Now, the practice of emptiness or non-intentional emptiness, which possesses all aspects, is empty through action. At the time of practicing generosity and so on, the object of giving, the self of the giver, and the benefit of giving are all empty in their own nature and have never existed. It is empty through non-action, emptiness itself appears as a collection of merits such as generosity, and it is practiced without interruption or separation. Thus, it is uninterrupted as if acting, and the emptiness of acting and non-acting, which is empty in the nature of the actor, is the emptiness without bondage or liberation. As the Ratnakuta Sutra says: "What is the supreme emptiness that possesses all aspects? It is that which is inseparable from generosity, inseparable from discipline, inseparable from patience, inseparable from diligence, inseparable from meditation, inseparable from wisdom, inseparable from skillful means." And so on, this is the meaning of the extensive explanation. Such a supreme path of emptiness, that is, the inseparability of skillful means and wisdom, ultimate and conventional, generation stage and completion stage, is the unerring and pure path that is liberated from clinging to one side. Thus, by practicing the profound Middle Way path of non-abiding union, which is free from the extremes of addition and subtraction of the path, one will manifest the great Bodhi fruit that does not abide in the extremes of existence and peace. Third, the emptiness of the result is twofold: appearance and non-appearance, empty through the stream of wisdom; discrimination and non-discrimination, empty through samsara and nirvana. Thus, the perfectly enlightened Buddha is empty of appearance, does not possess the delusion increased by attachment; is empty of non-appearance, self-appearance is self-knowing, the appearance of wisdom is uninterrupted; is empty of the existence of wisdom, there is no truly established reality; is empty of non-existence, free from the extremes of addition and subtraction of existence and non-existence, and abides in the inconceivable essence of wisdom. It is empty of discrimination, does not possess the consciousness of mind and mental factors, does not possess the discrimination of thought, does not possess the great compassion and activity of object and subject. It is empty of non-discrimination, not like the result of extinction of the Hearers, but with the wisdom of individual pervasive discrimination, in the mandala of the knowable, increasing the wisdom of knowledge and the three

And directly knowing, with impartial great compassion, effortless activities for the benefit of beings arise until the end of existence. Empty of samsara, with great wisdom, one does not abide in existence. Empty of transcendence, with great compassion, one does not abide in peace. Thus, for the Buddha who has exhausted the faults of the ground, path, and result, some, with illusion, obscuring the knowledge obscurations of the ground and path, argue about the existence or non-existence of appearances, the continuity or discontinuity of wisdom, and the existence or non-existence of thoughts, and so on. If those who cling to one side do not understand the emptiness that possesses all perfections as a result, then. The Diamond Sutra says: "Those who see me in form, those who seek me in sound, those people are on the wrong path and cannot see the Tathagata. One should view the Buddha as the Dharmakaya, and the Dharmakaya cannot be seen." This is the meaning. Fourth, the reasonableness of emptiness is: emptiness and dependent arising are inseparable, and they produce the fruits of evil. Since everything is empty, illusions can be reversed. That is, the nature of all phenomena, with the key point of being nothing, can manifest anything and can do anything through conditions. The nature of thought is the image of habits. From emptiness, empty phenomena arise, and the cause and effect of black and white, even as small as a sesame seed, are not wasted, and they produce results without mixing. Because it is nothing in one aspect, it can manifest in any aspect without bias. Therefore, all the conventional phenomena, the cause and effect of samsara, arise because of emptiness. Moreover, the key point of the nature of all phenomena being emptiness is that illusions can be reversed and one can be liberated from suffering, because all phenomena do not have a permanent, stable, solid, and unchanging entity, so one can confess sins, dedicate merit, and reverse illusions. Knowing that sins are without inherent existence and are not established is the best of confessing sins. Knowing that virtues are without inherent existence and are not established is the best of uncontaminated virtues. All phenomena are without inherent existence and are not established, and this abides in the essence of the Dharmakaya. Knowing it as such is wisdom. In short, with the key point of emptiness being without inherent existence, one can become a Buddha, but there is no autonomy not to become a Buddha.
