble and submit. The blackness of the night, an extremely fierce form, the hosts of mothers and ogresses tremble and are terrified. Gathering the poisons of the ten directions, satisfying the sun, binding the lords of disease who cause illnesses by oath. Gathering the essence of nectar, causing it to dissolve into the moon, the medicine woman who cuts off epidemics, binding by oath. Whoever has faith in you, you cherish like a mother, goddess, I constantly praise you. Pouring blood and wine onto the torma, and reciting: Om ruru ruru bitistha bato si kamala raksha si hum bhyoh dgra bgegs ma ra ya hum phat. Then, practice the recitation: From the seed syllable in my heart, rays of light emanate, touching the heart mantra and garland of the goddess, remembering the past vows, thinking of accomplishing the four activities without obstruction. Recite Om Hum Shri Ya etc., as much as possible. Finally, offer the remnant torma: Fill a skull cup with a hand gesture of fangs, reciting Om Bhyoh bertali bertali tse, sprinkle with finger snaps. Hum! Mistress of the charnel ground, face of accomplishment, fierce goddess, devouring curses and pretas, oath-bound guardian, blood-loving mother, emitting the sound of Kali, the one who has completed union, in the center of the charnel ground of corpses, together with the retinue and messengers, revered goddess, mother of ashes, please partake, oath-bound deity, please act from place to place, whatever I desire in my heart, may you accomplish it, whatever I do, may you be a helper in all of it. Grihna grihna sarva dustam bhaksha bhaksha.
