Instructions on the Five-Peak Mudra. Om, Mahakala, Samaya, Destroy, Destroy, Hum, Phet)" and take the vow. Then, during the practice and subsequent permission, this mantra should be recited. Although there are many visualizations for the recitation, generally, the recitation of Doli or Khyok is: From the Hum in one's heart, blue light emanates, comes out of the mouth, and dissolves into the blue Hum on the sun disc in the heart of the Protector, thereby urging the continuity of the vow. Then, blue light emanates from there, passes through the navel, enters from one's own navel, and dissolves into the heart-life, contemplating that all blessings and attainments are obtained. After gaining stability in this, transform the light into a mantra garland. The mantra to be recited is: "Om Vajra Mahakalaya Hum Hum Phet (藏文:ༀ་བཛྲ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལཱ་ཡ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།,梵文天城体:ॐ वज्र महाकालाय हुं हुं फट्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ vajra mahākālāya hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ,汉语字面意思:Om, Vajra, Mahakala, To..., Hum, Hum, Phet)", which is the near-heart mantra. Om, Vajra, Kavuva, Mahakala, Hum, Hum, Phet)", which is the heart mantra. Om, Vajra, Kavuva, Vava, Control, Mahakala, To..., Hum, Hum, Phet)", which is the special essence. Then, when reciting the root mantra, urge the Protector with the light from one's heart, and for the retinue mantra, urge the retinue with the light from the Protector's heart. Emanate countless messengers from each of their bodies, effortlessly accomplishing the four activities, especially visualizing the fierce subjugation activity against those who oppose the teachings. This is the root mantra of the teachings. Om, Karma, Mahakala, To..., Hum, Phet)", which is the heart mantra of the Karma Mahakala. Om, Mahakala, Quality, Heart, Hum, Phet)", which is the heart mantra combining the main deity and the Karma Mahakala. Om, Mahakala, Kaka, Face, Hum, Phet)", which is the name mantra of the Karma Mahakala. Om, Mahakali, Devi, Vam, Hri, Hum, Phet)", which is the heart mantra of Chandika. Om, Yamaraja, Dutri, Putri, Hum, Hum, Phet, Svaha)", which is the mantra of the lion-faced meat-eater. Mama, Trag, Rudra, Kill, Hum, Phet)", which is the mantra of the goddess. When only performing the Torma ritual, recitation is not necessary, so after taking the vow, recite the eight-line verse three times, etc., and then begin the Torma offering. At this time, visualize that the Torma in front and the Vajras in the center of the skull in the vase all become the wisdom Protector, the four-armed one, surrounded by the retinue of goddesses adorned with the crown of Chakrasamvara, each appearing clearly. Visualize in this way, and then recite "Om Hri Ha Ha Hum Hum Phet (藏文:ༀ་ཧྲཱིཿཧ་ཧ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།,梵文天城体:ॐ ह्रीः ह ह हुं हुं फट्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ hrīḥ ha ha hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ,汉语字面意思:Om, Hri, Ha, Ha, Hum, Hum, Phet), Om Mahakala Hum Phet (藏文:ༀ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།,梵文天城体:ॐ महाकाल हुं फट्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ mahākāla hūṃ phaṭ,汉语字面意思:Om, Mahakala, Hum, Phet), Om Sarva Buddha Vajra Dakini Shvari Hum Phet (藏文:ༀ་སརྦ་བུདྡྷ་བཛྲ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཤྭ་རི་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།,梵文天城体:ॐ सर्व बुद्ध वज्र डाकिनि श्वरि हुं फट्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ sarva buddha vajra ḍākinī śvari hūṃ phaṭ,汉语字面意思:Om, All, Buddha, Vajra, Dakini, Ishvari, Hum, Phet)", connecting these three mantras.
